Forever Marble was great. I needed some existing holes enlarged for a new faucet in my marble tub surround. I called on a Friday and he came out the next Monday. He did a great job, quick, accurate and cleaned up well. I recommend them for any marble work!

Had to replace section of kitchen Granite countertop and new sink. We were able to purchase remnant Piece and Ben came to our home, took measurements and fabricated Piece/ new stainless steel sink. Price was fair and installation Work was excellent.

Ben helped me to select the granite for my kitchen and bathroom renovation around five years ago. I looked all over Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties. I also went over to New Jersey trying to find the most unique granite, when all the time Forever Marble and Granite had the best and most unique slabs. The slabs are easy to see. They are not crowded in his space and he’s there to move as many pieces that you want to see, and always with a smile. Thanks for his patience. My countertop needed to have a seam and Ben explained the reason for his choice for the least conspicuous location for the seam. It looks terrific and you cannot see the seam because of his skilled workmanship and attention to details. I also purchased marble for my bathroom countertop and shower seat. In the beginning of October 2016 I decided to have a surprise Birthday Party for my adult daughter. I contacted Ben and told him of the urgency to have some granite for the fireplace that I just renovated. As always, he showed me several options and we decided on a beautiful piece of quartz with beautiful veining, which is what I really love in my design. I did not know the stone was quartz because it had all the movement with the veining that granite offers. Ben suggested putting the quartz not only on the “face” of the fireplace but also around the raised hearth to really make it spectacular. WOW!! What a transformation. As usual, with my time constraints Ben rushed through my project and produced an elegant yet functional design. Thanks to Ben for his advice and insight in knowing my taste. Forever Marble was fantastic to work with. We had thought we were going to use a different local countertop place but they suddenly added costs we didn't expect to our project. That's when we tried Forever Marble based on their reviews. They were easy to work with, went out of their way to help us find something that would work in our budget, and were extremely professional, neat, and quick with the installation. It has been a three months since we completed our project and we remain happy, satisfied customers. I would use them again.

I purchased a granite counter for a rental property of mine. Once I spoke with Mr. Ben he advised me on exactly the counter top he believed I should purchase. I was skeptical and shopped around, he was, hands down, the most knowledgeable and dare I say, honest about his product. He arrived, on time, was courteous and executed the job with the utmost professionalism. His measurements were, on point and his instructions were "super clear". Expensive and very poor quality product and service. Extremely dissatisfied with the work and quality of materials at Forever Marble. I was referred to Ben by our contractor who was doing our kitchen remodel, and boy do I wish we would have shopped around. Ben sold us a piece of white marble countertop that turned green in many spots within 3 of installation, before we even had a chance to use it. Ben did tell us that the piece we selected was 'delicate' and needed to be cared for properly, so we followed his every instruction. His team also made a mess of the kitchen during installation. When we asked him to come back and look at the color of the countertop he told us "I've never seen anything like it" and tried to blame us for not following his care instructions, which again, we had followed to a T. Bottom line, Ben does not stand by his products and the level of customer service left much to be desired. I wish we were leaving a positive review, but we are now we're left with a very expensive hunk of Forever "Green" Marble Countertop. Please pause before using Ben and his company for your next project. If we could give a review of ZERO STARS, we would. Proceed with an abundance of caution.

Had a limited budget and they really worked with me. Picked out beautiful granite that had a HUGE black vein in the bottom. I needed 2 slabs and he promised me they would not use the vein. He was true to his word. The bottom of the granite was darker than the top so one piece is a little darker, but they avoided the big vein which was my only concern. I love my granite and think it looks great. He even had to make an adjustment on site and it was not an issue. Fast too, installed within 10 days. Highly recommend! Could not be happier and we shopped around a lot!

Forever Marble had a great selection of granite slabs, and I found a really beautiful one for my new kitchen that matched the planned color scheme. They came out and measured, and came back a week later for the installation, which only took a couple hours. Professional and friendly, easiest people I've worked with in awhile! A little tricky to find cause of the ongoing 95 construction but worth it.

We hired Forever Marble to fabricate and install countertops in our newly built kitchen - a $17,070 project paid to Forever Marble, including materials, fabrication and installation. They have botched the project with multiple issues ranging from (1) shoddy fabrication rendering our sink unusable, (2) measurement errors leading to inconsistencies in the overhang throughout the kitchen, (3) careless installation causing minor damage to our cabinets, and (4) most disturbingly, deceitfully concealing a significant break in the stone by sealing it and not letting us know about the coverup, which would become apparent later. Specifically, Ben and his team from Forever Marble were scheduled to install ONLY the island countertop on a Saturday (Aug. 14th ) and therefore our contractors prepped ONLY the island for installation the day before (Aug. 13th ). However, on Aug. 14th , Ben and his team came to our residence and insisted on installing BOTH the island countertop (aka the black & white stone) and periphery countertop (aka the black stone) without prior notice. They said that they would “prep” the area themselves (i.e., remove the plywood and all the plumbing) and install it that day. I told them it was okay to start with the island stone, but to wait on installing the periphery stone until I talked with our contractor to make sure it was okay to install it without his supervision. Ben’s team however went ahead and started with the black stone anyway, and said that they were just ‘placing it’ and it was not final. Ben’s crew seemed in a hurry while working, and while they pushed the black stone into place, there was a sound and a collective "oh no" from the crew. They hovered around the stone for a while, and when I inquired, they said that it was “nothing”. My husband told Ben that he was not satisfied with how the black stone was sitting on the sink. Ben told him that he would be happy to: 1) replace the stone, 2) give us credit for the damage, or 3) give us the next project for free. Ben never mentioned anything about the wrong place where the faucet hole was located or a crack by the sink (which Ben had tried conceal, which we discovered later, and which was probably caused when Forever Marble’s crew yelled out a collective “oh, no!” in their haste to get the install job done hurriedly). Here's the result: The L shaped black stone by the sink has multiple issues and needs to be replaced: 1. There is a significant crack near the sink that has been epoxied in a way that it should not have been. 2. Sink reveal is an issue - the accessories don't slide all the way and get stuck because of the way the countertop is cut around the sink. 3. Main faucet hole is not centered to the window as designed Meanwhile, the black & white island stone is still not placed centered over the island, the overhang is higher on one side and lesser on the other. There is a crack by the sink here as well, which is beyond a “natural fissure.” Additionally, the butler's pantry reveal is off, and there's damage to the cabinets. We have tried communicating this to Forever Marble and have received no response, aside from an offer to make a couple of cuts in the black stone and replace the sink area, which is a no go, because we don't want our expensive countertop to be chopped up to 'fix' spot issues. This has been a total nightmare.
