I worked with Grabince to upgrade my kitchen countertops and would definitely recommend them and will work with them again when I need stone work. They made the process easy to find a materials vendor and coordinate the install. My kitchen is so nice and bright now and I'm thrilled with the results!

Danette and her Mgr were great helping and explaining all options of stones. Also if I had any questions, they were quick to answer me back regardless if by email, text, or phone call. Only problem we had was installer was 2 hrs late but demolition of old laminate was quick and installation of granite was perfect. While 2 guys installed undermount sink, other guy supposedly sealed granite. My 2 other contractors noticed streaking in sealed granite and then I felt unsealed spots. Sent pic to Danette and spoke with her and they came back and made it right! I only gave 4 stars due to that and also installer had to be called back to pick up old countertops that we had paid them to do.

Grabince has been a great company to work with. April has been very professional and understanding and exercised patience when there was a minor delay on our part. The team they have in place for countertop replacement is very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient in what they do. They were very attentive to any minor details that required correction. We have been very satisfied with their services and would use them again in the future when we have a need for their services.

I was looking for a small piece for a 36" vanity - they had the PERFECT piece! Then I NEEDed another (bar top) and another (Bathroom counters) and another (several shelves in the bathroom) :) I would recommend getting everything at one time and not in pieces. The selection is top notch and prices are reasonable. April is great to work with. The guy that comes out to take measurements is very professional and the installers were too. I used a different place for my kitchen and although I like the counters - I wish I had done the whole house with Grabince.

What we liked the most is when they said something was going to happen, it happened. They always held to their word.
