Lisa, Connie and the installers were great to work with. They did a beautiful job on my countertops and got them to me ahead of schedule. They also use higher tech tools than my previous installers for a more perfect installation. I would definitely use them again for any countertop needs.

We work with this company on a weekly basis and they are awesome to work with. Kevin that does the schedule is exceptional! When Kevin says they are going to be there to do a template or install they are there on time, every time. Greg that handles fabricating and inspecting is great. Every job that has left they're shop is great in quality and workmanship. If there is a service call they respond quickly. Amy is awesome with us in helping pick out product & delivers great pricing. If you need anything to do with selections and pricing, or a last minute request she is amazing in making it happen. All 3 have excellent product knowledge and I trust them with all my jobs. I love working with all 3 as they are a great team to work with. They are people that really care!!

Forever Stone was professional and very easy to work with. I was able to select kitchen granite slabs with Amy from a different state (I live in Oklahoma) and have them installed to perfection! Amy assisted from start to finish and she was a pleasure to work with. She made suggestions which I used, and she was honest and available at all times. After 27 years,we finally updated our kitchen. We looked at counter tops all over Jacksonville but our contractor recommended Forever Stone on Stuart Ave. They are extremely professional in all aspects of the process and kept us updated on their progress. Their sales staff (Lisa) went with us to yet another warehouse to look at more stone. After an hour reviewing our options, deciding on the stone type etc. everything was fantastic. Lisa and Connie with Forever Stone are both so wonderful to work with! Connie was in constant contact with me and shared in my excitement with the finished product. They also had the best price of ALL the fabricators I got a quote from. There was a hiccup with the installation and the installers called the office, had it fixed and were back at my house the same day to finish installing my gorgeous tops. I am so pleased with the entire process! I ended up picking fantasy brown in a leathered finish. If you’ve been shopping around for new counters, you MUST call them. You won’t regret it!

This company is a 5-star top notch company and a pleasure to work with. My brother recommended that I call Lisa at Forever Stone when I wanted to replace my granite counter tops with quartz and I am glad I did.
