They did an amazing. The kitchen looks great and craftsmanship of the cabinet are top notch. He made adjustments on the fly and the kitchen came out better that both my wife and me thought. The actual owner came and installed the cabinets himself and we feel like he went beyond of what was expected. Will definitely give him a call back when we need something else in our home. I’m so glad to have found First Choice Cabinets! They installed my new laminate flooring, countertops, built-in closet shelving, and new cabinets for a very competitive price. After getting lots of quotes for our kitchen remodel, we felt the most comfortable choosing Francisco. This review is way overdue. In March 2023, I discovered I had water damage from a leaking pipe in my kitchen. The entire kitchen had to be remodeled - floors, cabinets, personal property, etc. It was stressful, and when it came to redoing our kitchen, my husband and I decided we wanted to change the color scheme. We opted for black, white, and a touch of gold. We contacted Francisco and Domitilia; they visited our home as the construction was ongoing. Our contractor and Francisco spoke and collaborated on custom measurements and cabinets. I also went to his office in Whittier to review the material; he was accommodating and ensured everything was to my liking. Before moving forward, they provided us with a 3D sketch of the plan and how it would look. He made adjustments accordingly, and we decided also to have him do our laundry area. Our space is small, and we wanted to maximize it, so measurements were vital. Nonetheless, it's been a few months, and I am pleased with the outcome. Everything is exactly how I wanted, and our guests are constantly impressed with our new upgrades. I would recommend First Choice to all my friends. They are reliable, easy to work with, and very professional. Thank you! On the picture below my microwave hadnt arrives. Since then, we have completed all the final touches.

Francisco and his team completely redid my whole kitchen about 2+ years ago. I had a small issue with my faucet. I contacted him yesterday. He immediately responded and came right out today to fix the issue not only do they do excellent work. They provide excellent customer service. We solicited First Choice Cabinets for fabrication of a custom sized vanity duplicating a on-line photo. First Choice said they could construct it and boy did they come thru! We could not be more pleased with the entire transaction from design to installation! The vanity construction showed the craftmanship of their shop and Jay & Paul who installed it exhibited a high level of attention to every detail and their desire to make it perfect. I can wholeheartedly recommend this excellent company and their employees.

I give Francisco (First Choice Cabinets) 5 stars for the high-quality work done on my kitchen remodel that included new maple cabinets with white satin lacquer finish, quartz countertops, new flooring, painting walls, some plumbing and electrical work, and wall demo and reconstruction. Franciso gave excellent recommendations to resolve some difficult structural problems, and the workmanship and installation of the cabinets, quartz counter tops and the flooring were precise and excellent. We recently had our kitchen remodeled by First Choice Cabinets owned by Francisco Arroyo. We chose Francisco out of several companies who made estimates. We liked not only his professionalism but his honesty. He laid out the cost for everything carefully, and we found great products to choose from for our. Much anticipated remodeling. As the work started Francisco was very hands on, answered all our questions, and was open to a couple of changes. We appreciated his friendly, humble approach to us and we took much interest in watching his thoughtful, precise, meticulous daily work. Every detail was important to him, he took time to make sure all was measured right and was level. The quality of the materials was superb. He had crews that painted, did electrical for new outlets, and put in flooring that is beautiful. Truly this is one of those times we found the right person for the job and who took great pride in doing honest, meticulously fine work! We highly recommend him as a business man and we would definitely use him again.

I had a limited budget to work with and Francisco from First Choice Cabinets was very patient when discussing my options. I had interviewed other Companies for the job and by far Francisco was the most professional. Positives- Francisco the owner wrote out the estimate and supervised and helped complete the job (not just a sales person). Positive- When unexpected issues arouse, Francisco was there to give me options. Francisco came to our home in Whittier. We were in the process of remodeling our entire home. He gave us great ideas for the kitchen. He gave us blue prints and estimates. We decided to go for it. Our kitchen is gorgeous. He was kind enough to come back and answer questions for us on everything. His payment plan was amazing. I had been contacting several contractors to come out and give me a quote for new countertops and flooring. Some don't even come out and just send you a quote via email and others never even send you a quote. I found First Choice Cabinets on Facebook and to my surprise, Francisco came to my house and gave me a quote right away. He was friendly and offered suggestions. His crew was also very polite and friendly. They also built me a bar which was an added plus. We did have a few delays due to scheduleconflict and materials being on back order. But this company does want you to be happy customer and will fix what is needed to achieve that.

I found Francisco's business through yelp. I was shopping around for upgrading my kitchen. Thank you for all previous reviewers, I decided to contact give Francisco and get his quote. I compared 8 (eight) different remodeling companies, and while there are some that are cheaper than Francisco (price-wise; mostly equal or higher), I decided to move forward with Francisco. The reason I choose Francisco? He is Professional, Calm, and patient beyond words. The result? I love my kitchen, and if I would ever need to do another kitchen remodel in the future, I will definitely contact him. He provided suggestions and discussing your needs with great deal of patience, and professionalism. See the pictures attached (He also provided a design after he measured my kitchen). However, I'm not only going to say all green and rosy thing, of course as any project, it bounds to delay, and small issues here and there. I consider the delay is still reasonable and I want to address it here that Francisco, calmly and patiently, handled ALL issues. He listens to your concerns and acted upon it to ENSURE your satisfaction. His Customer Service is beyond just Customer Service. My kitchen was finished in December 2020. A couple month after everything completed (February 2021), I contacted him because I found some minor issue on the cabinets, guess what? He sends his team member and took care of it! Granted it takes sometimes, but Hey, what more you can ask? He stands behind his work! Bottomline, I didn't choose the wrong person. Francisco and his team member are the BEST! If you need to find a remodeling companies for your kitchen, I don't think you need to search any further, I can recommend you contact Francisco with no hesitation.

(This rating is actually 4.5) First choice cabinets is excellent, I knew I wanted to work with Francisco because of his passion and dedication to his work. Francisco designed my kitchen the way My wife and I visualized it. He provided great samples of flooring and counter tops and got the ball rolling. The initial project was going to take 3-4 weeks but ended up being 5 1/5 weeks. (I'm a construction worker and trust me deadlines always go over which can be frustrating but the overall outcome is what matters). Overall I was thrilled with the flooring, demo of wall, and remodeling of kitchen with cabinets and new appliances. Francisco's Staff: Lety Francisco's assistant is amazing, I'd advise anyone to deal straight with Lety when making an appointment. Francisco is so busy that it's better to contact his assistant/office personal. The only reason why I gave a 4.5 and not 5 is because Francisco would tell me someone was coming over to work, and no one would show. We could go 3 days with a no show but it wasn't really a deal breaker. Francisco is amazing but he is really busy and sometimes forgets to call you to let you know he can't make it (this is why you contact Lety). Ofelia: she is a hard worker and does an amazing job installing floors and base boards. She also did all the demo in the house which she did in 2 days. She is an amazing worker and keeps really busy. She is very precise on measurements and does an amazing job! Thank you so much Ofelia. Ozzy the plumber: amazing guys added a new drain for my kitchen sink and knocked it out fast. He did a quality job for a quality price. He also installed all our appliances and did a crisp clean job. Cabinet installers: I didn't get his cabinet installers names but that crew was quick and put up the cabinets in two days. The quality of cabinets are amazing especially with the shaker style. Countertop installers: amazing guys, he finished quick and added a beautiful waterfall peninsula. These guys worked great. Francisco: like I said he is amazing and passionate, the only issue was that he would forget to call you when he was too busy to meet you. For me it wasn't to much I'd a deal breaker but for others it can bother them. I'm so thankful Francisco and I am so happy with our kitchen, I will for sure use you for future projects thank you for your hard work.

Francisco is great in helping you visual your ideas for your kitchen. Within a week he quickly makes a layout, which further changes can be made. From that point dates are discussed and a payment plan from start to the final walk through. He is also very approachable about the work being done. Letty, his assistant, is also very nice and will contact Francisco if is an issue develops. The only issue I had was with one worker who didn't complete his worked as planned that pushed the finish date an extra two weeks.
