FloForm recently installed new granite countertops in our 34-year-old kitchen and bathroom. We could not be more pleased!! Every one we dealt with was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. Shayne was very helpful and came out to the house twice to assist us with our decision making. Lisa set up the appointments and the contractors showed up when she said they would. Sean and Aiden did a beautiful job with the installation and were experienced craftsmen. The entire process flowed together quickly and seamlessly. We highly recommend them.

I didn't like the final cut of my counters and they dismantled them, did some adjustments and got them installed the following day. I also must say that Ben and Joe were so positive and encouraging on the job and to each other, must be company encouraged. Good job!!!!!

1 star is for the lack of response/no detail of cost breakdown from estimate. - 6/19, in house estimate done, only total cost and amount of Costco rebate was provided at the end. - 6/20 Same info was provided through email. We requested for breakdown cost on the same day through email/text - 6/28 Never heard back anything We thought that was something confidential that can't be provided. So We went to other companies and all three other we went to are able to provide a print out with labor and material cost down to cents and penny. We are dissatisfied with the service. In any case, the estimate provided is 25% more than the other three companies. Of course material type and labor cost can vary from company to company, won't comment on that...Just simply saying the service provided is not very professional.

I'm so happy with my new countertops! I cannot say enough good things about Floform Countertops as well as the staff. Shayne was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and helped guide my husband and I through the entire process from beginning to end. Chase and Caden did a fabulous job with the removal of our old countertops and installation of the new ones! They were extremely polite and professional. There was a small issue with the height of the pony-wall, and they went above and beyond to fix it so that it did not create a delay with the install process. THANK YOU!

Floform is an amazing company to work with. Cheyanne in the ordering department was so helpful and kind. She worked really hard to make sure I was happy. Rose was super sweet. Joe came out to measure it all up and was super helpful and nice. Jason was an amazing installer and sure knew his stuff. I was very impressed with this process and would give them my business any day.

Don’t show up when they are supposed to. Don’t know how to read diagrams that show how the Ming’s are supposed to be cut and don’t return voicemails. Have been waiting for a replacement countertop that was damaged before installing replacement was cut wrong in September and they no showed today. Extremely disappointed with service from this company and wish I contracted through home depot instead of Lowe’s.

The installation itself went as expected. The scheduling and communication leading up to the install was horrific. No call no show on the day I was scheduled, I had to call three times that day to try and get any answers of which I was only able to speak with the admin staff and they provided no answers. A reschedule for the following day was on the books and the installers arrived 3 hours past the arrival window (8am-10am) I was told the evening prior. I had to take an extra day off work and arrange for childcare at the last minute when a simple phone call could have spared a lot of trouble. I spoke with the “sales manager” on the morning of the reschedule and she told me she was sorry and had been out of office and wasn’t sure what happened to cause the scheduling mishap and that she would follow up with me after the install to discuss compensation. I waited 3 days after and no call. I called and left a voicemail asking for her to follow up. No call back. I called and left another voicemail 2 days later. Again no call back. Update 1/10/25: The Sales Manager reached out and provided me a 4% refund on my order and made a note in my file that they would honor an extended warranty on the installation at no cost to me.

Shayne came to my home. She gave us an estimate and said she would email the quote. Two days later I had to ask her for the quote and she sent the bare bones. I emailed her back asking for the complete break down, 'cost of new sink, reconstructing the island etc, and never heard from her again. I guess she thought my business wasn't good enough. I'll find another company.

FloForm installed new quartz countertops in our kitchen and laundry room nearly a year ago. They did a fantastic job. There was a small section near our kitchen sink that evidenced some scratches from the installation process. We thought we could live with it but called nearly a year later to see if they could make that 3” x 4” section look better. Mark arrived yesterday and was exceptionally friendly and professional. He repaired that small area like magic. It is great to see such competent and hard working people stand behind their work. We would recommend FloForm and will use them again for our future needs.
