My husband and I worked with Darin to choose quartz for our new kitchen. I wanted to make sure I loved what I picked. OMG I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. I have been renovating an Airbnb cottage for the past 10 months and have guests checking in this weekend. I had ordered counters from a big box store under the impression it would be fast. When I called for template the next day, they told me 2 months to install. I was so desperate so I started calling around the Western NY area to find someone that could help. Joanna and her team and Empire literally SAVED the day!!! They had GORGEOUS quartz counters installed in about 2 weeks and my guests are so excited to check-in for Memorial Day weekend!!! Thank you Joanna for making it happen!!! Highly recommend. I am very pleased with Empire granite, from when I initially just popped in to take a look at slabs, to installation everything has been very smooth. I really love the selection they have, the customer service is wonderful and the install guys were so kind, professional and really did an excellent job! Whenever I had a question Joanna was quick to get back to me. I literally can’t say enough about how happy I am overall with Empire.

Fantastic service, appointments locked in for measuring and layout and install. The guys were patient about moving slabs for us to see...great experience all in all!! The installation people were polite and on time, and did a wonderful job. Within 45 minutes of them leaving I receive a call from the main office to see if I was happy with everything, and I really am very happy...thank you Empire!!

Empire had previously installed the countertops in my kitchen renovation and they just completed my outdoor project yesterday. Everything looks amazing as usual. Their consistent excellent quality of workmanship is second to none. Highly recommend Empire.

Empire did an excellent job with our small 7x7 ft bathroom. They gutted everything and did a whole remodel. When it was finished it looked huge! They vaulted the ceiling and included a little alcove above the door. We couldn't be any happier with the work they did. What was most appreciated was the patience they had with me while going through the design process. I initially worked with Aaron for the layout of the bathroom. Then Kelly joined the team and took over. Kelly has a wonderful sense of design and is very creative. She helped me with all the details such as picking out things like the tile, the mirror and the pendant lights as well as the faucets and window. She got my style and brought energy and excitement to the project which made it fun. We also appreciated Valdi as he got back to us immediately when we had questions and was quick to fix anything that wasn't quite right. He truly wanted us to be completely satisfied and happy with everything. All the workers that made up the Empire team were professional and worked hard to make certain everything looked perfect. It was an expensive project but worth every penny. From start to finish it took a while to complete but again worth the wait. We highly recommend Empire.

We love our new countertops. We purchased new cabinets before we knew about Empire( wish we would have done it all at one). We found empire for our small kitchen countertop remodel. We found the perfect stone and had the best sales associate. She walked us through every step of the process and in less than 3 weeks we had our new countertops installed! highly recommend they just installed my marble countertops they are absolutely georgous and they were so professional we had 2 installers Carl and I think John they were great cleaned everything after done also everyone at the showroom was wonderful wish I had known they did cupboards before my install started would have defiantly had them do entire job! Great job Empire
