After visiting 3 suppliers we decided to purchase our quartz countertops from Granite galleria. Their showroom and educated staff was the difference maker in that decision. Timing was important so their ability to control the order from measuring to install was spot on. The walls are not straight but the measurements were perfect We had a late change to the order (my fault) and they adapted without costing us time. Bianca Fumo looks so good. While the countertops looked beautiful, my parents learned the finishing work was not done well or properly when they had to call the plumber out after issues with the sink. Plumber was astonished that they had left the granite in such a mess around the sink and Granite Galleria refused to come and fix their work requiring instead 150.00 to, in their words "send a three man team to do a one man job while the other two stand and watch because that's our policy and we only have one van." Extremely disappointed in the way they disrespected my parents. Was planning a redo of our kitchen, will not being going here.

I am not always easy to deal with but Sandi and every single person involved, from templating to install was patient and made changes for me, to be sure I was happy with my end product.
