I originally found Granite Gallery while looking for remnants to fabricate for a few smaller projects I needed completed. I worked extensively with Victor and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. Even thought our projects were small and in this case we used remnants...Granite Gallery had a good selection and great prices. Julio came himself to complete our templates and was very personable and helpful. The fabrication was very quick and the installation team professional and detail oriented. A+++ on quality and cost. I can't wait to use them again for a larger project.

I contracted with the Granite Gallery for new counters in our church parsonage. Mario was quite helpful and did a good job working with our minister's wife to select slabs to be installed. We paid a deposit and everything seemed good. I started to worry a bit when I never heard from anybody about tempting the counters. I called Mario to find out why, and he was evidently able to cause the template guys to come out. Later, when I tried to find out when the install would be, Mario asked that I call the install guys in his shop directly. I arranged for an install date, and confirmed it again 5 days in advance. On the scheduled install date, the installers were a no show, and Mario was no help. Repeats calls to Francisco - the manager - were of no help. The owner was apparently on vacation and also did not return my call. Finally, I called their accounting department to get my deposit back and FRANCISCO answered. He had heard I was upset, but still didn't call me. Their failure to appear on schedule was a big hassle, and upset some carefully made plans. Their failure to return calls is inexcusable. I did get my deposit back (hence the two stars), but had to go retrieve it myself. I have contracted with another company for the counters. In sum: If you like smooth salesmanship and zero follow up, these are your guys.

Extremely unprofessional company. This company took my money as a deposit refused to schedule service, forgot who I was, used industry jargon to attempt to confuse me. LIED TO ME about having start manufacturing my countertops when I didn’t order countertops from them. They transferred me around to multiple people playing games of telephone tag and have refused a refund for work they never started. LIARS AND THIEVES avoid at all costs.

GG was highly recommended and have used them twice now for tile. Most recently they installed porcelain plank tile in three bathrooms and the tile surrounds on two showers. This year my wife and I finally took on the arduous task of remodel our 18 year old home. We re-did the floors, installed new lighting, painted the walls, ceilings, and banister. Everything was re-freshed, namely the kitchen. We refinished our existing cabinets, installed a new backsplash, and new countertops. We wanted countertops that would modernize our kitchen. We found a "not so common" Brazilian Granite at a higher end slab yard. Victor at Granite Gallery was able to get us the same slab at a more competitive price. We also wanted to reuse our existing island and refinish it with a sleek, contemporary waterfall edge. Granite Gallery was able to full executive our vision into reality. From the sales staff (Victor) to the field measurer and the installation team. Granite Gallery did an outstanding job at about half the price that other companies would have charged. My wife and I highly recommended them.

These guys were hired by our contractors to fabricate and install our quartzite countertops. They were very communicative and responded to any questions we had leading up to install. Then on the day of install, the guys were awesome and professional. They had to add more plywood and carried out our request to have FSC wood rather than the cheaper option. We definitely recommend them! Great finished product !!

Just had two bathroom vanities and a shower completed. Had Carrera marble for the vanity tops. They were able to cut a double sink vanity and a single vanity with an extension out of one beautiful piece of marble. They turned out beautiful with bull nose finish. The shower done with Carrera porcelain. One wall has a round window that was a challenge. Sergio was a master cutting pieces of marble to encase the inside rim of the whole window. Sergio was amazing. Showed up on time every day and was a non stop worker. He took such pride in his work and a real master of his trade. Sooo happy with my bathrooms.

We hired Granite Gallery to remodel our tile flooring, kitchen counter tops, bathroom counter tops, and bathroom remodeling. The crew they sent were all highly professional and experienced. Everything came out great. Once the project was completed, another contractor made a mistake and damaged one of our counter tops. After calling Granite Gallery regarding the damage, they sent out a crew the next day, free of charge, to fix the mistake. That is the definition of customer service. I am an skeptical freak, perhaps, I am beyond what people call a " perfectionist" and I believe that we should strive to have the best in this lifetime. Whatever value you add to your life is usually what you are worth it. At any rate, I had a project in mind last year, I needed to give my house a complete make over. I was saving aggressively and once I knew I had enough money to spend on the house I went on line looking for contractors and businesses that focused on marble, quartz, granite counter tops. The search was long and an arduous one, to the point that I almost gave up on the whole thing. I met the "used car salesman" type all the way to the " firm Jim" profit before customer...contractor. A few of my co workers knew I had that project in mind and one uneventful day, as we are having lunch my co worker tells me of this business off of Main St. called " Granite Gallery" to be honest with you I hardly do any business in the south bay area, I tend to drive north and get away from it all. My thinking is: it's close to the house I am not going to get the best deal for my buck. Like I said, I am an skeptical beast. So one morning, before going to work I stopped by this business and I don't what it was, whether, the fresh smell of coffee in the air, watching a bunch of hard working young and middle age guys polishing a granite slab in the back, the hustle and bustle of the place " right in my backyard" ... it seems that this was no amateur, fly by night operation... this was in fact a Legitimate and Professional Business going about their day. I had not even, gotten out of my pick up truck when a beautiful young lady approached me and asked me how my day was going. I replied with an " ok". She asked me if I cared for a glass of water or a cup of coffee, I politely said " no". She then offered to help me with any questions I had about anything. I was impressed at her knowledge since I already had done extensive research on the matter. She walked me inside her office and asked if I wanted to look around, which I did. No one ever bothered me or tried to hustle me, she even showed me other places that were in the same type business that were nearby. Once I did a tour of the place, I decided to walk back in the office where I met a guy by name of Julio, I did not know what to think of him first. He was on the phone with what seemed to be a customer perhaps, but the minute he saw me walking in, he cordially and politely signaled to me to have a seat in his office. Not even a minute went by when he came into his office and shook my hand and introduced himself. I went ahead and also introduced myself. He asked me what I had in mind and kind of told him about my project... he said he would send his best men to the house and give me an estimate, whenever I felt I was ready to get started. Little did I know that I had come not only to the right place but the best place in town, he was reasonable, professional and his cutting edge tools blew me away. Like I said, I am a perfectionist, and this guy named Julio was up there too. He explained and gave me the "from scratch to finish" detailed process and how would all look in the end. He was wrong... the finished product exceeded his calculations, and my expectations... boy!!! was I PLEASED with how everything turned out. I came to find out that Julio is the owner of Granite Gallery and has been in the business for more than 15 years. He's one the most educated, profesional and extremely detailed humble businessman I have ever met. A few days go by after such a great experience, and low and behold... I check my mail and there they were: Two tickets for a Padres game thanks Julio ! You sir are a gentleman and a scholar... thanks for adding value to people's lives and homes. P.S. that beautiful lady that helped me out when I first got there deserves a raise for her great customer service !

The installers were quite flexible, as a sink I had ordered for my new vanity cabinet was forgotten, so they arranged to have it delivered and returned later in the afternoon to complete the job. I accidentally overpaid by $40, so Victor had a check sent to me w/in a week. Overall a very positive experience with great professionals.

Freddy, Jimmy, Fernando, and the tall, slender fellow who drove the "big" truck carrying the "big" kitchen slab did an outstanding job. I was a nervous wreck when I saw how big and heavy the kitchen slab was but the guys took great care with it while unloading and transporting it to the kitchen. I was impressed with how they checked before unloading it that it was fabricated correctly. It was! Julio had done a great job measuring with his laser machine. It was not a straightforward shape but rather had some difficult cutouts. It was a challenge to get it in place because of its shape and weight but they did a great job. I was impressed with their skill and determination. The countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are such an improvement. We are very pleased with Granite Gallery. Thanks guys!

I've worked twice with Granite Gallery, Victor to be specific. First time with my Kitchen Granite countertops in 2015, and this second time was for my master bathroom carrera marble countertops this year. Victor was always a great and I felt his pricing was fair. I actually shopped around at Daltile as-well and their pricing was twice as much. My next project is my laundry room and I can certainly tell you, I will be going back to them for my countertop. I definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend Granite Gallery for anyone looking for tile work. I recently hired them for two simultaneous jobs: tiling my 500 sq ft courtyard/outdoor TV room and my kitchen backsplash. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the result...and the process--they are honest guys and experts at their craft. The owner, Julio, showed up to our house with the project supervisor, Freddie, for the initial estimate. Julio not only gave me an estimate on the spot but also provided me with some sound advice on the design and layout. They started the following week. My crew was Eric, Jimmy, Christian, Ismael and Orlando. It didn't take long for me to drop all concerns--I have an acute attention to detail with high but reasonable expectations, but I was quickly put at ease after watching how hard they worked throughout the week and the obvious pride they have. First time they were recommended by my kitchen installers and did my beautiful granite counter top and travertine back splash. Granite Gallery just completed my bathroom. Love it! Love it! Love it!!! We'd obtained price quotes from other vendors but Granite Gallery worked out a price for the kitchen counters that was reasonable, due to, Victor, the salesman's steadfast cooperation. He took us step-by-step through our options and then some. When we finally settled on a design, slabs and a price, the date and time was agreed to without much delay. The installers, Jimmy and Fernando, were prompt and professional. We had a few hiccups which Granite Gallery had to fix. However, they honored our request and glitches were resolved (Jimmy was invaluable in that regard; yes, seams could have been a concern, but not after he worked his magic). If you are willing and able to assist with the disconnecting and reconnecting (stove/sink) you can lower your overall cost (not hiring a plumber) . We chose to upgrade our stove hood and under-the-counter lights when we saw how nice everything looked! We are satisfied consumers.

We highly recommend Granite Gallery for anyone looking for granite installation. We used them to fabricate & install our new outdoor BBQ and bar area. First we met with the salesman, Charlie at our house for an estimate. We then went to their yard (nice selection of slabs) to pick out our slabs, meeting with Victor and Francisco - both very helpful. The owner, Julio, came to our house to prepare the template. Charlie & Julio provided us with some great advice on the design and layout. Johnny was our point of contact for the prepping & our installation time frame. The crew installed the slabs a few weeks later (after we had the new structure built). The BBQ, bar and counters turned out beautiful. The bullnose edges look great. All of the installers were conscientious, hard working men and very pleasant to be around. We highly recommend Granite Gallery and will call them again for any future work.

I will give a full review once my request is completed. Last Tuesday morning my Granite was installed from granite gallery. The workers came early morning which worked out fine. The 2 workers that showed up were Melli and Daniel. They were very polite and did good work. However when Mello put the sealant on counter it was done very quick. I was told not to put anything on counters for 3hrs which I did. But the counter didn't have any shine. Then 2more workers came, either to observe or help. I didn't get the name of the man that went out of his way to install the outlet covers which I really appreciated. He told me he doesn't do that but he would help with installing them. I thanked all of them. I am very happy with the counters and will recommend this company to my friends. Thank you Mario you were very helpful.

Be prepared for frustration and if you have a deadline add 1 1/2 week to it because your project will be delayed. Had quartz installed kitchen/bath in 710 sq ft unit. Took installers 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 pm and the reason why? Neglected to bring bathroom sink and brought incorrect size kitchen sink (but installers tried to keep this information from me instead of being honest about the mistakes). So installers had to cut kitchen hole larger (30 minutes plus) and it was done on the HOA common landscape. Installers informed me twice during the day that the job would be completed in a few hours (1:00 pm) Once I realized that installers were cutting the quartz slabs on the HOA grounds the HOA president showed up and was furious. I promised that the installers would move to the sidewalk area, use water (which they hadn't done) to eliminate flying quartz dusk and thoroughly clean up. Needless to say it was a disaster and won't be using this company again!

Our interior designer recommended Granite Gallery. They installed a travertine marble vanity top with two sinks plus a tile splash in our kitchen. For the most part they were very good to work with and did a good job on both projects that had two problems that they corrected. First, there were a couple minor chips on the vanity top which they fixed so that they aren't even noticeable. On the splash, Sergio the installer, was attentive to where I wanted the accent tiles and got them right. One thing I wasn't satisfied with was his cutting the tile in such a way that left a one inch strip of tile above our mural. To the company owner's credit (Julio Rabago) he came out to see what my issue was and agreed to fix it to my satisfaction.
