I bought my countertops sight unseen from a picture I found on the Facebook page here back in November 2021. Signed the contract with the sales lady via email. April called to schedule my install. I was handed over to Rhea. She got all setup with the template and install dates all within 2 weeks. Install did not.go well the first time. Today the install was flawless and correct. I want to make sure Rhea, Cindy, and the installers today May 12, 2022 (the second crew that came out did not get there names) are notice and acknowledged. Each of you deserve so much more then this thank you letter! Cindy helped with all my questions letting me know who would take over my account. Rhea words can not express how much you went above and beyond working with me. From the scheduling, install, and getting all the issues resolved that happen. The 2 gentlemen today who corrected all the mistakes from the original crew. 100% satisfied customers here THANK YOU!!!

Jasmine was awesome and always made herself available and Marcos team were phenomenal! They even went back and fixed what a different installer from RockyTops mistakes because it just wasn’t right. My only complaint is that i wish the admin (scheduler etc.) were as good but still highly recommend!

Jasmine Howard is a true professional. She made herself available to us every time will called or visited the showroom, she was prompt with answers, and was very patient while we were choosing our stone. The installers, Jose and Chris, were great to work with also. I suppose no job site is without a couple of issues. These 2 guys took care of everything in stride.
