They will set up an appointment but won’t bother to show up. They don’t return phone calls so make sure you actually speak to someone if you feel like taking the 50/50 chance that they’ll actually show up for your estimate. Make sure to check both the yelp and google reviews.

Great experience with this company. We were able to go to the suppliers and select our granite. Elegant Granite took precise measurements, tore out the old, and installed the new without a problem. We've had the granite for about 4 years now and it still looks great.

This company replaced the counter tops that were originally installed by Tapps Counter Tops (separate review). They work hard, and do an excellent job. It is a husband and wife team and both are very personable and professional. Simone met me at the warehouse and patiently helped me select the right slabs. Vasi and his assistant measured, cut and installed the tops and I couldn't be happier. I noticed another reviewer commented about a seam. I, too, have a seam but my counter tops are longer than the actual length of the slabs. At first I was also concerned about the seam but now I hardly notice it. I realize there had to be one somewhere. I see he simply tried to match the sealant as best as he could and truthfully, I am unsure as to how he could have avoided it. The previous granite also had a seam in the exact same place, just a different color. It's not quite a "keloid scar" but I do understand the reviewer's concern. I do, however, recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.. unlike Tapps Counter Tops.

I'm surprised to see a 2 star review because the company didn't follow up after the sale. Maybe 4 stars and a comment would have been more appropriate. I've used elegant granite several times now and they sell quality products at inexpensive prices. Would recommend them without any doubt.

Nice people -- hard-working folks. Small mom and pop operation when we hired them in 2013. Was able to go with them to the supply warehouse and select the granite we wanted. They measured, cut, demolished the old and installed the new quickly. No complaints. Still looks great.

Our little kitchen turned out amazing. They were on time and price was as quoted. Vassi takes the time to make it exactly what you want. They were super careful during installation and even vacuumed up the dust as they cut wood and granite. tarps were on the floor and he asnwered my many questions as he did the install. i had a hard time getting a company to come do my job, but they made the time for me.

We cannot be more happy with the services provided by Elegant Granite Inc. We were in search of a piece of granite that would match what we have in order to extend out a countertop. They had just what we needed and fabricated it and installed it within days! They didn't have to get it done so fast but they did because we expressed our urgency since we have family coming into town next week. That is what you call AMAZING customer service. We highly recommend them!

This is a family owned business which provides an excellent product and excellent customer service. Here's what I had done: full granite for my kitchen using a very unusual 3 cm granite slab full of crystals, mica, and other 'soft' bits. It's fabulously beautiful, but tricky to work with. What I got was excellent fabrication and installation. Because of construction delays, the granite was installed in two parts meaning two trips. (Also, they made me a beautiful 12" square cutting board with scooped out handles made from the sink cut-out.) Next, I found a beautiful remnant piece of 2 cm granite, and Elegant did my bedroom vanity which had a well done lamination of the 'lip' into a bull nose edge. Elegant then used the remaining piece of the remnant to create a removable 'top' for another piece of furniture. One of the things I loved was getting to go to Elegant's fabrication shop and 'positioning' before fabrication, so I could have cabinet and vanity tops showcasing the best parts of the granite. Vashi is excellent at helping customers feel good about what their final product is going to actually look like. Finally, in the midst of the chaos of remodeling both bathrooms in the house, I had to re-use a cabinet instead of purchasing a new one. I found another remnant, marble this time, for the top replacement, and Elegant was very good at helping me stay on my construction schedule. Simona returns calls almost instantly, and in all these installations, they have been punctual, professional and a pleasure to work with. This is a good company.

I had Elegant Granite install granite in my kitchen and bathrooms. The job was perfectly done and I love my granite. BUT their customer service after the sale is atrocious! They rarely call back when you leave a message. They have never contacted me to find out if I liked the job. It's as if once they have your money they are done with you!

They'll make an appointment to come out, they just won't show up. Good luck getting your calls returned. If you choose to use them keep calling until someone answers. Never leave a voicemail. Atrocious customer service. Wish I could bill them for time taken off to meet up with them.

They got one star because I do have counter tops, but only after blood, sweat, tears and utter agony. I got a townhouse in January that needed a complete re-haul and my contractor suggested Elegant Granite for my counter-tops. To make a long story short, they put a huge seam (like a keloid scar) in my counter-top and first blamed it on not enough granite (there was, they calculated to do it in one piece), then on it breaking on their way over. They recanted that when I pointed out I had the same granite in my old house with a much larger piece. Eventually she just gave up and stated that I didn't specify no seams so I got seams. I got a massive slab of granite so that it required no seams. No seams is a given. I would have done granite tiles and saved a lot of money of I wanted seams. Additionally, they tried to over charge me close to $800 but backed down when I fought them. End of story, I will definitely use Franco's marble again the next time I do granite. Never again will I use Elegant Granite and I will tell everyone I know not to use them. 08/24/11 Simona comented on my review and yet she still can't stick with a single reason for the seam. In the future I will always use Franco's. Trust me on this, immaculate work and first class service even a year later when you chip the edge of the counter yourself.
