I normally don’t do long reviews, but here we go, I would like to recommend Granite Makeover, Little Rock for your countertop needs, I’m in the process of remodeling my kitchen to include cabinets, countertops and flooring. The company I hire for this job wanted to charge in my thoughts “Absolutely” too much for quartz countertops, I remembered 2 years prior pricing countertops with Granite Makeover,LR. So, I made a request on their website and Brian called the next day. He actually still had my name in their records (yay). Brian was able to come to my residence within 1 days and he gave me a quote on the spot. Granite Makeover quote was less than half the price of the other company’s quote for the same product including installation. I am “Totally” satisfied with the entire process with Granite Makeover,LR, the installation process started within one week. The installation team was professionals did the cutting onsite and cleaned up behind themselves. Brian also explain the care process of taking care of my new quartz countertops. Brian and his team installed quartz countertops in the kitchen and two bathrooms. They were knowledgeable, customer focused and always on time. We live in Hot Springs and they had to make the trip from Little Rock for several days. We have remodeled several home and are a high maintenance client (just ask Brian). His turnaround time from order to installation was unmatched by the other competition I was considering on my tight schedule and even around the Thanksgiving Holiday. He was very prompt in response and communicated everything very well. The payment process was very easy, as I was out of town when this transaction and installation took place.
