Taylor was extremely responsive at addressing an exceptional number of concerns. The countertop was the part of the remodeling I was most concerned about and it turned out being the easiest and smoothest part of it all. The template was perfect and the mitered edge beautiful. The job included a heavy cast iron undermount sink with holes which another company refused to do. This company not only created a secure mounting of the sink but a mounting that is essentially unnoticeable, leaving lots of room available in the cabinet. Great team to work with !!!

Such a great experience and fast turnaround time, my only regret is that I didn’t contact them a lot sooner! Entire team was great to work with including installers as well. Initially went to another counter shop (one that is too big for their own good) and had a horrible experience. I found Elegant Universal and could not be happier that I did. Lucy was absolutely wonderful to work with and offered so much insight into our kitchen remodel. Could not be any happier with the way they turned out! Lucy and her team did such an amazing job in our kitchen. We had her company install new quartz countertops and remove/replace our kitchen backsplash. This woman knows her field extremely well and did an excellent job educating and communicating with my husband and I. This helped us know exactly what we were getting, how long it was going to take, and her team was here when they said they would be. Not only did we have a positive experience with her, she was reasonably priced as well, and beat many of the other bids we received around the valley.

Lucy (the owner) was amazing. She worked with me to find the perfect quartz countertop. She steered me away from this green stuff I had picked out on my own and I am so grateful. I love my countertops in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The details are amazing. The shower bench and countertops in the bathroom are beautiful and are so easy to keep clean. The window seals in the kitchen match the countertops. The sink is wonderful -it is solid surface and is clean and shows no scratches or dirt. I am so very happy with my kitchen and working with Lucy was a delight.

This is actually the 2nd time I've used Lucy and her team for countertops! She is amazing. First of all, I like shopping for the best deal and her quotes are usually at or below competition. But more importantly than prices, she and her team are DEPENDABLE. We all know how frustrating it is to work with contractors and they never show up on time and they show up when they want without caring about your schedule. Both times I've worked with Lucy, her team came out on time for EVERYTHING from quote to template to actual installation. Which is especially important on a project like this last one on a very strict time constraint. The quality of workmanship is top notch too. Her team is efficient yet very meticulous in installing your countertops perfectly. I've referred her to some of my friends and they all agreed that Elegant does a great job and at a reasonable price.

We recently had granite countertops put into our house by Elegant Universal Stone. I don't think people realize how nerve racking it is to pick just the right company for instillation and colors if granite when it comes to remodeling. I remodel houses and I have had Lucy and her team do several jobs for me and they have done great. I'm a General Contractor, needed a countertop for a vanity, my client wanted quartz so I looked online for someone close to downtown and this company came up. I Stopped by November 2nd 2016 and was greeted by a guy named Henry. Told him I was looking for a remnant roughly 24 x 30 for a new bathroom, vessel sink so a 1-3/8 inch hole for the faucet and a 1-3/4 inch hole for the sink. He took me out back and showed me a few pieces, took my info. Wouldn't give me a sample for my client so I took some pictures to show her. He said he would email me a quote. I took his card and left expecting to hear from him in a day or so. I waited for a few days and emailed him just in case there was a mixup on my email address or something. Never got a response..... So I called Bedrock Quartz, the salesperson gave me a quote over the phone. I made a template, dropped it off and I had my top in 3 days for about 350 bucks. Don't waste your time here.
