The service was terrible. Not one person acknowledge I walked in. I literally asked for help and was told someone would help me and I waited around for half an hour (with kids mind you) while they looked at their computers not even acknowledging the fact that I was waiting. They then spoke to an older couple (who didn’t have an appt) and asked them if they needed help. At one point I asked again if I needed to make an appt and the person said no and she was on her lunch break so said again someone would help. No one helped for another 15 min so we walked out.

Read the bottom to know where you should go instead. This company has some of the worst customer service I have witnessed. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually cares about your service and not just making a dollar. 1. I walked in, and no one except one nice kid asked if I needed help. 2. They were out of floor samples for a type of flooring I like, so I asked if I could get another. The worker looked up from his phone (sitting at his desk on his phone texting or gaming) and said “they are on the other side of this wall in the pantry”. 3. I spoon fed them a detailed AutoCad layout and they still couldn’t get the quote even remotely right (assuming because the text boxes were in English). I found way better luck with Ohana Builders.

Ruby was an exceptional help in setting up our selection of our quartz countertop and helping us with getting measurements done correctly. She was always available to handle any problems that came up. Lee and his helper were exceptional workers and got the removal of our old countertops and installing the new one with no problems or damages. Lee was always courteous and informative. Ruby, Lee and his helper are great assets to Golden Cabinets & Stone company. Great job.

I kept changing my mind about every little detail of the cabinets and countertop I wanted, but Sharon was extremely understanding, accommodating, and professional throughout the process. I talked to various people within the industry while shopping around and got a resounding nod that Golden Cabinets is extremely efficient and that nobody on the island can match their prices. The installers came and completed the project within a day, despite an on-the-spot design change. It’s hard to believe the price I paid for the quality of material and labor I received. For your next bathroom or kitchen remodel, I highly recommend these guys. Also, make sure to ask for Sharon. Her customer service is amazing and she is really invested in making sure your project comes out the way you want.

Job very well done & on time as promised. Color choice of the cabinets & countertops turned out great….THANKS to Ana who guided us through…..answering all our questions promptly; giving suggestions based on our needs. She made sure that everyone was always on the same page on the project, so everything went smoothly indeed! There were 3 installers for our kitchen remodel and they were all so efficient. They were focused, quick, & systematic while working. Across a 3 day process, they spent about 12 hours total to finish everything from demolition to the finished kitchen. Very happy with how everything turned out! Highly recommend!

After my vanities got water damage, I decided is time to update my bathroom. I choose golden cabinet since they can custom made the cabinets and counter that fits my bathroom. Anna is very helpful with measurements and giving design ideas. I want a floating vanity in one of my bathroom and they can do that too. I love the white finish of this new vanity and the quartz counter top that requires no maintenance. They done the job so quick and clean. I am satisfied with the design and the quality of the cabinets and countertops.

We had a very good experience with Ruby! She’s amazing! We needed materials right away in stock so I’d recommend you have a number one and two favorite just in case number one gets sold out. I’d highly recommend Ruby as she was so adept at design and her customer service was excellent. We bought quartz, the flooring and the cabinets but had a contractor install. I’d give this 4.5 stars but google won’t let me.

Worked with Samuel from Golden to design our blue kitchen and bathroom vanities. We were remodeling on a budget. Golden was recommended by most contractors, greatly priced, have inventory on hand and Sam helped us out with the countertops we wanted and when our contractor needed something for installs. Very happy with the final product!

My mother was looking to update her kitchen. I called golden cabinets and stone and got in contact with Sharon. Sharon and her team were a pleasure to work with. I can tell she's very passionate about her work. She is very straightforward and knowledgeable. We greatly appreciated her flexibility and patience with us while working through several drafts before finalizing the design. Her installation team was also great. They answered all our questions while working and completed everything on time. Highly recommend Sharon and her team!

Project Manager, Andy, was very communicative through every step of the process. He made sure no work got done without my approval. He even took care of the cost of the new garbage disposal to alleviate the unexpected cost of some paint work I would need to finish the job. (They don't do painting.) It's obvious that Andy cares deeply about his customers. He is very polite, efficient, and detail oriented. I got the grey shaker cabinets with Calcutta quartz counter tops & backsplash, (same quality & products as many of their competitors), installed for less than half the cost of hiring a contractor, and with the work completed in only 5 days, a fraction of the time! Thank you, Andy!

I had the pleasure of working with Sam on a kitchen remodel--and even though I was managing the whole project from miles away, Sam and Golden Cabinet's commitment to quality and customer service truly shined through. From our first phone call to final install, the process was smooth and professional. I was walked through each step: design, material selection, measurements, and timeline. All communication was handled over the phone and email--and yet I always felt fully informed. My questions were always promptly and patiently answered. The service, quality of materials, and competitive pricing was so good, we decided to remodel our bathrooms and additional kitchen within a span of less than two years! Thank you Sam and Golden Cabinets. I highly recommend!!

Did our first complete kitchen Reno for our small condo kitchen. This was my first time ever doing a renovation so I hardly knew anything . Plus I was off island up until the renovations even started so that was also a disadvantage for me. However, Anna from golden cabinets helped me from start to finish and was very patient. When the actual renovation day came, they were quick efficient and professional.

The Golden Cabinets team is such a professional and efficient crew that completed our bathroom and kitchen remodel beyond expectations. Eddie and Laizhou were very helpful and collaborative throughout the remodel process. The finished construction is beautiful, modern, sleek, and made our home feel like a newly built property rather than a simple remodel. I'm so thankful for Eddie's and Laizhou's insight, skills, and competency for creating a luxury remodel rather than just a home improvement. We highly recommend the Golden Cabinets team for high quality service and making beautiful ideas a breathtaking reality. Attached is our before and after pictures.

My hubby and I recently hired Golden Cabinet & Stone for a complete bathroom renovation and change out of our laminate flooring to LVP all throughout our condo, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were outstanding. Special mention to Sharon for her patience, thoughtful suggestions and understanding our vision and their guys Hai & Whang for executing everything flawlessly. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, with clear communication throughout the process, although it was a challenge sometimes, but I can always count on Sharon to act as out interpreter . The quality of work is top-notch -- from the tilework to the fixtures and finishes, everything looks and feels exceptional I highly recommend Golden Cabinet & Stone to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and courteous contractor. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and it truly shows in the final result.

I have been using Golden Cabinets and Stone for quite some time. Not only are their cabinets top quality, but the selection is vast and the stone whether it is quartz or granite is always modern and in style. While having a great quality and selection is great, this is not the best part of golden cabinets. The best part is their staff. Anna is my regular salesperson and she is smart as a whip. She can help me create a kitchen based on pictures and simple measurements. She is personable, fantastic at correspondence, and extremely responsive. As a matter of fact, all of their staff are knowledgeable, helpful and undoubtedly are all team players. When your regular salesperson is out, their staff will offer to help you in their stead. Well deserved five stars.

I have purchased from Golden Cabinets a few times and also had been referred by close friends. When we decided to redo our kitchen we shopped around and still ended up at Golden. This was mostly because of Eddie our sales man. Throughout our entire project he was amazing, worked with us through our changes and upgrades. Helped us find what was best for us in our small DIY kitchen project. While we are not quite finished with our project we could not be happier with the service from Golden. I will be helping my daughter with her project and look forward to working with Eddie at Golden Cabinets yet again.

I decided to go with Golden Cabinets after getting about 5 estimates on my kitchen renovation project. Not only did they give me the best price for my project, but it was broken down, itemized, and very easy to understand and compare to other offers. I worked with Helen throughout the project, and she was very easy to work with. Kind, professional, and responsive. I could always reach her if I had a question or an issue, even outside of normal business hours. I feel like I got lucky with her. If she is any indication of how the whole company operates, it reflects very well on them. In short, price, professionalism, and quality. These guys came through for me big time and kept everything within my desired timeline. I would have no hesitation coming back to them again in the future.

We were referred here by a friend who used them and was happy with their work (and had already done the legwork to do his research into several companies). We had done our due diligence, too, and gotten 3 quotes. Initially, we thought we'd go with another contractor and just pick out cabinets/sinks in person, but we quickly changed our minds. From the moment we stepped foot in the Golden Cabinets store, Helen was super helpful and assisted us with our design choices and next steps. She quickly drafted up the quotes, 3D plans with our design preferences in mind, and didn't rush us into anything. She shared all the options we had for countertops and even reached out when they had new alternatives come in so we could make a more informed decision. She was extremely professional, responsive, and even tried working around our work schedules to come out and take measurements. She was super easy to work with and provided several options for install dates and the crew delivered and were on-schedule. What some other vendors quoted 5-6 days, they did in 3 days. They worked from 9am - 5pm onsite and even on a Saturday! The install crew were very professional and made sure not to damage our appliances as they installed around them. We had a water leak under our kitchen sink which prompted the kitchen renovation in the first place, and our insurance company hired a remediation company who cut a hole in the drywall to see where the leak was coming from. Fortunately, it wasn't from behind the wall, but now there was a hold in the wall that needed to be patched--Golden Cabinets took care of that, too! Helen communicated well throughout the entire installation. There was a small adjustment that we asked them to make with the cabinets and Helen got that taken care of quickly, with the crew coming in on a Saturday morning to get it resolved. I would 100% go with them again in the future for any cabinetry work and would recommend them for their professionalism, communication, and great work. I was not compensated for this review--I just wanted to share how happy we are with their work! :-) Thanks, Helen and Golden Cabinets & Stone team!

Elaine, the sales person, did an excellent job taking care of us. She gave us what we wanted with a discount. She came out to our place to make measurements and to check on the progress of the work. The installers demolished the old cabinets and installed the new cabinets in one day. They cleaned up and hauled away the old cabinets. The next day in a few hours, they installed the precut countertops and backsplash walls. They caulked and cleaned up the rubbish. They polished the countertops and wiped down the cabinets. They worked very fast and knew what they were doing. They were professional and courteous. We will recommend Golden Cabinets to our friends and family.

We highly recommend purchasing your kitchen cabinets from Golden Cabinets! Jin has been amazing and actually made purchasing our kitchen and bar cabinets enjoyable! We're re-building our home and Jin worked with us to find ways to get exactly what we were looking for while still staying within our budget. He has an eye for exactly what will fit and where it would work best, was incredibly responsive throughout the process, and came all the way out to our home, himself, to be sure that the cabinets being installed a few days from then would work in the space we have. We were so pleased with the installation of the kitchen and bar cabinets, that we are now working with Jin to get bathroom vanities and he has continued to show the utmost degree of customer service. We can't thank Jin enough and definitely recommend that you seek him out to help you when you go to Golden. We're loving our new glossy white kitchen cabinets with minimalist handles and glossy grey bar cabinets with gold handles!

From start to finish, we experienced outstanding professionalism. Anna was instrumental in guiding us through our kitchen remodel. Her extensive knowledge and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She answered all of our questions with ease and ensured that we had the correct measurements, which set the stage for a seamless installation. Our project wasn't a quick weekend task--it was a more extended endeavor. Anna worked with our timeline, ensuring all the flooring materials were ready when we needed them. She also coordinated an exceptional team to install the cabinets and countertops. Having worked with many professionals in the past, I can say that things don't always go as planned, but the team from Golden Cabinets & Stone exceeded every expectation. They were not only highly skilled but also incredibly respectful, careful with our property, and left the site impeccably clean. I even joked with Evan that I'd trust him to perform surgery because of how precise and meticulous he was! The team showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the project on time and within the original estimate. To complete the renovation, I will now install the backsplash tiles, and our new appliances are arriving this coming weekend. If you're considering a remodeling project, I wholeheartedly recommend these professionals. You'll be in great hands!

We checked out 5 companies and got quotes before we decided to go with Golden Cabinets. One of our deciding factors was our sales person, Helen Zhou. She was knowledgeable and sincere without the pressure you sometimes feel with sales. Helen showed us numerous options and took the time needed to answer all of our questions. We love the materials that we chose. From the start and throughout the installation, we felt comfortable calling or texting her. She's sweet. We had a few small issues during the install and Helen made sure things were taken care of and that we were completely satisfied. Our 30 year old kitchen that was in desperate need of renovation is now updated and beautiful. Renovation is a process and could have been stressful if we didn't have the right person helping along the way. We recommend checking out Helen Zhou at Golden Cabinets. We are glad we did!!

I've been working with Samuel and his team of renovation experts for many years, and they have always finished the projects as promised, on time, and on budget. A few of the projects included kitchen and bathroom renovations and a complete makeover of a former garage space into a family library. They recently completed the installation of over 1,000 square feet of vinyl plank, including a living room, two bedrooms, and two staircases. As with all the other projects, the workmanship and quality of materials were superb, and the cost was well under the bids of other contractors. We'll be back again! Jeff W

In February 2024, we began our Ewa Beach home renovation, from Connecticut, 5,000 miles away! A dear friend recommended Golden Cabinet & Stone. We were fortunate to have Helen Zhou as our consultant. We envisioned a kitchen remodel with new cabinets and counters, plus new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout our 1,700 sqft home. We planned on doing the work ourselves with the help of a friend. Our friend's expert help would only be available for 3 weeks, we were on a tight schedule! Helen worked with us throughout the spring, creating and revising (numerous!) plans. We settled on a plan, and she went forward creating the detailed bill of materials for the project. Helen's expertise shined through when we arrived on island to start work. She navigated us through supply chain problems, generating effective solutions to keep us on schedule. Without her expert advice on stair treads, we would have been weeks behind schedule due to supply shortages. With Helen's diligence we were able to complete our beautiful kitchen and floor remodel ahead of schedule! Not only is Helen an expert in her field, she is also a kind, empathetic and fun person to work with. Considering the strain of remodeling a house on a TIGHT deadline, Helen's calm demeanor and can-do approach made our work enjoyable! We highly recommend Helen Zhou and Golden Cabinet and Stone. In fact, we think so highly of Helen and Golden Cabinet and Stone, we have contracted them to remodel our guest and primary bathrooms. This time Helen and Golden Cabinet will be doing all the work!

We called on Golden Cabinets after recommendations from a realtor-friend and an architect. We even heard of them from one of my co-workers! Their good work gets around. Basically, we had a 1969 designed kitchen. The kitchen cabinets / counters were at least 12 years old from previous owner. After some water damage, it had to be replaced. We worked with Helen Z., one of their sales and design consultants, and she was top-notch and very professional. She was patient and was responsive to our questions and concerns. We were worried at first because most of the contractors only spoke Chinese (Mandarin) but Helen was our liaison and made sure they knew what to do. She was a text or phone call away. These guys speak with their hands and their hustle ! And they are efficient! After a few consults with Helen, we scheduled the work. The cabinets and counters had been demo'd by another company (the mold people), but once Golden Cabinets stepped foot in our home, they went to town! And they were always on time or early. My only critique would be the guys need to be mindful of where they put their tools (so not to scratch stovetop or drier), but overall, minor. Their cost was affordable, and the work was high-quality. They were able to create a beautiful new island out of our 1969 pantry, and put in dimmer lights at our request. When we asked for some detail work, they responded. And the backsplash is a hit with every one who's seen their work! Nicely done! The cabinets and counters are awesome. Creates the experience & feel we want. Seriously, if you want the best, check out Golden Cabinets. They live up to their reviews and know what they're doing. TIP: Get the right consultant to work with - Helen Z. helped us find a solution or ways to get most of what we wanted done. GC finished all the work in 9 working days. Wow! We thought it would bleed into Thanksgiving, but they were 2-3 days earlier than expected. Highly recommend. Make sure you have a clear vision. Mahalo Golden Cabinets, and especially, Helen Z. for making the process run smoothly. We hope they hire more Helens to service their customers! I am already referring her to 2 more people! One already lives in my building!

This is the second time I have used Golden Cabinets and Stone, working with Jin. Jin sets it all up then follows through to make sure the work is completed correctly. He also offers options to consider and there's no judgement! The cabinets and countertops look great. The workmanship was good. I will definitely call on GC for my next renovation project.

I had ordered my kitchen cabinets from Golden cabinets and Stone with Yuki 4 years ago. I come back to order few wall cabinets to replace my existing cabinets, only because I want to change my 30"W micro hood to a regular 36" W range hood. I got great deal of those cabinets. So happy with everything.
