Can't say enough about the entire team at Elite. My wife and I visited several different companies and obtained several quotes to replace our kitchen countertops with Quartz . They gave me a preliminary quote based on a my diagram which was drawn very well and the measurements were accurate within maybe 1/8 of an inch or less. I accepted that quote. When the guy came out to measure, convinced me to put a 27” x 6” backsplash on a section. That was it. When I got the estimate, they had added a waterfall edge and they wanted to charge EXTRA for cutting the sink. I checked with my installer who had referred me and he said he had never heard of that. I objected to that. I told them that we had a sink on order (unbeknownst to me) and that I would be in contact when it came in. I then spent most of January dealing with a major car repair so I hopped back on this, the second week of Feb. after the sink came in. Sent them an e-mail saying I was now ready to go if they would do the right thing as far as the charge for the cutting out the sink. They instead sent an e-mail saying they no longer had any interest in doing this job…so was that the game the whole time? To give me a super-low price and then pad it with change-orders and b.s. separate charges? If the sales girl had made a mistake in pricing it out and they needed to correct the estimate, I would have respected that quite a bit more than trying to make up money with absurd charges that are included anywhere else this product is fabricated. Very bad form.

The best granite shop in town, hands down. They do absolutely beautiful work and are even better people. I can’t say enough good things about Renato and all his staff at Elite Custom Granite. You will not be disappointed buying/fabricating/installing with them!! A+++++++++!!!!

Daniel and his crew member from Elite Custom Granite did an excellent job making the templates for our custom quartz island and countertops two weeks ago. Today they delivered and installed them with precision expertise. This company and crew are 5 STAR !! Our Unique Calacatta Blue quartz jumbo slab is stunningly beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. Amazing work done by the crew! This was just an awesome experience from the minute we walked into the shop to pick out the quartz. Everyone was very helpful and everything was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

I'd give SIX stars if avail. First rate --from front counter man to install crew. One stop shopping---wide choice of quality stone slabs (ON SITE!!!!), flawless cut and polish team in back, and an insanely fast turnaround --- one week from picking slab to watching it be installed. I visited 8 dif granite places in Melb/PB. None came close to Elite in price or service---ESPEC service--excellent communication every step of the way --Install team even called before arrival, arrived ahead of sched, worked quick, cleaned up after themselves and were completely professional. Next time I shop granite, I'll only make one stop.

Elite installed two pieces of quartz countertop in our laundry room. Template was made and the cut was very accurate, including sink opening. They delivered in a very timely manner and the installation was very professional and clean, including sink installation and faucet cutouts. Can’t say enough about Diego and the whole team. Price seemed to be right in line or a little cheaper than other companies. Job well done. Highly recommend them!!
