As shared a few weeks ago… BUYERS BEWARE This company has proved time after time to be complete frauds. I prepaid this company for quartzite which I never received or the promised refund. My attorney sent a demand letter. A refund check was to be issued and taken to my attorney within 48 hrs, in return I would remove my reviews. Needless to say, a bogus representative of the company reached out to my attorney and made several promises to pay and ultimately never showing up. I warn you, do not do business with this company! They hire out unskilled labor for cheap and then don’t finish the job or show up at all!

I usually do not write reviews on companies unless its a negative one, but, the outstanding quality coupled with great customer service provided by Go-Granite is what prompted me to leave this review. Their team made the entire process completely effortless and worry free from start to finish. The team at Go Granite are very friendly and pride themselves on delivering a quality product and an overall outstanding experience. Their techs, Caesar and Ivan are extremely courteous, professional, and well versed in their craft. In fact, their level of competence left me speechless. I'm must say I was thoroughly impressed with their service and expertise. As if their flawless delivery and install wasn't enough, the owner Daneya personally came out to ensure her techs were providing a five star experience. I have never experienced anything else like it. I mean who does that??? Their pricing is very reasonable, and the estimate they provided were spot on for the job we had done. Thank you very much Daneya. Its hard to find companies that take care of business and customers the way they do! I highly recommend!

I’ve used go granite twice now. The second time was for quartz kitchen countertops. I got an estimate from someone else and they told me I needed two pieces of quartz. Deneya did the measurements and told me she could make it work with just buying one piece. Go granite saved me so much money and they did a beautiful job, my kitchen looks fabulous! Deneya is very kind and accommodating.

Go Granite is our "Go To" for all of our countertop needs, not only reasonably priced, but also great about providing options using remaining pieces without purchasing a full slab. Go-Granite did a wonderful job installing our Quartzite countertops! Daneya communicated with us in great detail throughout the entire effort and her team was quick, professional, and left our home very clean! The quartzite looks absolutely fabulous and I have already received so many complements in our upgraded kitchen thanks to Go-Granite!! Highly recommend!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! Not worth any stars! I prepaid for quartzite countertop. I never received slab or my money back after several attempts. We had been given plenty excuses as to why we have not been refunded yet. We have since hired an attorney after slab manufacturer confirmed order had never been placed!

all I can say is AMAZING! we are so happy with our new Quartz countertops! the whole process was seamless, we are so happy with the results! a huge thank you to Daneya, she came by to quote us in early August and two weeks later we have our new countertops! the installers were wonderful as well thank you Go-Granite!

We have used Go Granite for every countertop need we have had in our home over the past 25 years. Denae is extremely responsive and very easy to work with. She sent multiple options & suggestions, even after hours and weekends. I would highly recommend this company!

They installed a counter top on top of kitchen sink with no support brackets and only six daps of adhesive caulk then when the sink fell into the cabinet and broke dishes and the plumbing they wanted to give a 50% discount for reinstalling their substandard installation. Buyer be ware with these idiots who obviously don’t know how to treat those customers after the sale from shifty workmanship. My friend tried to resolve it with them but they refused to help him after he left a negative yelp review. Go-Granite now has to feel the wrath of screwing over a Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt instructor and General well liked a respected person who would’ve increased the sales and referrals if they had taken the high road but nope they decide to take the wrong turn and now will have to deal with these reviews from thousands of friends of Jerry Laire. By the way, he had another company come out the same night to repair it for even cheaper than their 50% reinstall offer. There’s more to profits than the initial sale you idiots. Just look at the pictures of their installation. Stay away far away from this company.
