I recently put new quartz countertops on my kitchen island, 3 bathroom vanities and my laundry room. I couldn’t be happier with the top notch service I received and the product quality. I worked with Charlie, who was great to work with. After visiting the showroom to look at their tops, we narrowed it down to a few choices and Charlie took the time to bring the samples out to my home which reassured me that our choices looked great in the home. He was always available to answer my questions (and I had a lot of them). I was also REALLY happy when they came in earlier than expected. The installer had a slight issue with a seam so he called in another installer from fabricators and between the two of them they resolved the issue. Great experience all around.

After visiting many stone and granite shops in the area, we decided to go with Charlie and his team at Fabricators Unlimited. Charlie was a great help to us by going through all of the available materials that would suite our project. He was very knowledgeable in the materials and the process from selecting, templating, scheduling and installation. Anthony, Todd and Kirk were the installation team that showed up. They were very professional and kept me informed on where they were at in the project and what they needed to complete. They had me periodically come down to make sure everything was to our liking. All around great experience with knowledgeable professionals.

Would ABSOLUTELY not recommend applying for employment, HR director has extremely poor interpersonal skills, rude attitude towards job candidates and blatantly hangs up the phone when inquiring about an application. If they have any hope of retaining talent, perhaps he should resign and let someone with a personality and is uncommonly kind take over the position. I am appalled at the treatment and hope that the CEO sees this review. Just because you have a position of authority in the workplace, does not mean you have the right to be cold, calloused and rude to people.

Charlie from Fabricators was awesome to work with for getting new countertops picked out and installed. Very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions I had. The process was seamless and so are the tops.

As a family that has a busy house hold between jobs and little kids Charlie made it easy and fast for us to pick out our counters and have them installed. He went the extra mile on the day of the install and even stopped in to see how things were going. More than happy with how the counters look but the customer service exceed expectations.

I have always had the best customer service from everyone that I have had the opportunity to work with & I can say that the customers that I work with who visit their Showroom feel the same way. She said he was fairly new, but did not act the part, as he bent over backwards finding the answers to all their questions. She was so impressed with the customer service she received that she wanted to share her sincere appreciation with me. Fabricators is a great business partner to us @ Dakota Cabinetry, they always make sure our customers are more than happy with their new tops. Last week I witnessed them swapping out some quartz tops- one of the hardest swaps I’ve ever seen, pinned in on both sides with a tiled bspalash. It’s flawless.. Awesome work!

I recently remodeled our kitchen and decided on quartz countertops. The experience with fabricators unlimited was great. Charlie was professional and service driven. I was out of town and asked him to go over and prep the kitchen for the install by taking out the kitchen drawers. He went above and beyond and the countertops look beautiful. Can't recommend them enough. Great service!!

We purchased quarts counter tops 10 years ago which required a undercounter sink that had to be bought only from them. Both came with a limited life time warranty. The epoxy they used to hold the clamps for the sink has now failed and the sink dropped only being held by the plumbing. I called them to request they fix it only to be told it would cost $250.00. So much for the warranty or their work product. Oh, they will sell you a nice product but won't stand behind it. Very poor service.

I love my countertops from Fabricators. The quality and workmanship along with the unique pattern and design, brought my kitchen a modern and much needed fresh new look. The choices of products available in all prices ranges are endless. I highly recommend visiting the showroom to see what they can do for you.
