We met Giallo Stone Owner Andrey at his storefront and he showed us a bunch of samples and options we were looking for. We chose Calacatta Gold Quartz by Silestone. Andrey was able to look at our floor plan drawing and quickly determine layout, joints, and slab quantity. Field measurements at the house took place after our cabinets and plywood tops were complete. During installation the Giallo Stone crew were able to cut around the farmhouse sink precisely. The slab seam joints and caulk joints turned out very well done. We are pleased with our Quartz countertop installation. Our Kitchen is still under remodel but as you can see from the photos, the countertops are making a huge difference. Thank you.

I went into Giallo just looking for a piece of quartz for a threshold, but after talking to Andrey decided to go with him for out kitchen and vanity counters. It was the right choice. He referred us to an awesome stone yard where we found something very different and much better than what we had originally been thinking. Everything just went in and it looks incredible. He's been nothing but a pleasure to deal with, and (most important to me given some other experiences I've had with vendors), his team is extremely detail-oriented. Highly recommend.

We decided to upgrade our kitchen counters and after research decided to check out Giallo Stone. The showroom contained a wide variety of colors and materials. Once we decided the material and color the installation process was simple. They came to our house once and measured the counters and backsplashes. They scheduled a crew to come to our house to demo the existing aged limestone counters and install our new ones. They were fast and clean. We expected lots of dust and debris, there was none. I was especially impressed when I subsequently chipped a piece of the counter by accident, and they sent a repair person who quickly fixed it perfectly. We would highly recommend Giallo Stone.

If you are looking to redo your counter tops or any other project that you want to use any type of stone or quartz don’t think about going any place other then Giallo Stone. Andrey (owner) is fantastic. He is honest, helpful and his costs are reasonable for the quality of products that he carries. With Andrey’s help I chose Cambria Quartz using two different designs, one for my counters and a similar color but different design for my island. Andrey also helped me to decide to take down my current backsplash and to replace it with the same quartz as the counter tops. I’m so glad he did as the kitchen now looks amazing plus I now have more options when designing the kitchen as my old backsplash was sage green subway tile. Andrey came by one day to do all of the measuring then a week later Nolly and David came on Tuesday to do the demolition and to install a new sink, the counter tops and island and then back again on Thursday to install the backsplash. They did a fantastic job! They kept all areas clean and removed all demolition materials.

We found Giallo Stone through Costco. Karina was the first person we met. She came to my house to give us a cost estimate. Unfortunately, the price for the Costco countertop was outside our price range. She suggested visit their showroom on San Fernando Road, there are many other brands and styles and perhaps we can find one within our price range. We visited the showroom on a very slow day right after Thanksgiving. Store owner Andrey helped us with to find a brand/slab within our price range and answered all of our technical and aesthetic questions. One feature we wanted was to have a "water fall" face on the side of the kitchen peninsula. From talking to Andrey, I gathered he has a lot of experience making "water falls". Splitting a piece of expansive slab into different piece so they would fit a custom countertop space, and also maintain the beauty/integrity of the stone's pattern and vein. This is why we want it, to give the kitchen space that extra personality, and connect everything together as a whole, from the cabinets to the countertops to the floor. The installation was about 5 hours. Andrey's crew was professional, friendly, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. From meeting with Karina (and talking with Jesse) to job completion, the entire process took a little over a week, we were still on budget and on track. Much much thanks and appreciation to Giallo Stone! Great service and we are very happy with our quartz countertop. Highly recommended! Thanks for reading!

Terrible customer service. Andrey just wants your money, and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. He doesn't stand by his own products/ work, can't keep his own promises, and is terrible at communicating. Andrey installed my Dekton countertops in March 2022. 2 weeks later (even though I had barely used it, since my house was still under renovation) my counters cracked, one long crack from the backsplash to all the way to the counter edge. The left and right sides of the beach looked uneven, so maybe they applied uneven amounts of glue, which caused it to crack, I'm not sure. So, I contacted Andrey to see what he could do. He said there's a warranty. One year later, he finally got the rep from Dekton to come see it. He said that they would replace it through the warranty. I've been following up with Andrey every couple months for a year, and I've gotten zero response.
