By far the best company I've dealt with! The owners Louie and Marleen were extremely helpful and hands on during the process. They had exactly what I was looking for in a counter top (quartz). Prices were amazing compared to what I had seen at other places. So good I did the entire house with quartz. He did a whole house install from top to bottom in one day...his crew was amazing. Very detailed in what they were doing, respectful, and most importantly they worked well together! I'll be coming to granite house for all future projects!

I highly recommend Granite House. I had minor, all understandable issues given the nature of the business, and the customer service and promptness was above and beyond. The woman taking my order was so patient and kind. Very helpful in color matching and pricing. Louie was so professional with measuring. My install was a Monday and I had minor issues with cuts and due to the nature of my counter there was a crack. Louie was out the next day, Tuesday, to remeasure for perfection and they were able to recut and replace two days later on Thursday. I still had the slightest imperfection of the sink cut (1/8”) and the install team was out the next day, Friday, to perfect for me.

we use the granite house to do my granite counters and my kitchen and in my bathroom, and we are so pleased with our service and our finish product. Definitely will be going back to Granite House. we worked with Lou. Overall, a good experience. Very helpful and patient with us when coming in and picking out the granite we wanted. Even gave us samples to take home. Very responsive over email and scheduling for the measuring and installation was very straight forward. The only downside was a few small details when the installers came out. It seemed like they were in a rush and not very gentle with things. As you can see form the pictures, a few holes were put in the walls when trying to pry off the backsplash since they didn't pry against stud locations. Also, they moved the fridge as I was coming to check on the progress and ended up pushing the fridge sideways and scratching up the floor a little. The holes were covered by the new tile backsplash and you can only see the scratches from the fridge wheels in a certain light.

I found Granite House from reading reviews for another granite company and so glad I did. From the time we walked in I knew this is the place I wanted to do my Kitchen. The girl at the front desk(Shadha) was very helpful. Louie and Mike are two of the best guys you will ever meet, super knowledgeable and very helpful as well, they gave us their input on the job as we knew nothing about granite. We picked the granite we liked, they came out and measured and in less than 3 weeks the install was done.(What a beautiful job)...The granite looked better in the kitchen than it looked in the showroom and I think it was because of the way they cut it, everything just flows beautifully. I can't say enough good things about Granite House. They went way over and above our expectation. When the backsplash is done I will post pictures. Please if you are looking for a top notch granite company look no further. Great price, Great service, Great guys. Louie and Mike will take good care of you. Oh and tell them Roger sent you. LOL

after purchasing a new home I needed a sink reinstalled as well as some cutouts on my granite top. I searched for some different granite companies and found granite house's . I talked to louie over the phone and consulted with him what my needs were. he recommended me purchasing a new sink which he would pickup and said the cutouts would be no problem...as soon as they arrived to my home they were very courteous... unfortunately whomever built my home didn't install the framework around the sink very well but that did not stop louie and the other gentlemen(not sure of his name) from making it work. they went over and beyond of what I expected. My wife loved the new sink and his recommendations about the cutouts were excellent. they gave me a different alternative to cutting out the granite which actually saved me some money. My granite counter also had a chip in it and he fixed it at no charge. After they were done working they made sure the work area was spotless clean. I felt like both workers that showed up to the home took pride in there work and they actually enjoyed there work. I would definitely hire granite house if I ever needed them again. thanks again

I recently took on the project of finishing my basement. I did it all from new drywall, bathroom, tile and carpet along with a second kitchen. Most of the small projects turned out to be a big pain, except the counter tops. I shopped around many places to find a good granite company. I stumbled upon Granite House and couldn't have been any more pleased. Their interactive website helped me put together some ideas of colors/cabinets before i even met with any people. I called Granite House to setup an appointment and after meeting with the Louie i was more than pleased. He was very knowledgeable about different stones, finishes, colors and layouts. After selecting my stone and going over the measurements his price was cheaper than any other place by 20%. They installed my counter tops 10 days later and they did a fantastic job. The corners look flawless and the seam is hardly noticeable. I would recommend Granite House 10 out of 10 times. The installation took a few hours and they were clean and courteous(and I'm a neat freak). If you're looking for new counter tops this is the place to go, great service and even better prices.

This place is a joke they advertise granite for $24.99 a square foot and only have to colors to choose from all the nice granite is way over priced. I called in advance and was told they had several choices for $24.99 but it is a lie just to get you their don't waist your time go with someone who is truthful from the begining!!

This was a nightmare experience and that is sugar coating the situation. Not only the date of the in house measuring but the date of the install they were over two hours late. Both times I called the office to inquire as to whether they were in fact showing up (since they had not called at all prior to reconfirm), and both instances I was told they were on there way and left sitting for hours dumbfounded as to whether or not they were going to even show up. That is the tip of the iceberg to say the least. Upon completion of the work in my kitchen, the workers quickly pounced on me to sign the bill and be on there way. While I found this odd, I presumed it was merely because they had been here for the majority of the day (working at a snails pace). Thankfully just as they were about to walk out the door as I was inspecting their work I noticed the MASSIVE gouge they had put into the side of my fridge. There uneasiness was now all to apparent as to why. When confronted with my discovery they both instantly verbally attacked me and began accusing me of inflicting said damage in an attempt to entrap them. The shear ludicrous nature of their story and implications was all I needed to know definitively that beyond a shadow of a doubt they had done this (further more the logic of me destroying my own $2500 custom order fridge to receive lesser valued services lacks the slightest bit of logic). After berating me and lobbying a slew of threats they finally called their supervisor to come to my home. After nearly an hour the supervisor showed up only to pick up right where his staff left off lobbying terrible threats, accusations and profanities. I had already cancelled the credit card payment and when he was informed of such he began threatening to rip everything out of my home and so on. Once I think he realized he had possibly gone to far he attempted to half heatedly offer me a discount, but at that point I was so fearful for my safety I was in tears. Being the lone person home with three hostile men I urged them to leave and that if they didn't I'd be contacting the police. They give meaning to you get what you pay for. We thought we were receiving a great deal on granite, when really we were getting scammed. I'm left with a damaged appliance that will require replacement and little to know genuine concern from the installer. I advise anyone who considers purchasing from them to run not walk away. And if you are so brave to risk hiring them get a notarized account of the condition of your home prior to their arrival because with the way they conduct business you will need that when you undoubtedly take them to court.
