I'm a little late leaving this. This was an awesome experience dealing with Elegante Surfaces! Marisa got some information from us and told us that she would work up a rough estimate for Granite Countertops and get back in touch with us. Very quickly she got us a number that would work for us. She told us she'd get someone scheduled to come take laser measurements. My wife and I expected a couple of weeks or so since they're 3-1/2 hours from us in another state but, it was only a few days before she was able to get someone with us. Very professional staff! A boo boo happened and a piece was broken durring installation. Right away we were told that they could replace that piece another day but, could repair this for today and it wouldn't cause problems or be visible. We agreed and they repaired the break perfect to the point that when others we've asked to find it can't find it. We have to point out the repair when WE can find it. We've since decided that we don't need that piece replaced because it turned out so beautiful. They also had to put a seam in the countertop (we knew before installation) that I panicked about when I saw it but, after installation you can barely find it now. I challenge you to find the repaired broken piece or the 1 seam.

Elegante just completed our granite and quartz countertops throughout our remodel and new section of our house along with a granite fireplace surround. We had a great experience all throughout the process from confidence in our selection of materials, styles, and designs to the accurate measurements obtained with laser equipment and finally to the professionalism of the install. The staff were very courteous and respectful when working in our home. If peace of mind and beautiful craftsmanship is what you desire for your countertops, then I highly recommend Elegante Surfaces for your home.

Elegante installed our countertops today, and we love them! The whole process from start to finish was made easier by their customer service, knowledge of products, and willingness to talk through our design plans. We first started with our master bath project of new vanities and granite counter tops. It went so well, we decided to move ahead with Elegante Surfaces doing our planned kitchen update with new granite counter tops and sink. Both projects were such a success, we couldn't be more pleased. Christy was our office contact and she did an excellent job keeping us informed, listening to our wants and being so positive. Our kitchen project was a little challenging, but Mr. Cecil and his team didn't stop until they found a solution that made everyone happy. From Vicente, the expert template maker, to George and his careful, well trained, installation team, everyone showed out!! We are still in awe of the transformation of our kitchen and bath!! Thank you so much for making our projects so successful.

The team at Elegante is very genuine and informative. The entire process went extremely smooth and my granite countertops look amazing! I can’t thank them enough.

Highly recommend! We have used them 2 times already. They did the top part of our fireplace hearth and we just had them do a huge island, coffee bar, and desk area for our kitchen. We will be calling the back to do the rest of the counters once we finish remodeling. They were also able to cut holes for our power coarse and a hole for a trash can that is inside one of the cabinets. The work is amazing! The crew came in and installed them, made sure they were leveled out, and did a great job with the caulking and glue. Their work is spot on and very clean and professional!

My husband and I had our house built a little over a year ago and I was blown away by the customer service, fast turn around time, and the total over all experience once you walk in the door. we did our kitchen courter tops and they even had some sink options that i loved and got them do go ahead and do my kitchen sink as well... I went by today to get some sealant and still had an amazing experience the second I walked in the door . Definitely recommend for any counter top needs!!
