Elite Granite Tops is OUTSTANDING!! A friend recommended Elite Granite Tops to me when I needed to update the countertops in our home. My friend used them twice and said they were amazing, and my friend was not wrong. The entire staff, from the representative I spoke with the first day to the gentlemen who installed, was always friendly and professional. They kept their word on everything from prices to start and completion date...there were no surprises. They were very accommodating and completed the high-quality work quickly and did not leave a mess behind. The cost was great and very affordable. I highly recommend Elite Granite Tops. They are a small business but do a GIGANTIC job of truly valuing their customers and having pride in their business! Try them!

The quartz arrived on time and the installers were fantastic. Kelso and Juan were respectful of the house and mindful of the sleeping baby. They were in and out quick! I recently purchased quartzite countertops for my entire home from Elite Granite Tops because they came recommended by a person I know and trust, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience so far! Their customer service has been outstanding. They offered the best prices in the area and guided me through the selection process with patience and expertise. Yulia was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect quartzite that matches my vision for my home I’m excited for the installation, which is happening this week, and I will update this review once the countertops are in place. The guy that came to my home to measure out the counters and create a template gave me a "warm fuzzy" so I'm sure it’s all gonna be perfect. Stay tuned for my update after installation! Edit: the install did not go as planned. There was a piece of backsplash that connects two pieces of counter together, and it was cut an inch too short, causing a huge headache because I had to spend an entire Saturday cutting my pass-through wall down an inch to make it fit and they came back on Monday to install. The five stars stays because the person who took the measurements and did the install, Kelso had real integrity and tried to make it right by getting a new piece that would fit free of charge. Also he was good at his job and stayed around late into the evening Friday to help me make everything right. He really was good but just like you and me he is human and we all make mistakes. I wanted the original piece so that everything looked right with the correct veins flowing the correct way so I did the work over the weekend. In the end it all came together and I’m very happy and satisfied with how amazing and beautiful the counter tops are in my kitchen and so sad I didn’t have this done sooner. I purchased granite counter tops from this company and the turn around time was amazing. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say. The installation quality was extremely poor with the holes for my faucet being off center and several chips in the edge of the counters. They also damaged my cabinets when they installed the sink by pushing the false drawer openings in front of the sink down in their opening to the point the doors would no longer fit. The first person sent to fix the problem was rude and denied that he had damaged the cabinets and that the faucets were off center. I also had some serious fissures beside the sink. A second pair of workers were sent out to supposedly fix the problem with the holes and fissures but not my cabinets. They insist the fissures are normal and are not a crack or issue. They did try and add some epoxy to fill them but that failed within a week and they did not have the tools to fix the off center holes but said they would be back when they had a core bit they needed to order. Three weeks and zero communication and they never came back. At this time I emailed them and the owner Yulia decided to look at it in person and she insisted the granite is ok and that she was never told that they needed to return. As this is highly unlikely that the workers would not inform her of the situation and is hard to swallow. If everything goes ok you will be happy but they will not honor any repair or fix any damage if they make a mistake. Dealing with Yulia completely changes once their is an issue. Note the lack of a gap in front of the sink between the drawer fronts and cabinet doors requiring a trim carpenter to fix. This was done by the installer but Granite co will not even address it. Buyer beware This not a reputable business and any problems will not be fixed. If they fix any of these issues I will update my review

Update 6/18/2021 Yuliia from Elite Granite Tops contacted me and apologized for the miscommunication and offer expedite installation and ask if I'd allow them to correct the mistake. I decided to give them a chance and continue with the exact measurement/quote and eventually proceed with the installation. Pre-installed steps have some hiccups with the quoting software but no big issues. I went over to the site to select the slab that is in stock to use and the showroom/site is quite small (I have worked with one in the past during a house construction which has a huge showroom but that was in MN). They could get something else from the pictures catalog but that may take longer to acquire. Another thing to note is you should check the final measurement yourselves to double check. Any correction at this stage is much easier than later. We did have to adjust the length of one small piece after the final measurement. The install process went smoothly. The installers were very careful with the pieces during the install to not damage your cabinets/appliances. There were some minor problems that show up with faucet hole, the front portion of the undermount sink and the installers did some adjustments and they turn out great. The only thing that could have been better is the cleaning. They did clean up afterward but there is still a little bit of glue, caulks, etc. and lots of dusts. Afterward, I see there is one corner that could be round up and I'll ask the installers to see if they can round that corner (in the 2nd picture). The plumbing portion went fine and this is what lean me toward going with Elite Granite is that they provide full service and you just need to negotiate in the contract. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Elite Granite is not a a huge operation but they did a pretty good job and cost is very competitive compare to others similar operations in CoS. Previous review: This review is just on my estimate/quote experience. About 2 weeks ago, I emailed for a quote to replace all of the kitchen countertops and backsplash on Friday. Got the quote back on Monday and I emailed back with a question. Their quote was just slightly higher than Planet Granite but Planet Granite states they don't handle the plumbing disconnect. Never got an answer back from the quote question so I called and was able to verify that Elite Granite quote includes plumbing disconnect/reconnect. The person answered the phone can't answer other quote questions and took my name/number so the quote person can call back. I was going to go with this place but never got a call back over a week later (and no answer via email either). I was hoping to get the kitchen done before moving in but now we have already moved in and will take more time to find a contractor that is more willing to do business.

We are super pleased with Elite! They installed this quartz top on our newly installed office cabinets. They had to bring the quartz top upstairs, but never once complained about the extra effort. Also, a very reasonable price for the installation. Definitely will be using them again when we configure a new kitchen.

We had elite do an outdoor kitchen for us. We usually use another large granite place in town but elite had the leathered granite we wanted and at a much better price. Overall we were happy with the product and service. Only giving 4 stars rather than five because some of my overhangs were not equal. I don’t know if that was because of such a quick template and it was his mistake at measuring or because of mis cutting or install. But none the less, in the area where our smoker is one side has a 1 inch overhang and the other has a 2.25 inch overhang. Also giving 4 stars because at install I asked them to seal all the edges that water could possible leak through and he essentially said no because he didn’t have enough caulking. They even left an entire section next to the house with a 1/2 inch gap between house and granite unsealed/filled. I ended up doing it myself and it took only 1 tube and no time at all so it wasn’t a big deal but just figured when they installed I could expect them to seal all edges and fill all the gaps.

First, Yuliia was so helpful when selecting the quartzite we wanted and also explained how to overcome a challenging garden window we wanted finished with quartzite. Then, Pablo came to measure. He explained very nicely that we needed a few more things completed before he could measure and also how to do it. On the actual measuring day which they scheduled quickly, it went flawlessly. Two days later Pablo and his crew installed the quartzite and it fit like a glove, and our garden window looks beautiful. Yes they were late on one appointment due to trouble with their truck. I don't feel that's such a big deal. All in all, they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very fast.

We just had a kitchen countertop install on 6/26/2021 with Elite Granite Tops and everything went fabulous (first time doing business with them). Pablo and his crew did a fantastic job making the templates and installing the countertops; everything fit like a glove and looks great. Install was very professional and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I've been dealing with contractors through my real estate investing business, and I'm adding Elite Granite Tops to my list of approved contractors----definitively plan on doing business with them in the future.

I am very happy with my granite counters. The installers did a great job. The only thing I am not happy about was being lied to about a hole that was put in my wall. When I asked about the hole was told that was where my old counter had ended and they must have cut counter too short because didn't have enough material. I gave the installers a good review but realized I had been lied to after they had left and I examined more closely.

I employed Elite Granite Tops to install granite countertops in my new kitchen. I was rather impressed with their response as well as timeline for install. August 23rd they came out to estimate. August 26th we elected to proceed. Template was on August 30th, and Installation on September 5th. That's where it ended. When the guy showed up to install, They measured and cut behind the sink too short. My farmhouse sink now sits about an inch and a half back and water runs down the front of the cabinet. You can also clearly see where the sink meets the cabinet. I had designated a hole for a pop-up topper. The topper was meant to go through this hole and plug into an outlet located in the cabinet cavity. From the beginning, I communicated to the estimator, fabricator, and installers that I needed the topper plugged in during the island installation. Unfortunately, after they set and glued the slab in place, they realized they had forgotten to plug in the topper. Rather than finding a solution, they claimed it 'wasn't their job' because it involved electrical work, leaving me in a bind. Plugging in a pre-installed outlet hardly requires an electrician. By that notion anybody who plugs in a toaster is an electrician. This left me extremely disappointed as I needed someone to take off the island filter to gain access to the outlet So that I could finish what they didn't. I'm not finished. When they were bringing the granite slab into the house, they hit every single stair coming up the stairs noticeably damaging each stair. The stair nose for my brand new floors was busted at the top. I reached out. They apologized. Agreed to fix the stairnose by sending someone out and paying for it's replacement. After months now of back and forth...the damage to my home is still not fixed.

Worst Construction Experience To Date! Biggest problems= quality control, management, and communication. I am hoping for Elite's sake, they are just in a season of turnover and disorganization because their stellar reviews up to this point are one of the big reasons we picked them to install almost $5k of kitchen, half bath, and master bath granite into our home last month. Our project finished because we pulled the plug and said no more of your work in our home on 7/14/22, almost a month into a project that should have taken 1 day per the scope of work. Facts: -6/20/22- Template Day (prescheduled with Yulia, owner, office manager, three weeks prior), appointment missed, I called them, they hustled and sent out their lead cutter, Cody, instead of one of their normal template makers-Jaime or Yulia. He arrived almost 1.5 hrs after the scheduled time, dirty with a rusty tape measure and proceeded to tell me he never did templates and started measuring with my counters with ONLY the tape measure only my whole project. He took some notes and left. I should have complained right then and there. -6/29/22- Install Day, they demo'd my existing tops, removing the sinks I was having them replace saying they would be back later that day to install my granite tops. They did not. Yulia called to say she would be comping us a kitchen sink for the 24 hours without countertops and sinks, and they would return the next day. They took all the stem attachments under our sinks (except one) that connected the sinks to their supplies including the connector to our garbage disposal. We asked the workers to bring them back when they came. We also asked Yulia. Both parties said they'd find them and return them. They NEVER did after almost a month of trying to get them back from them. We, in the end, bought all new connections including a special ordered garbage disposal connection. Yulia eventually gave us a monetary discount for that but only after almost a month of no word about their whereabouts. -6/30/22- #2 Install Day, workmen show up with the granite that was not cut, of course, from a hard template, and, of course, the measurements for our kitchen granite were wrong. The sink was not centered! The overhangs were not the same, especially on either side of the oven (left at 1 7/8" and right at 1 1/8", see pics) AND there was a gap at the back walls of almost a 1/2" (see pics). Needless to say, we were not happy! The bathroom granite miraculously was ok EXCEPT the workman cut three holes in our master bathroom sinks instead of one for our fixtures, on accident, even with the fixtures we bought sitting right next to the granite. The workman was VERY apologetic, and we told him it was the least of our worries at this point because our bottom fixture plates would cover the extra holes. However, we can now never change the fixtures out to one hole fixtures. We told the workmen we would not sign their job completion form nor pay the final payment until this was resolved. We called Yulia multiple times that day and the days after to discuss and have her come look at the work. We texted her as well. She did not respond until 7/6/22 when she stated she would meet us in person at our home to discuss/inspect the next day 7/7/22. - 7/7/22- Don, Yulia's husband, and owner of their stucco business that shares the same building, arrived for the appointment to discuss/inspect NOT Yulia. He looked it over, shook his head and tried to band aid it with promises to grind down this portion and move that portion in order to match up the overhangs and close the gaps. My husband said, "No way," in part because Don's fix that he proposed would make the sink overhang even further off. In the end, Don agreed to pull off the longest piece with the sink cutout and redo it. He promised to grind down portions of the other two pieces on either side of the oven in order to close the gaps and bring the overhangs to 1.5" (the standard overhang, written into our scope of work). He also informed us they "never do hard templates" which completely contradicts what their workmen say. Plus discussing with friends and family who have had granite installed all over the country, their successful granite projects were done using a hard template whether laser or hard copy. We let Don's go as we were beginning to not trust a word they said and holding our breath that we would actually see our kitchen granite dilemma resolved. We asked when they would be back to fix this, and he said they would call us. We did not hear back until I called them on 7/11/22. Yulia apologized profusely saying it was a nightmare, she took it took it to heart that this had happened to us, and was 100% their fault. I told her I appreciated her making it right. She informed me they were actually performing a hard template this time..(see pics of written timeline. Yelp has character limit).

It has been the worst experience I've ever encountered. They didn't honor the contract or even come close. Broken granite and tried to sneak and glue it back together on day one, however I caught that mistake. Didn't polish or clean up the granite. I paid for ogee edges. They are so dull it's unbelievable. They brought the wrong sink. They hyped up " laser measurements and they don't have laser anything. A guy came out to do a template and used a measuring tape. NO template was made. One of their guys stopped up a toilet. When they discovered yet another mistake on day 3, the granite wouldn't fit because it wasn't measured right from the git go. They offered me a 4" backsplash as a perk. I didn't want the backsplash but this was on day 3, so I took it, just to get them out of my house. There's a nasty seam right in the center of the sink at the cabinet edge and it's unsightly. That particular edge is so dull, I don't know if it will ever shine. It's in your face every time you use the sink. They charged me for a plumber pre installation and post installation. No plumber from them ever did anything on my plumbing. They left me without a kitchen for 5 days and over the weekend. The owner told me on Friday evening, on one of his guys phones, that he wouldn't leave me without use of my kitchen. He lied, too. I was never given a number to call just in case I needed to talk with someone on the weekend. I hired a plumber to connect my faucet and garbage disposal. They sent a helper out on Saturday who wasn't a plumber, but he didn't know about plumbing vents, so he obviously didn't know how to do the work. They're selling professionalism, however, their anything but professional. It took them three days to install approximately 40 sq ft of granite. At one point there were 7 men in my small kitchen. They never called me, not once, after they got a hefty down payment. I called 7 times and sent 3 emails. Again, they've never responded. I still owe them the balance. They know what a crummy job they did so haven't asked for it. it's a good thing because they'll never get another penny out of me. In the meantime, I'm using acetone to try and clean up their mess. Everything these "people" say, is a LIE! Next step for me is to report them to BBB. I wouldn't have picked the one star if I wasn't forced to. They don't deserve that big of score. Don't walk away from this company, RUN!

I'm so upset... should have trusted my instincts when we walked their lot of granite. We paid a lot of money for a LOT of granite and they did a terrible job installing it and finishing it. It's streaky and dull and you can clearly see the sealer over the seem, and it's almost like the granite wasn't even polished. Our back splashes were also never completed even though we were told they were coming back to complete them and never did... We've talked with the owners of the company multiple times, set appointments with their shop manager Pablo multiple times and no one has ever shown back up to finish or fix it. We've given them multiple opportunities to make this right and we keep getting the run around and blown off. Stay away from them, especially Pablo. I will update this review if they make this right... but it's been months and nothing so far but broken promises, fake apologies and lies.

Horrible company! Their shop manager Pablo is a liar, and a thief. He messed up our granite install and refused to come and fix his mistakes after we had paid him. He didn't even finish the backsplash that he charged us for. Definitely would not recommend this company and definitely would recommend that you not let this person in your house.
