Flawless and professional is what I would describe Chris, his team, and the work provided by Gemini. I walked into Gemeni after visiting a competitor and was blown away by the experience that Chris was able to provide. I did not have a contractor and found Chris, he was able to connect with me on a personal level and able to complete the project as described and requested. I never once had any issue with Chris, and will definitely be returning for more projects! I most definitely recommend Chris and his team, they will make sure the job gets done the correct way. 10/10 Recommended!

We couldn’t have been more fortunate than to have our first natural stone installation experience with Chris and his team at Gemini International Marble and Granite. We visited half a dozen fabricator/installer showrooms the day we met Chris. His showroom was our last stop of the day, and after meeting with him, we knew before we left that we wanted to work with him. He has some slabs onsite, but if you don’t see something that fits your taste, he will give you a list of numerous suppliers that he works with. We visited a few of them before finding the perfect stone for our kitchen counters. He moved the slabs to his facility where he held them until we were ready. Communication and follow up were excellent throughout the whole process. If he wasn’t immediately available to take our call, he always got back to us before the end of the day. We did a full kitchen remodel, so Chris was on standby until the cabinets were installed, but as soon as they were, he fit us in right away for templating. After he made the templates, we realized a cabinet wasn’t installed properly which resulted in an additional 3 inches needing to be added to the end of one of the counters. Chris made time to come over and see it for himself to make sure he was clear on the change before fabricating the counter. Because our kitchen is an unusual shape with a lot of angles, we had to get two slabs. Chris invited us to the showroom after he made the templates to have us decide what part of the slabs to use for specific areas. He did an amazing job of mirroring the pattern of the stone on opposite sides of the sink, and put it together with only one small seam. Details that make him a standout artist in his craft. Chris is personally involved in every project which results in him being extremely busy, but he doesn’t project that outwardly. He doesn’t rush and truly makes you feel like you are his only customer. I don’t know how he does it! His team of installers were great, too! Upbeat personalities, careful and precise. We are already on his schedule for a fireplace hearth and surround and a bathroom vanity counter using what was left of our slabs. Highly recommend!

We started a kitchen update project this year and Chris and his team guided us through the process of how to find and select our granite countertops. The team did a fantastic job producing the countertops and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The team took great care in the installation of the countertops and the project was completed in the timeframe that was scheduled. The communication throughout the project was excellent! Chris and Lisa were so very nice. There was never any pressure to spend more or to hurry up and make any decisions. We were also incredibly surprised how quickly everything was finished once we had picked our granite. A few days later Chris came to measure and then the following week installation of our kitchen and 3 bathrooms was done in 2 days.

This review is long over due, and I'm just sorry it took me so long to share. I absolutely love my new Kitchen!!!! I had new counter tops, sink, faucet and garbage disposal installed. Chris was patience and very helpful with helping me find what worked best with my budget and the look I was trying to achieve. It's like I have a brand new kitchen and I couldn't be any more satisfied with how it turned out. Initially when I was looking for a fabricator, Gemini was the quickest to set an installation date. All other places were giving me 6+weeks for installation. Truly a 6 STAR rating, without question Gemini Granite is 6 Star! 5 Star is not good enough. Having purchased granite counters previously when we decided to replace our kitchen counters we searched about a half dozen companies with wide price variations. Gemini won hands down. From the moment we talked with Chris we were delighted. He was open and straightforward about what we could expect from the beginning and met every promise. The prices were astonishing, the workmanship, timing, and finished job could not be better. We chose the quartz option and Chris came through for us. Chris is a man that can be taken for his word. The choices of finish cuts, and sinks, were excellent and the timing to install also was great. The installers were obviously knowledgeable of their jobs they were courteous and took extreme caution in measuring. Our walls were slightly irregular and the final surfaces were a tight fit. Truly a perfect and professional installation and they cleaned up completely when done. I am a picky person who has done home building and there is not anything to cite. My mom worked with this company and I am glad she did. She experienced numerous problems but one of the companies she had no problems with is Gemini. Chris was awesome in how he worked with my mom to find the perfect piece and then to hold it for her when she faced numerous problems during the building of her kitchen. During all the pains she had Chris never pressured her or rushed her. The only thing he said was let me know when you need me and I will make our job perfect. His team came in and installed the top with precision and on time. The best part was they were always asking her how it looked to her and did not settle on doing just an adequate job. When the job was done they cleaned up after their crew and then spent time to tell her how to properly care for the counter top. My mom went through a lot but one of the positives was this company. Great company to work with! My townhouse had some logistical challenges (lots of stairs and sharp turns) but Chris and his team were able to get the granite up in one piece without major damage to my walls. I needed this project completed quickly as I have other home improvements going on at the same time. Chris bent over backwards to get this job done by my deadline date - which is rare for many contractors. Would highly recommend them for any kitchen or bath countertops; will use them on any future projects I have.

Recently, my parents purchased a new home and they decided to replace the kitchen. When it came to countertops we knew that Gemini International is the place to go in Livonia. Their prices can't be beat and installation process time is fast. Communication with Chris was excellent and to every detail. Chris did our Counters at My Little Paris Café & Bookstore, Main Street in Northville, last year. I had had 2 quotes done before I got his... He seemed to be the most serious, he gave me a reasonable price and said he could start in 5 weeks, and would get me his plumber to disconnect the water in- & outlets of the old installation and reconnect them to the new undermount sinks and said it would take him a full day to max 1 day and half of we had plumbing issues plus they had to makes holes on site to pass power cables, water drains etc ... to avoid to put all the weight on the bar cabinet and since we wanted to be able to replace them in case, same for the commercial appliances, we had all counters leaning on metal legs that I had ordered apart (from a guy specialized in metal legs for tables n counters).. and Chris did a wonderful job, he was very responsive, his plumber was very efficient and didnt 't overcharge us at all ... in the 2 other quotes one said " i don't touch your plumbing, you have to get your own plumber" so it belonged to me to do the coordination n make the 2 companies timing match and the other company had one they could bring over but when he told me his price I almost fainted.. he wanted to charge us a fortune as though they had to do a whole installation from scratch) .. besides when you are a business they always think you're rich like Rockefeller and try to get the maximum of you ... with all the expenses I had already had with the business I mean to put it back on tracks I really had to watch the budget .. and Chris was awesome cause he was clear and honest from the very beginning ..he didn't try to overcharge us like the 2 first competitors tried, he sticked to his timing .. and did the job very fast when most of competitors would have me wait 8 to 10 weeks. He is very committed and trustful which is rare nowadays particularly in construction. I'm happy I did the right choice..

We were doing a remodel project in our home and were undecided on how to do the kitchen so we got the services of Gemini International. The sales rep, Chris, was outstanding. He helped us find the perfect design (Black galaxy) to match our white subway tile and cabinets. After placing our order, a nice guy came out to do the measurements then he returned with another individual to do part of the installation. They were friendly the whole time and did the work very quickly and accurately. They also cleaned up after themselves, leaving the counter top spotless. The quality of the remodeling was excellent, we can't see any seams. Since having the counter top and tile installed, we've had so many compliments from neighbors, friends, and family. We couldn't be happier with Chris and his team at Gemini International!

This was our first experience getting granite installed and it was really easy! We went in once, picked out the slabs we wanted, and week later, Gemini came and measured the space. They came and installed the granite while we were away, and so we came back to a beautiful newly installed granite countertop! We spent exactly what we expected to spend, and they included two sinks with the price, so we were able to save there :) We love our granite countertops! We got Manhattan granite for the kitchen (highly recommended), but unfortunately my husband insisted on Uba Tuba for the laundry room -- which I don't like, but it's a good quality granite nonetheless.

We had our bathroom countertop installed by Gemini last summer. The price was right after getting a few other quotes. Picked out our counter and the sink, gave a down payment and scheduled the install. His workers arrived and didn't speak English very well but were friendly and we got through it. The plumber Chris was sending us was way over priced so we had our contractor that was remodeling our bathroom to do the hook up. We thought we were pleased with the job until less than a few months later the silicone they used had turned yellow which told us they used cheap silicone! Contacted them via phone and text multiple times and no call back.

If you choose to work with them, get every detail in writing down to the caulk they are going to use and where. They quoted me kitchen counter tops with backsplash and tried to say the backsplash wasn't a part of quote although spoken about several times. Several other details, but too much to read, and several scratches in the material they did install. I won in small claims court, but had to garnishee his bank account to get the money. SHADY!!

I drove over an hour to see what they had. Basically an empty warehouse of scraps? I found one slap that was big enough that I liked. I tagged it with the assistance of Chloe who was the sales person helping me. I emailed and texted Kathryn several times, she also did the same. I was told they would have an estimate for me on Monday, 4 days after my visit and emails. Never heard from them again!!! This place is had a good review but the reviews are old and not true anymore!!
