Ruby was an exceptional help in setting up our selection of our quartz countertop and helping us with getting measurements done correctly. She was always available to handle any problems that came up. Lee and his helper were exceptional workers and got the removal of our old countertops and installing the new one with no problems or damages. Lee was always courteous and informative. Ruby, Lee and his helper are great assets to Golden Cabinets & Stone company. Great job.

Anna helped us, she gave us awesome customer service and alot of knowledge with measurements and details and knew what we wanted. In the end we have a beautiful kitchen. Employees work fast .

I kept changing my mind about every little detail of the cabinets and countertop I wanted, but Sharon was extremely understanding, accommodating, and professional throughout the process. I talked to various people within the industry while shopping around and got a resounding nod that Golden Cabinets is extremely efficient and that nobody on the island can match their prices. The installers came and completed the project within a day, despite an on-the-spot design change. It’s hard to believe the price I paid for the quality of material and labor I received. For your next bathroom or kitchen remodel, I highly recommend these guys. Also, make sure to ask for Sharon. Her customer service is amazing and she is really invested in making sure your project comes out the way you want.

The service was terrible. Not one person acknowledge I walked in. I literally asked for help and was told someone would help me and I waited around for half an hour (with kids mind you) while they looked at their computers not even acknowledging the fact that I was waiting. They then spoke to an older couple (who didn’t have an appt) and asked them if they needed help. At one point I asked again if I needed to make an appt and the person said no and she was on her lunch break so said again someone would help. No one helped for another 15 min so we walked out.

Read the bottom to know where you should go instead. This company has some of the worst customer service I have witnessed. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually cares about your service and not just making a dollar. 1. I walked in, and no one except one nice kid asked if I needed help. 2. They were out of floor samples for a type of flooring I like, so I asked if I could get another. The worker looked up from his phone (sitting at his desk on his phone texting or gaming) and said “they are on the other side of this wall in the pantry”. 3. I spoon fed them a detailed AutoCad layout and they still couldn’t get the quote even remotely right (assuming because the text boxes were in English). I found way better luck with Ohana Builders.

Job very well done & on time as promised. Color choice of the cabinets & countertops turned out great….THANKS to Ana who guided us through…..answering all our questions promptly; giving suggestions based on our needs. She made sure that everyone was always on the same page on the project, so everything went smoothly indeed! There were 3 installers for our kitchen remodel and they were all so efficient. They were focused, quick, & systematic while working. Across a 3 day process, they spent about 12 hours total to finish everything from demolition to the finished kitchen. Very happy with how everything turned out! Highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with Ruby! She’s amazing! We needed materials right away in stock so I’d recommend you have a number one and two favorite just in case number one gets sold out. I’d highly recommend Ruby as she was so adept at design and her customer service was excellent. We bought quartz, the flooring and the cabinets but had a contractor install. I’d give this 4.5 stars but google won’t let me.
