BEST DEAL IN TOWN....You'd be hard pressed beat the prices or the customer service. I saved about $2K going with Granite Depot. I guarantee you WILL NOT be disappointed with their amazing customer service. Every team member was incredibly professional, informative, gracious and positive. My point person was Vlad who was incredibly accommodating and always responded to any and all text/emails/call quickly and effectively. I discovered Granite Depot in Charleston. I was somewhat frustrated with the lack of communication with another countertop company I had been working with at the time. In 20 minutes time with Yulia in Charleston, all my questions were cleared up and she worked up a quote that honestly seemed too good to be true. Give the location of my project, the Charleston location would not be able to serve us but she referred me to Vlad at the Granite Depot in Myrtle Beach. He could not have been more positive and 100% delivered. He went the distance to help me find the perfect granite slab that stayed with in the price point offered in Charleston. Trust me...go with Granite Depot...they deliver!!!

Granite Depot is excellent. They did our counters and our back splash of our kitchen at it looks amazing! Our salesperson, Marina was the best she walked us through each step of the process and each decision that needed to be made. Marina came out and took the measurements and was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the selection process. The installers took about 4 hours and left no mess; they were friendly and obviously well trained. They each knew what they had to do and went right to work. Very professional. We recommend getting in touch with Marina over at Granite Depot if considering new countertops we will definitely return once we are ready to tackle the bathrooms.

I met her at the showroom and she helped me order exactly what I needed. Everyone who came out to measure were so professional! They turned a terrible experience into a great one. We just had a new Quartz Countertop and subway tile backsplash installed! The entire process was easy and everyone at Granite Depot from the Sales Associate (Velvet) to the installers were a delight to deal with. Price seemed reasonable and the project moved along quickly. Results were amazing! We were remodeling our kitchen, so we contacted Granite Depot, & just like magic - Mariia, Alisson & the crew just made it happen… Within two weeks we got stunning quartz countertops & backsplash. I had always used one granite place for my needs in Myrtle Beach but decided to reach out to Granite Depot for a second opinion. Velvet was responsive (even at late hours) to my queries and were patient with several requests/alterations I made. So far, I am very happy with their work. The pics do not show the finished kitchen, there is still painting work to be done but no reflection on Granite Depot.

I had a great experience with Granite Depot of Myrtle Beach. From the time I called, Velvet was so helpful and listened to what I wanted and was trying to accomplish. going from dated weathered tan to blue with quartz. She was able to fit me in when my schedule was limited and made sure everything was as I wanted. When I went to shop itself, Marina was just as helpful walking me around and showing different designs and sink options. She answered any questions I had and was able to schedule the templating around my crazy schedule as well. everyone there was top notch, and I have nothing bad to say. Great experience.

This was the third stop for our bathroom counter needs. We were treated by Mariia to guide us through the process. It was easy, our questions were answered, and within 10-12 days the counters were cut, polished, and installed. I believe the 10 days were to allow for the check to clear which is understandable. Hey it saved us an extra 3% on our bill! The gentlemen came in and did their job quickly and efficiently. They were amazing! In our area many contractors are on island time if you get my meaning. Thank you again Mariia, the manager, and the hard working men on this project! I will be sharing on other social medias! You all rock!!! Hahaha!!! Get it!

I am writing this letter to let you know working with Marina at Granite Depot in Murrells on upgrading our kitchen turned out to be an excellent stress-free experience. My wife and I stopped at several places trying to decide on what was needed to update our kitchen. After visiting several locations, we stopped in at Granite Depot to see your products and what you had to offer. You suggested going to one of your suppliers to look at different types of granite. (Mid Atlantic Granite and Stone). Their inventory was the largest and too hard to describe all the options they had in their warehouse. We decided on two slabs of Desert Beach Granite. Then through your suggestions we went to Daltile to look at backsplash options. Everything from that point on was handled by you and Granite Depot. Walking us through what to expect and the time frame from start to finish was a pleasant, no pressure experience. The design choices and options were well balanced and makes the kitchen the center spot in our house. The work that went into fabricating and installing the final product went smoothly. The two gentlemen doing the installation just didn't throw the granite down the suggested several alternatives to compete the kitchen. Many other installers would have just installed and left. They worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the final product. So, it's safe to say our decision to use Granite Depot was the best decision.
