I have used Element in the past so when it was time for a kitchen remodel I did not think twice about going here. The service is top-notch! From the time you walk in and are greeted by Emily and Rocky until post delivery you are treated like family! Their showroom is huge and Emily was so great at helping us pick the perfect slab. Delivery and installation were non-stressful and the expertise is obvious. I was really nervous about the seams in the counter but WOW!!! Emily perfectly matched everything and it looks seamless. Thank you Element for a perfect experience!!

Element Granite definitely deserves 5 stars all around, from customer service, to professionalism to price. This was our first kitchen renovation and while we had an idea of what we wanted for countertops, we had no idea of all the specifics involved. Emily was great in helping us find our perfect quartz countertop as she has a great eye for design. They put the time in to perfectly measure our kitchen and had the full countertop and backsplash ready for install within a week. Highly recommend!

I purchased granite from here and it was a personalized experienced with Emily who is attentive to your needs and will get what you want for the granite look you are looking for. We had put it in our kitchen and decided to work with her again for another kitchen. The process was simple after we had decided our design. Contracting team was professional and was measured and installed without a problem. They have beautiful granite selections and will surely give you the look you have been dreaming of.

From the moment I walked into Element Granite & Quartz I felt welcomed. Rocky is the first to greet you with his big eyes and wiggly booty. Emily is so kind and knowledgeable that the whole process of choosing your slab, getting an estimate, scheduling, and payments are so easy. Even changes where never a hassle, I changed my choice 3 times. I was provided a sample for each choice which really helped me choose the best selection. Emily definitely wants you to be comfortable with and sure of your choice. The template process was quick and easy. The installers were respectful, pleasant, and professional and I was pleasantly surprised by my extra cutting/ serving board. I love my choice and my kitchen has never looks so awesome.

Vin and Emily are amazing. They have provided us with two different counter installations and both have been perfect. Elements did our kitchen and then laundry room and power room. In the kitchen we selected "Brown Fantasy granite and in the laundry room we selected Calcutta Quartz. Both installments went extremely well and with total professional service. Emily and the management provided excellent customer service. We purchased a quartz top and sink a couple of months ago. Today my wife reached into the medicine cabinet and her face cream fell out and cracked the sink. Emily and the team were nice enough to provide us with a free sink. We will definitely pay the favor forward by referring all of our friends and clients to Element.

They have all your countertop needs, they bring in the latest inventory weekly. So much to choose from, indoor showroom with endless Quartz, Granite, Marble, Quartzite and more. Emily did an amazing job, walking me through the whole process from start to finish and gave me the best advice and guidance. While Vinny gave me the peace of mind from template to install, super clear communication between me, my contractor and the install team. What surprise me was the fast turnaround, it was ready for install ahead of schedule. Installers team were on time, polite and clean. It felt like I had a white gloves delivery service. All the top fitted perfectly with no on site cuts. Super happy with the experience from showroom to install. I have used Element multiple times and will continue using them. I own a Contracting company called LAG Contracting. Elements Granite gas been doing my work for the past 10 years. We have worked together on small residential projects as well as 350 room hotels. Both Emily and Vinny are great to work with. Emily helps clients with design and Vinny does field work and production. I have never had a complaint for any of my customers. I recommend Element! They were so great! Emily is amazing! My husband had his measurements wrong and we had already placed our order. Emily went in and adjusted the layout of the kitchen and worked her magic so that it still looked great. Emily is very passionate about her designs and quality of the cabinets and Granite.. If we had a question, she had the answer, and if she didn't, she found out quickly. Furthermore, Olivia at EG&Q maintained communication, whereas no other business had! We had visited a lot of different locations for cabinets and granite, and in all of those places, including the Big Box stores (Home Depot and Lowes), nobody seemed interested in doing their jobs, or being bothered with us as customers. That's why we knew, immediately, we would be purchasing from Element, Granite, and Quartz without question before we even left their store, or discussed it with each other. We've been married long enough to know what the other's thinking, and we'd been through the ringer on our kitchen remodel together, so we just knew. I can kind of understand (if not condone) why contractors at the Big Box's are unenthusiastic, but small businesses? Shouldn't they care about their company?When they weren't ignoring us, they were either not listening to me/us (to the point where it was annoyingly startling; how many times can I say, "No, not greenish, brown..." without losing my patience, as I'm shown sample after sample of greenish, wooden samples?), or they were pretending not to understand what they could do for us when we gave specs, or up-selling as if we didn't know any better. Go with EG&Q; there's no way you can be disappointed! We had our granite installed approximately two weeks from our first and only visitation at the showroom.

Element Granite and Quartz was terrific. We are a bit of a distance from them so during our kitchen project we opted not to go to the showroom. Emily explained the material choices with the pros and cons over the phone and then sent me pictures of the slabs. This might not work for everyone but it worked for us! The template measuring was very detailed and we felt comfortable with the plan. Two weeks later the countertops were installed and they look great. Everyone from the Element team was a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Emily for her help getting it all planned out remotely. I highly recommend them.
