I can’t say enough great things about Ed Stone. I first worked with him two years ago for my kitchen remodel that I went with Quartz. I was referred to him from my friend that had a great experience. I called and I actually spoke to Ed himself. He asked for me to send him a text with my address and told me he would be there within a couple days and let me know when. He arrived within a couple days, not only did he measure, but he has a whole lineup of solid surface materials in his truck for you to pick from so he was able to give me a price before leaving that day this was a fluke in good service level. I just completed a summer kitchen with Ed Stone and had the same amazing experience. I highly recommend Ed Stone and his crew for your next job!

The owner came and measured our kitchen and within days we had our new quartz countertops installed! They have a vast selection of styles in their warehouse. I had multiple quotes from around the area and EdStone was the lowest. They really made this process super simple and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new countertops, and as a bonus they installed a stainless undermount sink that looks wonderful!

Ed was referred to me by my daughter. Ed is all business and is very precise and takes zero shortcuts. Ed is the only one that called back to do a followup call. Ed was very patient with me because I had cabinet issues and took for ever to get them set correctly. The company has a great choice of Granite, Quartz, and Marble. We ended up going with Quartz. I also got the sinks from ED also. The crew of three came out to do the install and were in and out in 2 hours without leaving a mess. Very nice and answered a couple of questions I had. Also had them do the restroom downstairs. I believe this is the first time I ever had a project done and it was done perfect first time. Ed also did a couple xtra things like putting in quartz window ledges in. Totally smooth process ! Great price ! and great service! Thanks to the entire professional team at EdStone Inc.

I love EdStone Inc and have used them twice for my granite install (in 2 different houses). They are fast, professional and the best price in town. They were also very patient with me as I had to change my appointment a couple times. They even bring the samples to you!! They cleaned up everything before they left! Great service and pleasant guys who did the install. I would recommend to everyone!! My kitchen is not yet finished and I'll post another photo once the back splash and floors are completed but the countertops are the star of the show!!!

Excellent service and selection. Very speedy service and good quality. They bring sample in a truck to your house! Our final product was beautiful and seamless. Other places said they would need to cut the quartz in half or down the middle to make it fit but Ed and team were able to measure perfectly and give us a perfect size, seamless piece. I Recommend this to company to everyone, and will continue using this service in the future.

I would not recommend this company! Countertops are gorgeous however, stain easily wasn’t sealed properly the crew damaged my fridge and owner is not taking responsibility. I have a picture before and after. I have contacted the owner several times he’s very short he’s very rude and he gives no customer service. He also has refused to compensate us for the plumbing that we had to pay the second time because when they installed my granite on the kitchen sink side, they put holes way too close to where my plumbing wasn’t able to work successfully and I had to have them redo it but they refused to pay for the plumbing horrible experience would never recommend.

I chose to hire Ed stone Inc. on the advice of the gentleman installing my kitchen cabinets. I found out later that he had done several jobs in the mobile home park in which I live in and as far as I was aware there were no issues arising from those installs. The owner, Ed,Initially contacted my daughter via text message to look at samples online so I guess he knew what to bring to my home. With less than a days notice, he arrived at my home with small size samples for me to choose from. I picked a sample of granite that I liked and next he was off and measuring. There was no mention of coming to his location in Orlando to choose a full size piece of granite for which my countertop would be cut from. I was confidently led to believe everything Ed was doing for me at my home with the samples I saw, was as it should be. My countertop was ready the following week. The evening after the install, I realized the countertop surrounding my kitchen sink showed the pattern running in two,opposite directions. I also didn’t have my dishwasher clip installed. This leaves my dishwasher unusable I was not happy. I contacted the office to make them aware of the issue, expecting a resolution to the problem. I was told that basically it was my fault. I should’ve come to their office To pick out a slab. I was never told to do this or I would have. I was informed that my options were to live with it or pay per square foot to have that section of my counter replaced. This was and is still is, unsatisfactory to me. I as well as the gentleman who installed my cabinets, have been trying to reach Ed Yazlovsky, the owner, to resolve this and my phone calls and texts, with my latest being ignoredI’m hoping this measure will help me. Edstone company is absolutely amazing! From beginning to end, it's been such a smooth and easy process with Edstone. I called because their reviews are terrific. Victor came to our home to look at our countertops. Within a few hours, we got a very fair estimate which was a whole lot less than 3 other companies. The next day we drove to Orlando to check out their granite. They had so many slabs. The lady was so friendly and patient. I brought my puppy with me, and she was so sweet to my puppy. Anyway, we finally picked the one we wanted. Absolutely no pressure sale. Within a few days, they were here to install, which was today. It took them about 3.5 hours, and they were meticulous every step of the way. They are so skilled in their craft, and it's obvious. They take pride in what they do, you can see it. I'm so glad we went with Edstone. And also they didn't ask for a deposit! We paid after the job was done. No hassle, no drama. Just smooth and easy process. Good people!! I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Ed and his team. They were fast and efficient. The quartz is beautiful and installed perfectly. Their pricing is very fair and I am recommending to all friends and family. Thank you for helping bring my kitchen to life! The process was this quick and easy: I called for inquiry on an estimate on quartz for my kitchen, the next day Ed drove to my house in Jacksonville (they are based out of Orlando) with samples of their quartz and granite. Someone was at the shop sending live footage of the large slabs based off of the samples I liked. He mapped out everything in my kitchen extremely quickly but with excellent precision. They were available to come and install a week later. We only had to postpone due to a hold up on our new cooktop. Any questions I had along the way was a quick text or call away and always answered almost immediately.

Redoing garage and after epoxy flooring, pegboard walls, and hanging /setting workspace cabinets, needed to finish with a nice durable and attractive custom counter. Searched and searched. Gave up actually. One day after looking at unfinished workspace (just need counter) Searched customer Quartz countertops in Orlando and EdStone came up. Called on a Friday morning. Ed answered! Came out THAT afternoon. Measured, showed samples, gave quote. He said could install on Monday (thought yeah right). BUT ... not only was his price extremely competitive, I was interested to see if turnaround time was real - so we agreed on the quote. Sure enough, Sunday Ed texted said project was done and would reach out Monday. He did! First thing! Guys arrived 9a and managed install, including adding a pass through hole for electrical plug, caulked and cleaned - were done in 45 min and my workspace now looks finished and amazing!! Will highly recommend EdStone to others for all their counter top projects - Quartz, Granite they handle it all! Thanks Ed and crew!

Amazing experience. We called Ed Monday morning, and within 3 hours he came out and met with us and measured the countertops. We told him we were going out of town Saturday and he said he could have it done before then. The crew showed up early and knocked it out of the park! When we decided to put new quartz countertops in our kitchen and three bathrooms in our condo, we had three companies bid on the project. A friend had recommended Ed Stone & though he was the furthest way, he came in with a much lower bid than the other two for the same project and selected quartz. Not only was he more economical, our counters were installed within a week from the time that we visited his showroom! The other two companies would not have been able to install for over a month. To top it all off, Ed & his team were absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. I hope people read this review... We had our kitchen done by Edvard a few years ago and they did an amazing job so when it came time to do a very small bathroom we weren't sure if they would be interested in a small job. To the contrary, he answered our call within 1 hour and came out the next day! He prepared a quote within minutes and had samples to review with him. The price was very reasonable so we texted him that same day to go ahead with the job. His crew was back in 8 days and they finished the work in less than an hour. Looks great, fits perfectly. They were more than willing to wear masks when in the house. Do yourself a favor and call Ed if you need a countertop, you will be glad you did! Thanks Ed.

Very nice customer service people. Came out same day for an estimate. We picked out our granite from a large selection and they had it cut and ready to go next day. They were very flexible with our schedule. What I really liked was that our job was a small one, 13 square feet, and no other company would do it without making us buy 25 ft. The install was quick and perfectly done. The price was very affordable and there were no add on fees. Highly recommend!

Ed was right on time for the measuring. His team was right on time with the install. It look's great. My problem was they don't do finish work. They messed up the wall with the install of the shelf into the dinning room. It was not supported firmly, only had two screws in each of the three bracket's. They were only supported by the sheet rock wall. I had to remove the damaged sheet rock, repair and paint the wall. They need another team member to follow thru with wall repairs. Will I recommend them? Yes.

Edstone was recommended to me by my handyman. Everything was rushed from choosing my counter from a small sample, to showing up without much notice. After my counter was installed, I noticed that the counter next to my stove had the pattern running in the opposite direction. I was not happy with this. When I called the company, I was told that it was my fault. I should've come to the store to pick out a slab. I was never told to do this. The only option given to me was to pay per square foot to replace that section of countertop. I had already spent $3000. This was unacceptable. Both myself and my handyman, tried on numerous occasions to reach Ed Yazlovsky, the owner, to no avail. Look elsewhere if u want granite in your home. Their customer service is deplorable!

We are overall completely underwhelmed by the service we received from Edstone Inc from start to finish. From day 1, his abrupt, cold demeanor was a turn off. We should have listened to our guts then but his price and quick turn around time fit our needs so we were willing to overlook his gruff demeanor. This turned out to be our biggest mistake. I will say, we love the quartz counter top that was installed and the quality of the counter top itself seems top rate; but the installation and customer service (or lack thereof) after the installation was appalling. Our old countertop came to a 90 degree bend on the inside corners - this bend matched our cabinets. The quartz countertop installed by Edstone had rounded corners - it looks silly to have a cabinet meet in the corner at a solid 90 degrees and have the counter top over hang by a full 3 inches because the corners are rounded. When called to Edstone's attention, his reply was "It's installed now, there's nothing I can do about it." He then tried to blame us for not being clear about what we wanted. If you review the drawing Edstone provided us, one can see that the corners are at drawn at a perfect 90 degrees. So I guess a screw up on Edstone's part becomes our problem. The same gruff demeanor he had on his first visit was intensified when confronted with this customer service issue to the point of blaming us for the problem. He refused to fix the problem so we are left unhappy and unsatisfied. To top it off, literally the week before we had some drywall work done around the area where the counter top was being installed; 3 of the 4 corners were significantly damaged to the point that I now have to go back and repair them myself. We were hoping because of all the good reviews he had, that we would have the same experience. Sadly, we did not. Because of our experience and interactions with the owner, we can only give one star. If you do decide to go with Edstone, be crystal clear about what you want, where you want it and how you want it. And inspect EVERYTHING closely.

The salesman sold us on using Edstone for our new kitchen granite by saying it had a "lifetime warranty", both at the time of the sale and when he installed it. When I realized the day of the install there was nothing on the invoice concerning the warranty I contacted them and asked for a copy of the lifetime warranty to attach to my invoice. Edvard the owner then contacted me and curtly said we have only a 1 year warranty. I contacted the salesman and he said he was "mistaken". Also, the installer had wiped down the counters with a "sealer" at the time of installation so the granite had a wet appearance till the next day, it then had a film across it like hard water build up, not smooth like it should be. I contacted them immediately and Edvard said no one else has complained...that was all, no suggestions, nothing. Would NEVER recommend this company!
