I have been looking and searching for ideas for my bathroom for a few weeks, getting frustrated and extremely overwhelmed. I was at Floor and Decor and showed them a picture of what I was hoping to get. The young lady said to come check out Forever Tile and Stone; that they have a lot of options with my Mediterranean aspiring bathroom. Great recommendation, Forever Tile had an abundance of options and Tina was amazing. She was so patient, kept pulling tiles and putting ideas together until as her and her husband said you have to "LOVE IT, not just like it." I walked away loving it. Now I am here sharing with you like the young lady did to me. If you need tile, professionalism and a fun place to shop go check out Forever Tile and Stone. I left happy and I am excited for my bathroom.

I love the staff here, they have been so nice to me every time I go in. I have been there on three different occasions and every time they answer all of my questions. I am finally ready to make my purchase and I feel confidant in all of my selections. You really need to go in and just walk around, the showroom is beautiful. It's like being in a gallery. Tell them Gus sent you, and that you like my review.

I went in to exchange 2 items due to the wrong shade of color, and Tina was absolutely amazing. A young man helped me and was very kind. Very friendly service and smiles all around. Their tile options are extremely vast and gorgeous. I felt like I wanted to remodel my entire house being in there...lol They have won me and my family over for future projects. I highly recommend them.

I don’t know her name but the lady who answers the phone and is in the desk area, well she was very sweet for helping me out in getting a porcelain tile cut about a month ago. I really would like give her a shout out because it’s really a rarity nowadays. I was working on a DIY project in my bathroom and the corner tile needed a special cut and so I called all the local hardware stores and some tile places in the area inquiring whether they cut tile and all replied with a no which I found pretty strange, I’m sure if I had bought the tile from them the answer would have been different and so that what sets Forever Tile apart from the others. I was ready to give up and decided to give it another shot so I called Forever tile and asked the lady who answered if they cut tile, she told me that it depends on the type of cut so I told her I just need one piece of tile cut, she said I’d have to see it first and wouldn’t promise anything. I got in my car so quick and drove up the street and I approached the desk and said “Hi, I’m the one that called a few minutes ago and I showed her the tile and she said go ahead and line it exactly where you need it cut (even provided a ruler) and I’ll go check with the guys. So I did and she went to the back while I sat and waited not even sure if they would do it because there is a greater chance of breaking the tile with that type of cut. Not even 5 minutes had passed and she comes back and the tile was cut!!!! I was so happy and relieved. I was so grateful and thank her and then I asked how much did I owe, she responded nothing. See didn’t turn me away on the phone and she tried to help me not knowing if she could. That’s why I’m here with this looong review because she is a true professional and most people don’t realize that simple gestures like those, sets you apart from others who do have the ability to help but instead brush people off. Again thank you Forever Tile! You helped me finish my DIY.😊

Excellent experience with Tina's knowledge, experience and excellent customer service. I was working on a small outdoor restroom and she assisted with selecting the floor tile and wall tile. We had previously gone to Home Depot and the colors they helped us select did not match. She provided guidance in selecting the correct colors and materials. I highly recommend this location for all your tile needs.

We found this store on yelp and were very pleased with our visit. We're remodeling our tub to shower and doing tile work. Liz helped us and was great, she listened to what we were looking for, brought us really nice options within our budget and was super flexible in finding exactly what we wanted. We visited other stores and kept coming back to the selections Liz found for us and ended up ordering with them. Looking forward to the finished product but definitely would recommend Liz and this store.

we are remodeling our kitchen and needed a new fresh and up to date look. After discussion with Abby at Forever T&S we found exactly what we wanted and had our materials all available in two days. We used FTS before but again did some searching Floors Galore, Lowes, home Depot and other tiles stores and again FTS was best for our needs. Thank you Gabby & Tina, when we finish our kitchen pictures to follow.

As many of you know designing can be very difficult when it comes to home renovations and upgrades. I for one am not a professional home designer and it became stressful when picking things for our kitchen. We walked into Forever tile from a personal recommendation. We met with Tina and she was so easy to work with. She instantly lowered our stress and made it easy to mix and match between cabinets, stone and tile. We highly recommend Forever Tile, they made part of our remodel so much easier, we only wish we would've come here sooner.

I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel project and my husband and I were driving around and found Forever Tile. We were going to compare Quartz and Quartzite which I learned is VERY different. Tina helped me and answered all my questions. Gabby showed us beautiful pieces of quartzite and we were sold! Tina immediately started setting up appointments to visit slab yards. She is very responsive, straight forward, honest, and so patient with me. Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

We had the best experience at forever tile. We were looking for tile for our bathroom remodel and found everything we needed. We were helped by a young lady who was so amazing and brought our ideas to life. She gave really good and honest advice which was exactly what we needed. This was our first time remodeling and picking our own tile so her help was very much needed. Most tile places didn't take the time to give us prices or even talk to us about the quality of the material, but she (I really wish I asked for her name) took so much time to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Forever Tile and Stone is the only tile store you will need to go into. The selection is amazing! At all the other tile places I had a hard time trying to find something I liked. At Forever Tile, I have a hard time choosing between all the great tiles. I've redone 4 bathrooms with Tina's (the Owner) help. They also have a great selection of countertops. Prices are the lowest around.

I need to brag about how amazing my kitchen came out because of Forever Tile. We had a water leak in the kitchen and, long story short, we had to remodel most of our kitchen. I was set on getting marble countertops and Tina suggested we look at Pacifica, where we found the slab of my dreams. Everything ran so smoothly with Forever Tile and I had no stress from this part of the process, which is almost a miracle when it comes to a kitchen remodel. Tina's team came to make sure we had enough marble to cover our kitchen and measured our walls to install backsplash. She was always so friendly and has a great eye for design. After our slabs were delivered to Forever Tile, we were asked to come down to decide where the cuts would be made and also to look at different backsplash options. The countertops were fabricated and installed in 2 days. A few days later our backsplash was also installed. Everything came out perfectly and my husband and I couldn't be happier. I now have my dream kitchen and it's all because of Forever Tile. Our little water leak has turned to be a blessing in disguise. I am going to recommend Forever Tile to everyone that wants a beautiful kitchen! Thank you Tina and everyone that made all this possible for us!

Had an excellent experience. Large showroom with lots to choose from, but tile/stone is organized by type and style so not overwhelming. Told Tina I needed period appropriate tile for a kitchen and bath remodel in a California bungalow home. She brought me to the section dedicated to arts and crafts style tiles, which included beautiful handmade tiles. I told Tina what I liked and didn't like and she quickly put together a design for the backsplash in the kitchen, framed decorative tile for the area over the range, and floor and wall tile for the bathroom. Tina nailed it. The combination is gorgeous. Excellent customer service as well.

I can't get enough of Tina and Michelle at Forever Tile and Stone in Whittier. I am a repeat customer. I first met both Tina and Michelle last year when I was having one of my bathrooms remodeled. After looking around at different tile stores in the Whittier area. I felt most comfortable at Forever Tile and Stone. My first time there, Tina and Michelle helped me pick out what I thought was the best looking 3 tile combination for my bathroom. Tina and Michelle were able to see the vision I had and were able to help me complete the look I wanted with the tiles they helped me choose all while throwing in a couple different tiles to make sure I got exactly what I wanted before I made my purchase. I couldn't be happier with my finished bathroom and of course I have to show it off to all my friends and family when they come to my home. So I recently went back because I'm getting my second bathroom remodeled. Again waiting last minute to choose and purchase my tile because of my busy schedule. I hadn't a doubt in my mind where I was going to go to get exactly what I wanted. With so much that Forever Tile and Stone has to offer you won't go wrong shopping here. So there I was talking to Tina. Told her some ideas I had for my second bathroom and in no time I had my tiles picked and purchased along with my grout and some tile sealer that she told me I would need for my new crushed glass tile. This is what I call a one stop shopping store. Thanks again Tina. My friends and family already know where they can go for their tile etc. If any of you yelpers need a place to go. It's here at Forever Tile and Stone.

Lat year we remodeled one of our bathrooms and found this place to be a great shop. Not only were they able to help us create the bathroom design we wanted, the customer service throughout the process was great. I appreciated the fact that they were helpful but also allowed us enough time to walk the entire store without being hovered over or pushed into selections too fast. In all we visited the store three times before our first purchase - GREAT each time! This year we are in the process of remodeling another bathroom and again a truly great experience. They are knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly willing to put in the time to help you make a great design selection. I most appreciated the info they made sure we understood to pass on to our installer about sealing some of the tile we purchased before grouting, etc. Ensuring a great look for a long time. We have many projects planned for our home and will be back to Forever Tile as we appreciate their service and prices.

Walking in this store feels like a museum. The selection they have is an abundance. With such a selection I am so thankful for Tina. Who I believe is the owner. She was so helpful and welcoming. I was so thankful for her knowledge and eye for color, because I honestly don't know my left from my right when it comes to designing or color. Tina took all the pressure and anxiety away. I said I wanted a spa like restroom and she designed exactly that.I swear to you she designed a magazine worthy bathroom. That she kept in my budget. I am remodeling our 1905 Craftsman bathroom. I had been to Mission Tile West, Dal Tile Service Center, Home Depot, and Lowes. The owner, Tina, was welcoming, and I can't praise Michelle enough. She has a Master's Degree in Design. She recommended historically correct tile that fit my budget. The showroom is AMAZING. It's organized and simply beautiful. It's the best showroom of all the tile stores that I have visited. I live in the Pasadena area. It is worth the drive (30 miles) to receive their assistance and excellent service. With her help, I choose white subway tile with pencil thin liners as the decorative element. I know you're laughing. White tile? Yes, I needed help to choose historically correct tile. The owners were very gracious. I recommend Forever Tile and Stone highly. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

My grandpa and I were driving all around Whittier trying to find the perfect backsplash for our kitchen, and just when we were about to give up and go home, we stopped at Forever Tile and im so glad we did! The lady who helped us was very helpful (I wish I got her name, but I think shes the owner). I told her we were looking for, and she even asked what color our cabinet and countertops were then she brought out the samples of backsplash along with the cabinet and countertop piece so we could see what it would all look like together. She also helped us pick the color of grout. The only reason why I'm giving this place 4 and not 5 stars is because there were a few hiccups along the way... when we ordered our backsplash one piece of tile was missing, when I canceled an order for more tile I had to go to my bank to file a claim to get my money back, and when I returned one tile of backsplash it took almost 2 weeks to get a refund. Overall, I'm happy with our backsplash and would recommend this store to anyone.

The owner was there when we went in. He was so very helpful, very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. I came here, not really knowing anything about tile. I just knew I had to remodel two bathrooms in my home. Had the owner not taken the time to explain everything from grout to tile placement, I would have ended up with all the wrong supplies. The place is crowded and overwhelming, but the selection is wonderful. They carry all kinds of tile/stone at all prices. Yes, you can go to big chain stores or outlet stores and get "deals." But, I got a great price on slate gray tile (cheaper than Home Depot and waaayyy more modern) AND I got the advice I needed to execute my project.

Selecting tile can be an overwhelming experience. There are many brands, colors, and styles not to mention debating between types: ceramic, porcelain, etc etc.... Forever Tile makes this process less overwhelming. Sure they have hundreds of tiles to choose from but their knowledgeable staff makes this an enjoyable experience. This store is geared for the homeowner who wants a designer look without paying for the design team to come create it. Everything in the store can be removed from the walls. You can take the tiles (including accent tiles) and grout colors to their tables/counters to see how things work together. Their store is well lit which is extremely useful when shopping for tile. Tina (owner??) is extremely knowledge and will help you pick floor and wall tiles that match with whatever you have. So if you know what cabinet colors or granite you will be using take them with you!!!! She also helps you pick grout colors! She doesn't try to push her design ideas on you she just gives you suggestions and gives you reasons why certain things work together! She will also try to price match! Their storefront is deceiving...their showroom is huge! I can't wait to go back again! Happy designing!

I'm in the process of designing my mom's renovation projects, including three bathrooms, one large kitchen, and fireplace mantel. My first impression upon walking in was being impressed by the variety and amount of tile, specifically the variety of patterns, textures, colors, etc. I was particularly impressed by the amount of Spanish-style patterned tile displayed, considering my mom's house Is hacienda inspired. I was greeted warmly by their floor associate who not only pointed me to tiles I'd be interested in but helped me coordinate multiple tiles. I even mentioned that they would probably be my one-stop shop for the design of every room. In other words, I was ready to spend a considerable amount in that store. In terms of selection I would give them 5 stars; however, it quickly dropped to 3 stars once my mom arrived and was ready to place orders on cabinets, quartz countertops, and tiles. The sales floor associate was kind but every time a new customer entered she would stop to greet and help them instead. Almost two hours later and my mom couldn't even get the associate to complete an order for her because of all the interruptions. I believe this wasn't the fault of the associate but instead of the manager who had not dedicated someone to complete and fulfill orders solely. We were eager to choose our tile there but if placing an order was going to take that long, we didn't even want to imagine how the rest of our projects would take. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.

I can no longer say I recommend this establishment. I've been a customer for years with my company restoring old homes. Forever tile had been good at providing us with better options than the local box stores. However, we had an incident with our last order where we had two bathrooms and a kitchen to make over. The primary bath was much larger than the guest bath so our order had a lot more tiles to the primary bath. We did not realize the order had been switched for the bathrooms right away. The contractor started the guest bath and when he started the master he realized we were short. None of us (Forever Tile included) could figure out what happened (I'm sure Forever tile figured I calculated wrong). So we ordered more tile and waited for the order. While that was going on, we moved our contractor to the kitchen. Once the order was received, we let our contractor know but he was unable to switch back to the bathroom for another couple weeks. Once he started the bathroom, we realized we had 4 boxes of tile left over from the guest bath and it finally clicked the order had been switched by Forever Tile. Now you would say we should have caught this right away when we picked up our order, but Forever tile and my company have been doing business for years and we didn't get our paperwork from them on the order for weeks. At the time we picked up our order, they had an issue with their printer and stated they would email our order paperwork. It never came, So we had nothing to double check against. Again, we trusted Forever Tile even after requesting the email several times. We finally got our paperwork after we took back some extra tile they previously stated they would accept. But when we tried to return the guest bath tile, informing them of their mistake, we were told it was passed the 30 day return. They suggested we sell it since they can't take it back. This was not good since the initial incident cost us weeks in delays due to their mistake on the order and then we had to pay to get the proper amount of tile to finish the primary bath. Needless to say, this remodel had multiple problems but this mistake cost us dearly in overage tile and in time. What bothers me most is that Forever Tile took no responsibility at all on this deal. Because of this, we have lost confidence in this place and will be shifting our business elsewhere.

The selection here is truly wonderful, but be prepared to put up with lackadaisical customer service once your money is spent. If you're not an "important" (their word) customer, then fabricators don't show up when scheduled, there's no communication unless you call and you're pretty well on your own.

Walking in it's a beautiful room with many styles and options and ideas to consider when remodeling any room in your home. I'm not sure if this is a showroom mainly for contractors because the couple of times I have gone and I felt ignored and just overlooked while other customers were being helped I don't know if those were regular contractor customers that took precedence over someone like a homeowner looking to remodel a bathroom or kitchen on their own maybe they were short on staff those two days that I went in but it just didn't seem very helpful.
