This is the second home project that we did and had Grabince as our fabricators. They always do an amazing job! April keeps you updated as the project moves along. She even answered my email at 9:00pm when I was having last minute plumbing issues the day before the installation. We have recommended them to family and friends over the years—we will definitely call them again for future projects!

April with Grabince Stone, was very helpful and provided a lot of good information to help us narrow down our decision for counter tops. My husband worked with the team to get the kitchen measurements and explained how he wanted the Quartzite to look. We had a fabulous installer that took their time and ensured the Quartzite was laid out perfectly. We highly recommend GRABINE for your next project.

Danette and her Mgr were great helping and explaining all options of stones. Also if I had any questions, they were quick to answer me back regardless if by email, text, or phone call. Only problem we had was installer was 2 hrs late but demolition of old laminate was quick and installation of granite was perfect. While 2 guys installed undermount sink, other guy supposedly sealed granite. My 2 other contractors noticed streaking in sealed granite and then I felt unsealed spots. Sent pic to Danette and spoke with her and they came back and made it right! I only gave 4 stars due to that and also installer had to be called back to pick up old countertops that we had paid them to do.

I was looking for a small piece for a 36" vanity - they had the PERFECT piece! Then I NEEDed another (bar top) and another (Bathroom counters) and another (several shelves in the bathroom) :) I would recommend getting everything at one time and not in pieces.
The selection is top notch and prices are reasonable. April is great to work with. The guy that comes out to take measurements is very professional and the installers were too.
I used a different place for my kitchen and although I like the counters - I wish I had done the whole house with Grabince.

We had a wonderful experience using Grabince for our granite needs. The staff was completely willing to help and meet our deadlines for installation and always followed up with us via email and phone calls every step of the way. What we liked the most is when they said something was going to happen, it happened. They always held to their word. Estimating was on time, seeing the granite slab we picked was on time, and installation was on time. Grabince definitely created a happy customer and one that will return for future work.

Does Grabince Granite offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Grabince Granite performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Grabince Granite provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Grabince Granite, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Grabince Granite in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
