Overall they did a good job. Joel and Jacob were professional and courteous. They communicated well. However there is a little issue that needs to be addressed. Two of the outlets are not working. And we are not sure if they were supposed to re-paint the paint that was chipped during the installation. Lastly, a portion of the grout on the bottom of the counter is not evenly applied.

Joel and Yeicot are the two gentlemen that installed our countertops. I did the demolition part of the countertops. All they had to do was install the new ones. They also installed our new kitchen sink, which is an undermount. They were very professional with the install and very friendly and nice to talk to. After the install was complete, they did a through clean up of the job, and left kitchen and countertops very clean. I am very impressed with what was done. We love how the countertops look in our kitchen.

I highly recommend English Marble & Granite! We had a custom order for Cambria quartz initiated through the Home Depot in Summerlin and English Marble & Granite are their sub-contractor for the fabrication and installation. English did a phenomenal job on our Cambria Portrush countertop and backsplash installation. All of the staff I interacted with prior to our install were very helpful over the phone and via text. (Our original materials were damaged at the Cambria factory, but English was dedicated to getting the replacement materials ASAP.) Their installers were fantastic and focused on working clean, being precise, and having me check in throughout their install process to ensure we were satisfied with their workmanship. The veining on our Cambria was beautifully matched. Beyond pleased with the finished product! I look forward to using English Marble & Granite on our next project. Thank you!

English Marble and Granite completed a six day project at our home. Every phase of the work was done with meticulous planning and accurate attention to detail. Ryan English the owner and CEO took time to come to our home to discuss our renovation. Chris Simmons did a great job measuring using state of the art technology which gave us great fitting counter tops, fireplace hearth and mantle. During the installation they had continuous on site quality control by Jason who made sure the project was progressing on time and done properly. Last but definely not least, the two installers Corey and Ben did a first rate installation. They are excellent craftsmen and are dedicated to ensuring a quality job. We would not hesitate to recommending English Marble and Granite.

Tim and Andrew were great to work with. They made the planning and logistics nearly effortless and at a competitive price. Fabrication was great and Leroy, Joel and Dylan did a fantastic job at the install of both the stonework and tile. It is hard to find real craftsman that take pride in doing a first class job and delivering 1st class service especially at a competitive price. These folks fit the bill. English Marble & Granite finished our kitchen renovation yesterday. My wife and I are so pleased with their work. They did an excellent and professional job. The granite was cut to precision, and the installation was flawless. The installers were Joel & Yeicot. Both were experienced craftsmen. They kept us informed throughout the installation about any potential problems with the cabinets and countertops. The workers showed up on time, completed every detail and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend English Marble & granite and also Joel and Yeicot. I purchased countertops for my guest bath, kitchen, and hallway. These guys are so focused on attention to detail that it's just amazing how everything looks seamless. My countertops had lots of veining and they matched everything to perfection. A special thanks to the installers Joel and Rodolfo for being on time, polite, and respectful of my home and masterfully made the whole experience amazing. We have used English Marble & Granite three different times over the past four years. Each time their open communication, quality of product, and exceptional staff have left us completely ecstatic with the countertops on our custom cabinets. The latest was the installation of a 3cm, one piece countertop. At about 5 feet by 9 feet, they safely moved it from the delivery truck to the inside of the studio for installation. Once they made sure the subsurface was level and square, they lifted the top into place on the first attempt. We are remodel junkies. It seems as if we hate to clean so we just move and start all over again (and again and again... and again). When we decided to do one last kitchen remodel one last time (yeah, right!) here in Lake Las Vegas we looked at a number of contractors. While picking out possible slabs of quartz at Rio and other locations in the valley, Tim's name kept coming up with stone sellers commenting that he had the best cutting equipment and did great work. We requested a quote, got one within a week and it was more than reasonable. (Special note: Tim had the lowest price but I went with HDI (Home Depot) and spent almost a grand more because I'm old and lazy and did not want to be bothered with calling plumbers and such.) The job took two months (some due to EM&G being in high demand) and some due to us working with other remodel aspects for the kitchen like cabinets. Once scheduled Kyle followed up on a regular basis and ensured that all of the details were worked out (like raising the new slab by a half inch so that it would cover the minor paint defects afforded by the demo of the old granite). The crew was outstanding - professional, knowledgeable and polite and cleaned up like gang busters. It was a relatively big job - three slabs - and it took one day start to finish. We simply could not be happier. If there were a sixth star available - they would get it.

This company was recommended to me by Home Depot. What a great company to work with! I can't say enough great things about all the employees! I had tile taken out and granite put in. Everyone from measuring to installing did exactly what they promised, gave their all! I must give an extra shout out to the installers Joel and his partner Anthony. They were here exactly as promised and stayed until every nook and cranny was perfect and that it was! You can tell they take pride in their work and they are happy to be with such a great company. My new Curava recycled glass countertops are fantastic! English Marble cut one spectacular long piece without seams that includes countertop, sink, dishwasher, and more countertop! No seams!! I just love it. It is beautiful. And the customer service and prompt, courteous answers to questions via email, text message and phone kept me informed at every step along the way and were reassuring--consistent with the excellent quality that was delivered.

My kitchen countertops were done by English Marble and Granite and I am extremely happy. It took a bit longer than expected but they installed on the 4th of July and it wasn't any longer than most places I am sure. The installation was great and Juan and his team were the nicest people. The counters look awesome. They're not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend these guys for your project. I would hire them in a second.

English completed a fabulous fabrication and installation job of two delicate pieces of quartzite for our countertops in July for our newly remodeled kitchen. Tim was very professional with measuring and suggestions for layout and Chris was very creative with his fabrication and material layout ideas. The quartzite and edges were polished and the pattern was continued from the countertop into the backsplash. Our countertops look absolutely beautiful and we would use English again without hesitation. They were recommended by our cabinet installer and by our cabinet supplier and we recommend them to anyone who wants an amazing countertop fabricated at a competitive price. Recently I had been thinking about getting granite around my bathroom sink where the sink meets with the wall. It's called a backsplash. So I called a local store that is one of the largest suppliers of all types of stone and tile in this area. I asked a person in the Customer Service Department if she could recommend a company that does excellent granite installation jobs. She said that one of the companies that her store has been recommending to customers for many years is ENGLISH MARBLE AND GRANITE. She said that ENGLISH MARBLE AND GRANITE is excellent at doing big size, medium size, and small size granite and marble installation jobs. She said that her store has never had a dissatisfied customer that has had any work done by ENGLISH MARBLE AND GRANITE. She said that ENGLISH MARBLE AND GRANITE is family owned and operated by the English family. So, I called ENGLISH MARBLE AND GRANITE to do my bathroom granite backsplash. Tim English came to my home, took measurements for the backsplash, and e-mailed me a couple days later with all the installation details at a very reasonable price. Tim was very helpful; he invited me to come to ENGLISH MARBLE AND GRANITE to look through their selection of granite slabs to find a piece of one that I liked and could use for my backsplash. Then, I went to ENGLISH MARBLE AND GRANITE and Kristin, the office person who is also Ryan English's wife, was also very helpful. Kristin took me to the back of the building and helped me select a piece of granite for my granite backsplash from a large supply of granite slabs that her company has. Besides being the office person; Kristin is very knowledgable about all aspects of stone work. She said that my backsplash would be ready to be installed in about a week. About 7 days later Ryan called me, and set up a time to install my backsplash the very next day. The next day Chad arrived on time with my granite backsplash and did a fantastic job of installing it. It's a beautiful piece of granite and looks amazing. Chad said that the granite piece was polished and sealed so I didn't have to get that done. A final comment : In all aspects of my interactions with Ryan, Tim, Chris and Kristin English; they were friendly, very helpful, reliable, dependable, honest, and extremely competent. Besides doing outstanding marble and granite installation work at very reasonable prices; they are friendly, caring, honest, nice, good people. I highly recommend ENGLISH MARBLE AND GRANITE for any marble and granite installation work that you want done.

I called about twenty places today looking for a particular piece of granite to go in my bathroom- basically the company I had hired to install new counters in my bathroom mis-measured and did not have enough for a backsplash in my powder room. I just wanted to say that even though this company did not have the piece I was looking for that Chris was just awesome. He had me text him a photo of what I was looking for and called me back later after he was unable to find it. I just thought it was so nice of him trying to work with me and spending so much time talking to me and helping me even though it ended up not working out. Chris was so nice I would really recommend going here and asking for him!

EM&G was awesome from start to finish. Everyone was helpful, kind and professional. I did get other quotes and they are not the least expensive but, they came highly recommended by a few different slab yards. I did take away one star because part of our countertop is not level. It's not terribly noticeable but, once we tiled our backsplash it was more apparent. All in all we had a good experience and we love our new countertops.

They are scheduled to do my kitchen counters and I can already tell you I'm not impressed. Had I known that doing business with them was going to turn out the way it has already, I would 100% go elsewhere!!! **Please note, I'm not rating them based on the work they have done so far..i don't have a clue as to whether or not they do good work BECAUSE THEY CANT BE BOTHERED TO SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED.** I've been in the process of a home remodel and have been waiting and waiting for my counters to be put in, which has been taking forever, but they were FINALLY going to be installed yesterday. I was out of town and coming home last night, so everything was set up to have my house unlocked for English to come in and install then I was going to run by my house when I got into town to lock up. They were scheduled at 8am, I got back after 5pm and go to my house.....where the installers never came. No communication, no show, nothing. I have no idea who dropped the ball but I'm pretty pissed. So just be aware that if you choose to use this company , plan to not have counter tops for at least 3+ weeks. And don't set a goal in mind for when you want them done because they probably won't show up anyways. Use them if you want to be surprised on when THEY decide you should have your counter tops in.
