I had to remodel the kitchen and after seeing other places, I decided on purchasing the quartz countertops at Galaxy. I was very surprised with the huge variety of materials that they have (quite a selection!). I liked that I was able to walk through their showroom, they explained what type of countertop was best for my needs and I was able to see and touch slabs in there. To see the real thing is a game changer, because a tiny sample or a picture may not fully show how it will look once installed and then you have to live with that decision for years to come. I have nothing but amazing words and many thanks to all the team. They told me that Thursday 2:00 pm were going to come for the measurements and sharply at 2:00 they were there. Same with the delivery and installation: very precise and clean. I did this remodeling during the holidays and they even helped with a rush installation. My friends love my new kitchen and I never get tired recommending Galaxy to them!.

I got in contact with Galaxy Marble through a home builder that I work with. I was remodeling my kitchen island and the size of the island made it difficult to find a large countertop, with a design I like, to fit the space without having to be cut. Higho, my salesman, recommended a couple other places that carry larger sizes. I thought that was very nice to recommend competitors to accommodate my needs. A few months went by and I still was not able to find a countertop I like with the size that I need. I probably went to 10 different stores searching for what I want. Higho reached back out to me when an order of larger slabs came in and within a month, my countertop was installed. The installers were careful of walking through my home and keeping it clean. I manage a customer service business myself and you could tell that the installers take pride in their work. Overall I am very happy I chose to go with Galaxy. Everyone I interacted with was great and the customer service to follow up with me months later is rare these days!!

Not impressed. Possible "Bait & Switch" technique??? We went in (without the benefit of the accompanyment of our contractor) to view the half dozen choices offered within the budgeted guidelines. All were about the same, and all were ugly. Suddenly I find myself looking at the suggested alternative--which carries a price tag of around $100 a sq. Ft. Not sure if I am liking the feelings I have right now, as I contemplate this possible purchase.

Galaxy did an amazing job on our home remodel. Harold could not be more helpful in the process. He helped us pick out the right type of stone for our needs as well as the style we were trying to achieve. I brought in numerous floor samples to look at against the stone we chose and every time he was helpful. The installation was excellent and they designed the kitchen counter tops with few seams in the most inconspicuous places. Excellent quality products, advice and installation.

We were thoroughly happy with Galaxy. They helped us plan the kitchen stone, came right out and measured and the install was on time and clean. Came back out to drill holes in the backsplash when we were ready to put up the hood and came another time when my contractor suggested that a different colored grout be used to match the color of where the stone met the wall. They treat you like their customer AFTER they have been paid which is a lot more that can be said about a lot of companies.

While searching for a local company to renovate my kitchen with new quality granite countertops I made a phone call to Galaxy Marble. That positive attitude that I felt from the lady who took my call was typical of everyone at Galaxy. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism that Galaxy Marble employees displayed from the moment that I first called their office until the last piece was installed. Every person that they had working on my project displayed attention to detail and concern for the finished product. On top of that, their courtesy was something that you don't see much of these days. Every segment of work was on time and every call was promptly answered by polite and courteous personnel. This is something that so many businesses lack. I without hesitation rate them with five stars.

Hard to believe these people sell a high ticket item. At least half of what we ordered was either improperly measured, or improperly fabricated, and had to be returned. Noisy, inconsiderate installers. They act like they are in a lower school playground, not your home. On their behalf, I will say that they willingly correct their mistakes, which are truly multitudinous.

Idiots! I ordered a countertop and they called me to come in to do the templates. I get there and they ordered the wrong size. A week later I go in do the templates and now a week behind. They came to install it and before workers left I looked it over finding dark spots on the sides. I point them out and they say they knew and showed boss and couldn't get them out. So why the F..k did they send it to me and install it. Owner says call the manufacturer to see about getting a new slab but he will have to charge me to uninstall the old top and to reinstall the new top. WTF he knew it was damaged, did he hope I wouldn't notice or trying to get more money out of me? I called the manufacturer who said they would give me a new slab and work with Galaxy about the reinstall price. I called the owner of Galaxy who said, no they won't give us a new slab just a discount. These lazy bastards are trying to get even more money out of it. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Galaxy Marble installed quartz in our kitchen, yet despite measuring and creating several different templates, they still cut the countertops incorrectly. We had to accept a seam piece around our farm sink to fill the gap. They also scratched the farm sink to no repair while handling and claimed to have never touched it to begin with. Lie. If you choose this company, be prepared to have to work around their schedule. They are extremely unaccommodating and pushy. Premium Prices, Inconsiderate Staff and Poorly Executed Installation. We will never recommend this company. Go somewhere else.

Galaxy Marbe installed quartz in our kitchen to include a waterfall island. Countertop was cut too short on one side so farmhouse sink is not centered and the waterfall island has large gaps on both sides. Needed to add 4 filler pieces to close the gaps. Owner did come out to the house to offer a solution, but not much could be done because the slabs I picked were from a continuous lot and there was no additional material left. Would definitely not recommend this company. Paid full price even though the job was poorly executed.

These guys are kind of the primadonnas of granite & marble. They charge the highest prices, don't return phone calls, and offer lousy service. Thankfully, we found some other places which have better selection, better prices, and service much better than Galaxy--which is a very low bar. I wouldn't recommend anybody use Galaxy. It may have been good in the past but those days are long gone!

We purchased 2 countertops from Galaxy Marble, Inc. The counters came with a warranty against chipping. One of the counters is chipped badly after minimal use. The 2nd countertop is fine. Galaxy Marble ignored our calls for several months. When we complained to the manufacturer of the countertop they finally responded. Galaxy Marble, Inc., says that the chipping should not happen. Galaxy says that it is not responsible. After 4 1/2 months Galaxy Marble says it can repair the chips by grinding the edges on the chipped counter. They say that the grinding will change the shape of the edge. Grinding will cause considerable dust and damage to furniture etc., in the areas adjacent to the counters. They say that we will have to pay for some or all of cost of the repair. The proposed "fix" is unacceptable as the result will be 2 countertops in the same kitchen with different edges. The manufacturer, Caeserstone which warrants the product says that the damage is caused by Galaxy and is not their problem. We are left with a defective product and no remedy. BUYER BEWARE
