Our kitchen was old and tired so we decided to have it redone. Flooring & Countertops Plus made a custom design that reflected exactly what we envisioned. I am in love with the granite countertops we had installed. They just elevate the entire look. Now I am excited again to spend time in the kitchen.

We went here to purchase easy to clean Countertops for a rental house. I originally wanted quartz but was told quartz wasn't as durable as granite by Lyndi. Picked out granite with small dots was told by Lyndi that the delactus granite was a better grade and on sale so husband and I picked that type. Husband also spoke to Justin the installer about the installation. Husband wanted the slabs used for backslash with no seams. We also asked if this would be easy to clean. Justin assured us it would be polished and smooth. That he even had to fix other companies mistakes. When install day came Justin isn't there and backslash slab by sink was cut. Was told wall was crooked. Before installer left husband asked why the granite felt gritty and unsmooth. Was told it was the sealer. Well it's still unsmooth but not as gritty. It has what's called fissures everywhere. Justin and Lyndi are no longer at this company. The installer did come back and epoxy the spots where I cut put my fingernail in them. But do not buy exotic granite if you want smooth stone. Or at least not here. I feel as though I was mislead. Wish I'd have not purchased here. The installer seemed rushed left pieces of granite everywhere in grass outside. I had a hard time picking it all up. Also we had to go in and call several times to get installer back out. Would give zero if possible. Also 2 worst fissures are in front of sinks. Go somewhere where you can see layout before installer if possible.

Omar at the Flooring & countertops shop has been selling and installing granite and floors in southeast Texas for over 20 years, he has the largest in stock slabs and flooring in the entire area, and the BEST PRICES!. Visit his beautiful showroom and slab yard and you will be surprised we have a shop like this in Beaumont, A TRUE HIDDEN GEM!

Our marble countertops were installed today! We knew they were already beautiful but to see it inside the house made it more gorgeous! The installation crew was perfect gentlemen around out teenage daughters. They were also perfectionists who we can see took pride in their work.

I will never work with this company again. We met with a very friendly, knowledgeable salesperson, chose our quartzite and put a down payment based on the sale price we received from the her. Months later, once we were ready for installation the owner did not honor the original sale price we were quoted and he refused to sell it to us at that price. This is a breach of contract. Our project is delayed due to his dishonorable business practice. He is a horrible businessman. I would recommend anyone in the Beaumont area avoid this company.

My husband and I set out to find some counter tops for our home and id heard this was the place to go from someone. We went here first and were really happy with them. When we first walked in right away 3 sales ladies in the front greeted us and answered our questions and directed us to look at slabs of granite and quartz outside. We stumbled upon a free with install slab of granite and we scooped it up as it was perfect for our house but honestly even if we hadn't found that one we would have bought a slab and gone with them for installation. Amanda quickly ran numbers with the measurements we gave her with the slabs we liked. We were able to compare quickly. Then we left to think about the options and decide we we could live with the free one that was being offered which had some rust spots. After looking at 2 other places and getting quotes we realized this place was considerably less expensive but seemed to have excellent service so I was hopeful for the install to go just as well. Amanda said they shop the competition so they have the best prices, and she wasn't lying. Just a quick look around town gave us our answer. I will definitely update with info on the install.

The entire experience was exceptional. From the visit to their showroom for our free consultation with their friendly and helpful staff to the work of the professional who did the measuring to the expert installation right through to this moment as I gaze at our gorgeous marble countertop while writing this. Lindy is a really skilled designer.

I could not be happier with my new kitchen floor and countertops. Amanda was very helpful in advising us on design and keeping in touch about scheduling and such. Justin did a great job of supervising the installation. The men who did the work were extremely nice and everything looks fantastic.
