HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had Granite Creations redo our kitchen counters and two bathroom cabinets/sinks with granite. They redesigned our kitchen and it now looks beautiful! Excellent service and craftsmanship!

My wife and I had a great experience with Granite Creations for our new construction home. This group had great communication and did everything they said they would do. They showed up on time and did quality work. Their install crew was as good as they come. Professional and absolute work horses. We will definitely be using them for any needs in the future and highly recommend them!

My first impression of Granite Creations was great…..helpful, professional, someone I wanted to do business with. Now that my kitchen counter has been installed nothing has changed. The installation crew was wonderful. I would highly recommend Granite Creations, they have slabs of product to choose from and a wonderful staff that is helpful selecting and installing your choice of material.

Randy and Amy, the owners, were fantastic! We love our new quartz counters. They look incredible and really brighten up our kitchen. From our initial consultation to the installation, everyone at Granite Creations were extremely courteous, respectful, and most importantly detail oriented. Our house was built in 1970, so they took great care to make sure everything was installed as perfectly as possible with our walls that aren't exactly straight. Thank you!

Outstanding family run business - Randy and Amy are very knowledgeable and care about the customer. Great attention to detail and quality. Chase and Sheldon did our tear out and install and were very professional and did a super job. They cleaned up meticulously after the tear out and were equally attentive to details with the install. Would highly recommend this business.

Just purchased quartz counter top, customer service was "okay" through the purchasing phase. We ended up having to move the install date due to contractor and they were flexible with us. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the cut of the counter was off. Leaving between 1/4" and 1/2" gap along a 6ft wall. Ended up costing us an extra $350 on the backsplash install. Contractors had to float the wall significantly creating an extra day of work. We waited a week expecting a follow up call to see how we liked the counters and nothing... You would think after spending 7k you would get some sort of a customer service follow up to ensure we liked the counters and answer any questions. WRONG.. After reaching out numerous times to the Owners we didn't receive any follow up or attempt to make it right. In addition one of the corners of the counter in a high traffic area was supposed to be a 1" radius and they did a 1/4" leaving a hard corner to Charlie horse a hip or thigh. The guys who did the install were great, very friendly and took pride in their work. Ultimately we went with Granite Creations due to a $700 cost savings from the Granite Shop in Elkhart. Hindsight I would have paid the extra money and went there. The customer service we received from Granite Shop was significantly better along with their follow up even though we didn't by from them. Also Granite Shop offers you the option to layout your counters and determine where you want the seems. My wife stairs at a seem daily that she hates. This significantly takes away from the beauty of the stone. I understand mistakes happening and we gladly would have worked through them. But getting zero follow up is unacceptable and bad business.
