Econ Granite

We had a great experience with Econ granite. The sales staff was on top of the phone calls and emails and kept us informed about the stages of the job. The crew did excellent on the install. They were on time, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. We had a job done about six months ago and we have been very pleased.

They installed the granite and the sink, but it only lasted 18 months, they only glued the sink and did not put any support under it. The sink came unstuck, the good thing is that the pipe didn't break. It did not have a guarantee because it only covers one year, they had to put the supports and they did not. If you plan to hire, make sure they put them up or do it yourself, glue is not enough.

I can honestly say 5 stars is just not enough stars. From the start the interaction from walking in to returning my phone calls was top notch. I was out there several time just to make sure the slab that the staff helped pick out for me was going to be perfect with my colors and design. There was always that one person and the staff to make my day. I did run into a problem with my fabricator that I had hired before going to Econ Granite. My fabricator turned into a nightmare that went on for months. I called my guy at Econ Granite and he and the owner went above helping me out and suggested another fabricator which turned out to be the best move ever. I had my granite tops about a week later. Without Econ Granite 's direction in my slab choice and fabricator suggestion I would still not have my kitchen. The staff is amazing! The warehouse is well thought out in the lay of the plant. You could not ask for better people to work with. And people are what makes a company work for their customers. I felt more like family walking in than a customer.

Economic Granite did a great job on our bathroom counters. We had to redo our 30 year old counters and replace the faucets. While many other places often have a 4-6 week wait, Economic Granite was able to complete the project a week after we signed a contract. We were able to choose our own granite slab from a wide selection. Then, they had a couple men remove our counters and mirrors, which they did very carefully. Then, they had other people come in to install the counters and put the mirrors back up. Finally, they sent a plumber to install our new faucets. We are very happy with the result. Our bathrooms look great. They gave us reasonable prices for all the work. Everyone they sent to work were professional and courteous. Thank you!

Econ Granite has been great to work with for both our kitchen and bath remodels. We will continue to use them for all our countertop needs. They have great communication, timelines and pricing.

Great experience with Econ Granite. Juan is awesome. Helped me pick out a remnants pieces for two different bathrooms and they look great. He was responsive, helpful and knew his business well. Couldn't have been any better. Highly recommend.

EconGranite replaced an undermount sink for me. Great job, professional crew & pricing in line with others. They had to take up my kitchen island to move the sink a bit as well as run to Home Depot to get a part that I was missing. Excellent experience. Juan & his crew are fantastic.
