When we moved in we noticed the marble countertops had a lot of chips, stains and scratches. Tommy at Granite Drs came in and honed it down to remove all these and applied a 15 sealer (the countertops were never sealed) the countertops look great! Granite Drs did a great job for a reasonable price :)

Tommy is wonderful! He came in and repaired a white marble countertop that blue ink had leaked and bled into it! Result is incredible! Photos speak for themselves!

Tommy with Granite Doctors did a wonderful job repairing some chips in a quartz countertop for me. He even redid some grout that was not well done perviously by another installer. I would recommend them for any repair needs you have!

Thank goodness for Tommy! He sourced a certain type of marble for a new kitchen island that perfectly matches the pre-existing countertops (another vendor said the type of marble was not available in the CHS area, but of course Tommy quickly identified it and found it nearby), expertly used the leftover slab to upgrade the bathroom vanities, and repaired other vanities that had been neglected by the prior owner. We just got our marble installed and the fabricators sealant was not anywhere adequate. We watched our new marble get stains that wouldn’t come out and it was etched all over. Cornelia came out and assessed our newly damaged marble. She reassured us Tommy, her husband, can fix it and put on a new sealer and rehoned our stone . Tommy came 5 days later and restored our marble. Not only did he restore it, our marble isnt causing us complete anxiety anymore. The sealer worked and we couldnt be happier with everything Cornelia and Tommy did for us.

Excellent experience. They are very accommodating in scheduling with good communication. They took care of our sink/counter issues efficiently in the timeframe they stated. Finding a company that responds to calls and follows through with what they say they will do is difficult nowadays but Granite Doctors does.

Highly recommend Granite Doctors! I’ve been repairing various items in my home, which means dealing with quite a few contractors. Having a bad experience seems to be normal now - usually they are late, barely communicate during the project, and have overall bad business practices. That was not the experience with Granite Doctors. They responded promptly, arrived on time, performed the work well, and were very pleasant to work with all around. My counter tops look fantastic and my only regret is not calling them to do this sooner! If I ever need repairs or additional work in the future, Granite Doctors will be the first company I call!

Tommy arranged his very busy schedule to repair one bathroom sink. As a courtesy, he inspected all other “under granite” sinks in my home to look for issues or potential problems. None found. He does an excellent job at a fair price.

Granite Doctor recently repaired our granite shower step in our Master Bathroom. Tommy did an outstanding job and was responsive, efficient and extremely courteous throughout the repair process. He was able to seal and conceal the cracks to the point they are barely noticeable. Affordable and well worth the time and effort, we highly recommend Granite Doctor for any and all of your granite repair needs.

Last Friday 9/24/2021, I contacted a plumber to install my new dishwasher. When he arrived, he told me”we have a problem “. The granite was glued to the inside of the existing dishwasher & the plumber told me to call someone who works with granite. I called the Granite Doctors. Tommy couldn’t come on Friday but said he could come out on Monday, 9/27/2021. True to his word, he showed up after I called him & he said he would be at my house in an hour. He was very professional, respectful & friendly. He was able to unstick the granite & did not want anything for doing it. In the days of businesses scalping customers, this was unbelievable to me. I would highly recommend The Granite Doctors to anyone & give him 5 stars. I will call him anytime I have a granite problem.
