I am updating an existing bathroom in my basement. This new countertop/sink makes my older bathroom look so new. This company is great to work with. They go out of their way to accommodate you. This is the second time I have used them. They show up on time and do a wonderful job. The prices are very reasonable.

The countertops were by far the best and easiest part of my kitchen remodel. I reached out to the company Friday morning, somebody reached out to me before lunch, and Kyle was out measuring by 5 PM. Not only were the countertops almost $1400 cheaper than Menards had quoted, but it also included installation and I didn’t have to worry about measuring myself and using the ridiculous template that you have to order. They had the countertops cut and installed by the following Friday. The two gentlemen that installed the countertops were very friendly and professional. I would definitely come back to this business should I ever need countertops again!

He advised us on the best countertop and color for our home. His quote for the kitchen was so affordable that we decided to do six additional rooms! The crews that came out to measure, remove existing countertops, and to install the new ones were friendly and professional. The whole process only took a few days from our first meeting to completion! Nicolas contacted us to make sure that everything looked great and that we were completely satisfied. Working with Nicolas and his company was an absolute pleasure!

I would like to give a 5 stars and appreciate Nichole and his installation team for doing my Macomb home kitchen and 1st floor bath granite counter tops work. They installed the counters pretty quick one week after Nichole came out for the measurement. The installation technicians completed the job carefully and professionally from morning to the afternoon with good quality of the job.

This is my 2nd time using Granite & Mabrle Design in the last few years. I would highly recommend them to anyone as I had a good experience both times. I was able to look at slabs on a Saturday, get a quote the same day, and then have a template done the next week. From template to install, it was about 3 weeks. Template took less than 30 minutes; install was close to 3 hours. Very fast and efficient which is helpful. Overall, the quartz is beautiful as you can see in the photo and I’m very satisfied with their work.

They worked diligently to minimize the seam that was placed to the right of the sink area. I appreciate the forethought that went into the planning and layout of the countertop. The store has a good variety of quartz, which is what I was looking for. Nicolas came out to my house the next day to measure. And we had our countertops in about 2.5 weeks. There was a small issue, but the guys came back out the next morning to fix it with no problem.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Granite and Marble Design!! Top notch service from start to finish, unbelievably fast and high quality. We had 65 sq ft of quartz countertops installed within 18 days of initial inquiry. It would've been even faster if my schedule was more flexible. Nicolas contacted me within hours of initial inquiry and was at my house within the week with samples and quote. Everyone from Nicolas to Kyle templating and Shay and Benjamin installing were fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't be happier with the end result. I've worked with box stores in the past that subcontracted the work and didn't have good experiences. I decided I would go straight to the source this time and I'm so glad we did. Nicolas was super responsive and great to work with. Very happy with our new quartz counters! Again, highly recommend this company.

Nick,his family and his employees are the most professional and friendly my wife and I have met. From first contact we had the most satisfying experience you could expect. Called Nick and had an immediate quote appointment. 2 days later our counter tops were measured and laid out. THE NEXT DAY our counter tops were installed. Everything happened exactly as Nick told us from start to finish. The office was friendly, Tim in the shop was friendly and helped us with our tough decision. The installers were friendly helped us with our many questions about the granite counter tops. Communication was fantastic. We mentioned something to the installers and Tim from the shop called us the same day with his assurance about our question. I can't say enough about this company. Nick's price was extremely reasonable and he even gave my wife a complementary marble pastry slab. Call Nick, get his quote, give him the down payment and enjoy your counter tops... We are!! Thanks Nick and his wife, Tim, Jeremy, and Curtis! P.S. We have some floors to install and we will do what ever possible to have Nick and his company do the work for us.

I will be more than happy to remove/update this review when and if the owner decides to stand behind his mistakes and fixes it to make it right. We used this company for a couple of years for multiple counter tops. We manage many homes. We used this company several times around 2020/2021. In the last 2 weeks we have had not one but two of their sinks fall from under the countertop. We called to first ask for their warranty and the lady agreed that they should take care of that. She suddenly ghosted my contractor, but the owner called back and said it would be $350 to reinstall. You mean to tell me that a sink/countertop that was installed by them fell within 4 years of purchasing and I have to pay for it to be fixed? How many of you have lived in a home where their sink fell through that wasn't less that 20 years old? These were both installed by this company. Then this week I found out that another one of our homes had their sink fall off from under the countertop also installed by them in 2020 and the women told my assistant that "Sinks Fall". This company must have had a pretty bad installer back in 2020 and they are clearly chasing messes. Don't purchase from them. They do not stand behind their work. Also if you look at the history of negative reviews the owner never once holds himself accountable

My countertop broke in half because it was not installed properly. I had to hire and pay $$ to a reputable Granite company to repair. I also had this hack company out a year after install to fix the counter because it had shifted and they charged me!!! They do not guarantee their work. BEWARE!! The Nick guy is a con artist. Use a reputable Granite company NOT this one you will regret and it will be expensive.

Nicolas seemed great. Gave me a quote, started the next week. All of the guys were great, the guys who measured, installed, and the plumber. My problem, was that flawed stone was installed. I should have inspected the counter before the guys left at 9 PM, but, as I had never done this before, did not do a final "view". I realized the flaw the next morning, when I actually looked, and there were two black sharpie-like marks in the middle of my brand new white quartz. I called Nicolas, who tried to place the blame on me. Nobody had even sat at that counter overnight with all of the wood supports under it. Regardless, a guy was sent out on Monday, who tried turpentine and industrial strength bleach. Nothing. Flaw was in the stone. Nicolas refused to help. Luckily, the supplier helped, and paid for a "drill and fill" for the marks. Not perfect, but it will suffice. I payed a lot of money for flawed stone. I will not be getting a warranty from Nicolas, as I did not leave a five star review.
