FloForm recently installed new granite countertops in our 34-year-old kitchen and bathroom. We could not be more pleased!! Every one we dealt with was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. Shayne was very helpful and came out to the house twice to assist us with our decision making. Lisa set up the appointments and the contractors showed up when she said they would. Sean and Aiden did a beautiful job with the installation and were experienced craftsmen. The entire process flowed together quickly and seamlessly. We highly recommend them.

1 star is for the lack of response/no detail of cost breakdown from estimate. - 6/19, in house estimate done, only total cost and amount of Costco rebate was provided at the end. - 6/20 Same info was provided through email. We requested for breakdown cost on the same day through email/text - 6/28 Never heard back anything We thought that was something confidential that can't be provided. So We went to other companies and all three other we went to are able to provide a print out with labor and material cost down to cents and penny. We are dissatisfied with the service. In any case, the estimate provided is 25% more than the other three companies. Of course material type and labor cost can vary from company to company, won't comment on that...Just simply saying the service provided is not very professional.

I'm so happy with my new countertops! I cannot say enough good things about Floform Countertops as well as the staff. Shayne was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and helped guide my husband and I through the entire process from beginning to end. Chase and Caden did a fabulous job with the removal of our old countertops and installation of the new ones! They were extremely polite and professional. There was a small issue with the height of the pony-wall, and they went above and beyond to fix it so that it did not create a delay with the install process. THANK YOU!

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the two men who installed my counters today. They were not only efficient as they encountered a difficulty with my corner windows, but also were very polite and kind. I am looking forward to the plumber tomorrow and finally the tile folks. So impressed with the quality work and personable staff. Landon and Hoytt took the extra time to make sure all the backsplash corners were perfect on my countertop. Benjamin also came out on his day off, getting us out of a bind. So impressed with everyone.

Counter was perfect, the installers were friendly and excellent at their job. Support staff was easy to work with. I would recommend them to my friends.

I absolutely love my countertops and tile backsplash, everything from the rich appearance to the durability and easy care of them. All of the staff were stellar in their skill, respect of my property, and professionalism. I would highly recommend FloForm!

Installers arrived on time and went straight to work. Any questions we had, they answered and when they finished the area was left in a clean and orderly manner. Very pleased with their work.
