True Story: Sometimes, in life, you can get hit with a curve ball that can be hard to recover from, especially when you are cheated and deceived by people whom you trusted. That's what happened to me, and then, through the Grace of God, I was referred to Eternal Stone. With their help we were able to get through this ordeal. They were upfront, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they also brought back the meaning of dignity and humanity. They are very professional and prompt in responding to any questions that you may have. This is very important during construction. They care about their work and more importantly they care about the customer. All of them do. It was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Eternal Stone to anyone. They have helped me transform my kitchen and I am so happy with the results. I typically don't write reviews but working with Danny and his team was easy from start to finish. They installed new cabinets and stone at my parent's home. From the start he gave us several estimates to work with our budget and we were able to view the showroom and design a layout that worked for my parents. The installer was amazing and kind and so was everyone involved. Danny was available to answer our questions even on weekends and evening. Overall, job got finished under the estimated time and below budget. Highly recommend them, they are honest and dependable!

From the initial phone call, to the visit to pick the stone, to the measurement, to the installation, it was all so professional, and friendly. We were putting in a new large vanity top and had shopped around, Eternal Stone was by far the best price. Every one of the employees was friendly, courteous and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. It was installed today and it looks amazing. The installers were quick and efficient. We highly recommend them!

I'll just start by saying that if you're shopping around, look no more. I happened to be at a place nearby looking at another company's selection of countertops which was limited. I decided to do a Yelp search to find another shop nearby and when I searched for countertops, I found Eternal Stone. My mom and I went in and spoke with Danny and Sergio who were both super helpful and attentive. I described the look I was going for and they presented me with a few different options to look at. We spoke about the various finishes and cuts they could do for me and decided on a mitered edge. They explained the entire process and did an excellent job on setting AND managing my expectations. From the moment we scheduled the installation until the very end, they showed up when they said they would and did an EXCELLENT job. It doesn't stop there - I'm currently in the middle of a full remodel on my home and it's been a nightmare. I wish I had known sooner that Eternal Stone does much more than countertops, otherwise I would've hired them for the entire job. I called Danny in a panic one day and he immediately put me in touch with reliable and hard working people. From the electrician and plumber who showed up immediately the next day, to the nice guy who did the backsplash on my kitchen (whom I should've hired in the first place), everyone was more than pleasant to deal with and highly professional. While this project has been a complete nightmare, I can say that Danny is the one person who's been consistent throughout the entire process and has come through for me, no matter what the circumstance. I had to fire my last contractor for the mess of 2 bathrooms he left me but I will be bringing Danny and his crew in to re-do both of them and I'm confident I will not be disappointed.

Excellent stone fabrication and installation. Great to work with and also reasonably priced. We used Eternal Stone for two marble counter tops in our bathrooms. We bought stone from MSI and one of the sales people recommended Eternal Stone. Our experience has been great. They did a really good job with measuring and fabricating as we had some larger sinks than before that had to fit very carefully within existing cabinets. We also had newly refaced cabinets so we were worried about the demolition of the old tile tops. No problems at all! I watched the installation and noticed that they frame the undermount sinks with plywood supports that run the length of the sinks, which is much better than using the cheap metal clips that come with the sinks. On the day of the installation, they covered everything and cleaned up very thoroughly. The installers even recommended a wider spacing for the taps when they cut the tap holes, which I had not thought about. I am glad they did as it looks really good. I had one small extra piece for the back splash that I decided to add and they came right back the following day and installed it, as well as sealing the marble and adding more caulking all around the back splash. The particular material we chose is very hard to work with, but Eternal Stone cut everything perfectly.

Had trouble finding honest installers for my quartz counters. Most people were rude or tried taking advantage of the fact that I am a female. Found a few but they did not come through. Danny definitely exceeded my exceptions. He was professional, kind and on time. Sergio was also friendly and helpful during installation. They gave me a great deal and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend. Everything from the start was fast, from measuring to the actual instillation day and it was done correctly.

These guys are amazing. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they are extremely professional. For our home, they remodeled our entire kitchen and two bathrooms in less than 2 weeks. We changed our minds on a few things, a couple of times, but Danny was always professional and patient with us. They made our house look super modern. They even came with us to choose the right stones, granite, and marbles. Danny was on top of our project and supervised his team on a daily bases. Couldn't have used a better company for such a complicated job.

I was looking for someone to do granite work with for several months having had a bad experience. I put everything on hold and the projects stopped. I met Danny and Sergio through a referral and couldn't be happier. Such amazing work, honest and timely. Called and left a message for Danny. He never called back. I call him again and he claims he didn't get my message. So he said he was going to text me his email so I can send over the measurements. Nothing. Do not do business with people who do not reply to phone or text which is basic form of communication not worth the headache in future.

Repeated follow ups to Danny for a quote took so long we had to go elsewhere. He NEVER called us back. Not once. Our contractor pleaded with us to have Danny at least do the fabrication because 'they are really good'. So we hired Danny to pick up our quartz and fabricate. Eternal Stone DID NOT do a quality control check before picking up the quartz. Nor did they do a QC check before they cut it. Are you kidding me? So they cut and installed the quartz with so many blemishes that a four year old could have done a better job. Then there is a deep dent near the sink, that clearly they did, that they did not own up to doing. Promptly after installing, it was all covered with paper for two weeks, so we did not see the blemishes until it was uncovered and were then accused of doing it ourselves and trying to blame them! They are full of excuses and 'we do not do a quality control on pick ups'. Seriously? So you cut the damaged, expensive, piece of quartz with blemishes ALL OVER IT. Leaving me absolutely no recourse with the seller. Frankly, I am convinced they did many on their own. The installation was rather sloppy as well with nothing but more excuses. Pieced together seams are sloppy. Buyer be very wary. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed.

I am remodeling my kitchen and so excited to finish and I thought I got refereed to a reliable company but after weeks of all the frustration of trying to get Danny to reply i had to hire someone else. I don't understand how businesses/people can succeed with such poor communication skills. It doesn't take much people just return a text or phone call it really does wonders !!!

They don't respond to voice messages , they do t seem to care about anyone else's time other than their own. They are completely dismissive of the customers time and we got a 10 min heads up on when they were arriving after they made the mistake when they cut the countertops , they mismatched the countertops after they're mistake and refused to correct the mistake unless we bought a new piece of quartz that they screwed up on. We had other contractors that were waiting on the completion of the counters and they wouldn't tell us when they could finish therefor putting all others on hold. Most narcissistic people I have ever dealt with. Don't use them.

Bought a 100 year old house in August 2016 and proceeded with a major remodel of interior. Was referred to Danny, owner of E.S. He was quick to come and provide proposal for kitchen counters, kitchen island, master bath vanity with back splash and fire place hearth. Later we added on shower seat, shower and bath niche boxes. Over the course of several weeks the following occurred. Kitchen counters and island installation were completed as expected. Bathroom vanity was completed as expected. Niche boxes as expected. Downhill from there. His crew did not bring screws to anchor shower seat and they were going to leave it hanging. I ran to hardware store to purchase what they needed. And even with that, a poor job of installation. Totally exasperated with this lack of responsibility on the seat, I paid in full and was glad to be done. A week later I realized the vanity backsplash had not been installed. I contacted Danny via text (his preferred form of communication) to complain that he forgot back splash. His answer was that he was out of quartz and I would have to buy more. I said ok. He also said that he would have to charge me $150 installation. I reminded him that he had already been paid for it. He argued. He finally agreed to do job if I provided back splash at no additional charge. A date was set for installation. He didn't show. Between January 17, 2017 and my final attempt on March 4th, he must have made over a dozen appointments, none of which he kept. Why would he as he got his money and he picked up the additional back splash that I purchased. Also before I hired Danny he acknowledged that he accepted credit cards. On a $5000+ job, Danny accepted a deposit of $1300+ via credit card. After that he required check. Not to be trusted.
