We needed a 6’ x 3’ piece of granite for our new kitchen island. Carolyn was great and worked with us to stay within our budget. The selection of granite was robust and unique. Plenty of remnant pieces for smaller projects. We were told 2-4 weeks for installation and they were out at our house with our new countertop 14 days later, which was great. Installers were solid and nice guys. All in all this was a great experience and we’ll be going back to GD for future granite projects.

Very positive experience. Granite Direct had a very good variety and selection of Quartz and Granite. Carolyn was very helpful in picking out our countertops and in making sure we understood the entire process. Both crews that came to our house, to take out old countertops and install new ones, were very courteous and efficient. The whole installation process took less than an hour and a half.

I used Granite Direct for the countertops for my kitchen remodel. Tyler and the team were awesome. Tyler helped me pick the right type of stone that worked perfectly with my cabinets and needs. They stored the slabs for me until we were ready for the installation step and the install went flawlessly. I would highly recommend them!

Granite Direct is top notch! I am a cabinet manufacturer in Cols and use GD for our Granite and Quartz. We have worked together on several jobs and from sales to install, everything flows smoothly. My experience with Granite Direct was amazing! I had been to a few other places before where that left me anywhere from less than impressed to at best, just another number. Not here! I was assisted by Carolyn. She is absolutely delightful! She genuinely cared about helping me find the right countertop for me and my home. Even though they have a lot of product to choose from, Carolyn sent me to their suppliers. I ended up choosing one that I had selected in their showroom but in a different lot that I found at the supplier. It’s a leathered granite and looks stunning in my kitchen. I ended up having new tops installed in my bathrooms, too. Every person who entered my home was very professional and respectful of my property, from the person measuring to the demo and installation guys. I highly recommend Granite Direct!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Carolyn was amazing at helping me pick out my granite, and she was so knowledgeable about everything! It can be so overwhelming, and she made it easy and actually fun. I love the work station sink and the powder room sink, and how I can get everything from one vendor and all at the same time. Granite Direct did my master bath a few years ago, and it was a great experience, so it was a no-brainer to go back for my kitchen. They make it easy and figure everything out. Thanks, too, to Jason the manager who oversaw the whole process. I waited a long time to be able to finally be able to do my kitchen, and it is worth the wait. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Granite Direct was fantastic. No pressure sales. Very knowledgeable staff. Went above and beyond to help me with my project. I came back with backsplash options to get feedback and advice. I am so glad I worked with this company. I specifically worked with Carolyn who was beyond amazing, but everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful.

Went to a few granite places around Columbus before going to Granite Direct. Do not go anywhere else, Granite Direct is the place to go. Ask for Sarah, she knew more about granite than all the other places combined. She found exactly what I wanted and I'm beyond happy! I tell everyone about Sarah and Granite Direct! When my basement is finished Granite Direct will be installing the counters on the web bar. Can't wait!
