I am an interior designer here in the USA and have been in the market for over 25 years. I've had various experiences with various service providers. I am very selective when it comes to choosing a team for my projects or for my clients. And I have nothing but praise for GA Granite, who always handles my projects with all types of stones and quartz here in Atlanta. Highly qualified team! Every time they carry out my works, I only have compliments. Thank you for the partnership, GA Granite!

Just called to inquire about MSI Porcelain slab since they are listed as one of the MSI dealers. The person I spoke to couldn't tell the difference between tile and slab. When I gave the name of the slab, she couldn't find it in her system, then got short with me and said, "we don't have it." Don't waste your time here.

This is our second experience with GA Granite and we couldn't be happier with both our kitchens!
From the selection ease in their open warehouse, customer care, and professional and quick in house measuring and install, everyone we interacted with was excellent. Our countertops in our home with granite, and in our new home with quartz look fantastic and the installer took the time to level and make sure you couldn't feel the seems for a smooth finish.
We highly recommend GA Granite for all stone work, good prices, and quick and professional care.

Buyer beware. I highly recommend you be part of the slab selection process. The slab installed in our home should never have been installed. After some arguing and back and forth resulting in me sending a very clear picture of the crack in the granite, the owner agreed to send out an installation crew. They were very good at their job, but could only do so much. One team member did mention replacing one piece, but this would have resulted in the rest of the kitchen being from a totally different slab, which was not ideal. We opted to just accept our situation and just share our experience. I honestly believe we did not even get the color we selected. The service after the install was very disappointing to say the least. The process before the install was great. It’s what we have to live with that is driving my rating.

I recently had the pleasure of working with GA Granite for the installation of new granite countertops in my kitchen, and I am thrilled with the outcome! From start to finish, the team at GA Granite provided an exceptional level of service and expertise.
The selection process at their showroom was a breeze, thanks to the knowledgeable staff who guided me through the vast array of options. They helped me choose the perfect granite slab that matched both my vision and budget. The quality of the stone was outstanding, with beautiful, natural patterns that truly enhanced the look of my kitchen.
The installation process was smooth and meticulously handled. The technicians were professional, punctual, and very careful throughout the installation. They ensured that every detail was perfect, from the precise cuts to the seamless fit of the countertops. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and they left my kitchen spotless after the work was completed.
Pricing was transparent and competitive, and the value I received exceeded my expectations. The durability and elegance of the granite have completely transformed my kitchen, and I’ve received numerous compliments from friends and family.

We had chosen the slab we wanted for our primary bathroom and our entire house months in the selection process. A few weeks ago, Linda sent an email asking that we come in and take a look at the slabs before fabrication, we got there and she tried to sell/ say that we should look at a different slab for the primary bathroom. She showed it to us and we told her we would take a sample to see how well the new slab she recommended will blend with the rest of the shower and floor in our primary bathroom. We DIDN’T like the slab in our space. I sent Linda an email to let her know that I prefer my original selection because the slab she suggested didn’t go well in our bathroom. She responded that the one she recommended has been fabricated and that I will need to pay $$$$ to get my original selection. She suggested that they lay the slab down to see if I would like it ( Big mistake!!!!!). I still DIDN’T like it. I sent Linda an email about 2 weeks ago that I still don't like it and she hasn’t responded. I am currently stuck with a slab that I totally HATE in my space!!! I am stuck with a selection that I HATE but wanted to share my experience.
Please be careful with this company - GA Granite, they will force a selection on you. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! RUN!!!

Awful, awful, awful. Raul in Augusta GA is rude and his granite samples are NOT accurate representations of what you'll actually get. The slabs they sent looked nothing like what we ordered. When we informed Raul, he became argumentative and told us to drive to Atlanta so we couldn't complain again. We took off work and went to ATL to see actual slabs (which looked nothing like his slab samples). The actual install was 3 weeks late with little to no communication from Raul. The week it finally came, we were told Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday--all days we took off work but received no communication while we waited and waited for the installers to arrive. On Wesdnesday we were told 10-12, then 12-2, then 2-4, then 4-6, and then finally "we promise you they will be there to install tonight at 8:15pm." PM mind you--we'd been waiting ALL DAY. At 8:38 pm, they still hadn't arrived, and my phone rang. It was Raul (who we hadn't heard from in 2 days despite repeated calls, voicemails and texts to him) saying the installers were not coming. No apology, nothing. And again, very rude when I complained.
Granite FINALLY installed on Friday, and even though we'd driven to Atlanta and picked out a specific slab for the island, they arrived with a totally different slab. We called and informed the ATL location and was told someone would call us back. No one did. The installers left without waiting for us to get an answer.
I called later that day and was told the slab we picked had "broken". I honestly believe they cut the wrong slab and didn't wanna admit it.
We have asked for a discount for all the delays and errors, but even though they initially agreed to reimburse us for our plumber, my days off work, and our gas to ATL, all they would offer is $168 or a cutting board.
They are insane, rude, and unethical. AVOID.

In April 2021 I ordered granite countertops from their Augusta location. Everything was done at the Atlanta location. One of the countertops was the wrong size, which I pointed out before installation was complete. They said they would install and bring a replacement the following week. So far they have failed to provide me with what I paid for. They want to charge me additional money when this was their fault. Contrary to the contract that I signed they made me pay the balance before delivery. You can check my complaint on Atlanta BBB. Attorneys are now involved!
One star because their office staff seem to be nice women.

Does GA Granite offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, GA Granite performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does GA Granite provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, GA Granite, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact GA Granite in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
