We were put at ease choosing our countertops. They explained patiently the different types of counters. We were able to choose the quartz we wanted and are very HAPPY with our countertops! All personnel were great to work with and we’re so pleased with our new kitchen!!

We recently finished remodeling our new house we purchased last year. We contracted ES Countertops for Kitchen and bathroom counters. They did an excellent job. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and he kept us on schedule and make sure everything was perfect. He made us samples when we needed to make a decision, came back and measured again when needed. He was extremely responsive and professional. We were very happy that we chose ES Countertops. They take pride in what they do, and pay attention to every little details. I highly recommend them.

A friend referred me to ES Countertops and from the very first phone call with Lynda to the installation, it was smooth sailing. I purchased my home four years ago and installed a grey granite but could not afford a slab of granite for my island, so I put in a butcher block to get me through. Ready for an upgrade, I went down and had a consultation with Lynda. She was fabulous to work with. I informed her I wanted a bright white and timeless look. We settled very quickly on Quartz Bright White and I could not be more happy. It brightened my whole kitchen up, and made it look more modern and more functional than a butcher block. Lynda and her team are professional and on-point. Their prices are competitive with the market and are all-inclusive with install and tax. The whole process took a week from first phone call to final install. I highly recommend ES Countertops for your next project!

Mike, Ben & Team are a pleasure to work with. We have used them on every project granite related in our home and each one is spectacular. The most recent project was a custom Bar that they helped me design from conception to completion. As our new home build was dragging on during the covid and supply chain crisis of 2021/22 not only did ES Countertops come to our rescue with fast delivery and installation of our quartz kitchen countertop, they also did a flawless job. On top of this, as they do the cutting and polishing in-house, their price was 30 percent below the big box stores and other local and regional suppliers. It doesn’t get much better than that. We got three Quotes. 2 were about the same and one the local one in Agawam where we live was about $5000 over! The details were precise! Awesome job! New York style like my husband would say! We had been looking for a loooooong time, hearing a lot of "your job's too small", when we stopped by your West Springfield shop on a whim. Everything went great with my kitchen quartz countertop installation. Right from my first visit with Mike I felt that customer service was number one. The product I chose had a warehouse in Chicopee which allowed me to see the whole slab. Everyone from the showroom, to getting my kitchen templated to the installation was fantastic!! We had a wonderful experience with ES Countertops. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. He discussed the pros and cons of each type of surface, described the installation process and pricing. He even directed us to the place where the granite slabs were purchased, so we could choose the specific piece we wanted. He also alerted us to a good deal on a quartz counter, which we ultimately purchase. The people who came to install the countertops were prompt and professional. The counters looked great. In fact, we liked them well enough that a few months later, we decided we wanted a window sill and a half-door cap in the same material. Mike was able to make that happen as well. I went to PMI in Albany to pick out my stone. The web site said most people are there 10-15 minutes. I was there over three hours, Rebecca was awesome. I picked out my stone, then it was shipped to Mike at ES Countertops to make my counter tops. He came to my home, one hour from him to do our template and then he was back in a week or so to do the job. They were there when they said they would be and it took a little over three hours to completely transform my kitchen. We had tile tile tile and now I have granite granite granite and I love it. They did an amazing job! I LOVE my kitchen now thanks to them, they are the best. Don't go anywhere else, they work with PMI to get the stone you love and they are very patient! Thank you Mike!

After seeing ES Counterops name pop up on a couple of local Facebook forums, I decided to visit with them when I was having our small bathroom remodeled. They had a nice selection of stone at their building and Mike couldn't have been nicer or more patient with me as I was making my decision. Today he and his associate installed the sink top and I couldn't be happier. It looks exactly as I hoped it would. I'm happy to recommend ES Countertops to others and will definitely talk with them if we bite the bullet and remodel the kitchen!

I would highly recommend Mike and his team for your new countertops. I am very particular and had a hard time finding exactly what I wanted for my kitchen remodel. Nick and Sam did an exceptional job on the various projects done in my home. The new double vanity top, laundry room counters and the custom cut out and on site custom fabrication to the existing kitchen granite to facilitate a new farm sink came out phenomenal. Very nice guy. Waited a long time to be able to choose my granite. I'd say overall I'm still Not happy. I've had one too many comments about the 'veins' in my bathroom vanity. Tonight a contractor said he'd have scrapped it and had them replace, so here's the review...and it's not a joke. Instead of cutting my sink where this very phallic vein was, they installed it into my bathroom. Turns out I'm just (what I can only assume) a pushover for one of their granite cutters' jokes. Yes. I did call. I did text photos. The girl there said it looked fine to her and she didn't notice anything. A year later people still comment when they use my bathroom. I'm not a satisfied customer. Why can't I post photos!!!!!!!! Where is that option?!
