This place is fantastic. The epitome of true professionals! I went by on a Saturday to their showroom while I was in the area. I met David and he immediately showed great customer service, walking me through their slabs onsite and following up with a text message to see if I wanted to show my wife. Throughout the process, he was super communicative and had wonderful samples for us to review. The crews that came to our house were always on time, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. The new kitchen countertops were exactly what we wanted! They look gorgeous! Not only that, they took our custom sink and did a perfect undermount install. I cannot recommend these guys enough! During our remodel, we’ve had half a dozen contractors but Granite Empire of Orlando was the only contractor that got the job done right the first time! It was very refreshing to work with such professional and skilled installers!

I was helped by Donna, she was fabulous. We message through Facebook and then text. She sent someone out same day to make templates on a Monday and I could get there until Friday due to my work. Brian was the man who came and made templates, very professional and knowledgeable. I went picked out what I wanted, and left my sinks. The following Monday it was installed! They did a fantastic job, fair price and great service. We had two vanities, plus we had the shower curb, wall, window sills done!

Recently had Panda Marble installed and everything turned out amazing. Customer service was great, they had a large selection we were able to look through to find what we wanted. It was installed less than a week later and we couldn't be happier. I don't have a single complaint and will definitely use them again.

But once we were ready they were really fast to schedule and install! The installation team was excellent.
