Kisha was the floor sales person with whom I had the pleasure of working. She’s professional, upbeat, transparent, and very responsive. I really enjoyed working with her. She’s knows her stuff, and she’s fun to work with. Kim and Tony are both amazing. They are so hard working and strive to excel at the customers needs and desires. We felt them to provide more than excellent quality and at a very fair price. I felt as though they all listened to what I wanted and needed. Our kitchen turned out truly beautiful and we are so pleased with it. This is a company I would use again in a heartbeat and have recommended to several friends. The staff at Eastern Kitchens were great to work with. They have infinite patience. Karen answered our many questions. Tony was a master of measuring. We decided to go with Eastern Kitchen installing our new cabinets and granite. I am so glad we did because they were wonderful from the beginning to the end. I added an addition to my kitchen and made a coffee bar section which is all mine LOL. and I love it 😍 I also extended my counter tops to have more room as they are custom to what we wanted and I’m so happy I did. Eastern Kitchen is the best in Brevard County hands down and you won’t find a better place. They have the best prices, service, and installation! Tony was great when he came to design my kitchen. Mary was always there for me and guided me thru the whole process. She was amazing!!! The two installers were the best part because the end results were AMAZING and their work and how they strived for everything to be perfect was awesome. Karen keep doing what you’re doing cause the team you have is making HAPPY customers! I can’t say how much I love my granite kitchen with white shaker cabinets:) The room in the cabinets and drawers are more spacious then I had before :) I love my sink that I’m glad I upgraded, because it’s so big and nice. Eastern Kitchen was absolutely 💯. The whole business was awesome to work with from coming to my house taking measurements and pictures then creating a 3D design of our new kitchen. The installation was flawless, the crew went above and beyond. It also was the best price compared to the other companies. Karen and her team were awesome! They quickly helped me design the kitchen that I wanted, and delivered the assembled cabinets for my contractor to install. They also delivered and installed an absolutely beautiful slab of quartz to complete the look. On counter-top installation day, Tony and his guys went above and beyond to make it look amazing! The look and quality of the cabinets far exceeded my expectations at this price point...great value! Their lead time was a little longer than stated, but they were still faster than others around town. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely use them again for future home projects!!

I first met with Karen the owner when I walked into her showroom. When she and I began to talk about cabinets for my rental in Fort Pierce, I found her to be very approachable, honest and sincere as we talked. When I was asking Karen about the construction of the cabinets, she asked me to come back to where they assemble them in the back of the building. She gave me a first hand tour of what they do to prepare cabinets for delivery and installation. You can tell from walking around both the showroom and the shop that they really take a lot of pride in their work and presentation of the showroom After shopping around in Melbourne and Vero Beach, I found Karen to be the best price and with the best product so we entered into a contract. The communications that I received from Karen was definitely above and beyond. She is very reachable and you can count on her to return your call or your text messages. Once her crew of three people showed up, they got started immediately after discussing with me the layout to confirm everything. They worked diligently all day without taking excessive breaks. The installers just like Karen are very approachable, and when I had questions, they would stop and take the time to walk me through my questions just to make sure the install was going to be satisfactory. Not only did they work diligently, but they were very clean throughout the day, and every day that they left they cleaned up after themselves as if they were not there. Love Eastern Kitchen...Karen and entire staff! Always a smooth transaction for every kitchen project as I renovate homes. A great value for a great final product! A nice color selection of solid wood soft close cabinets available. And they work with 3 stone suppliers here in Brevard county to fabricate your chosen stone top counters. I only choose Eastern Kitchen -Ellis road when in need of a kitchen renovation. Now we just need the final finishes and cabinet paint to complete this current kitchen project as seen in pictures attached. Highly recommend.

They were recommended to us by friends, and we are so glad. Our experience with them was very positive. While other kitchen companies took weeks to to get us a design after visiting our home, they sent me two designs within 24 hours. They could easily see a design change I wanted to make, whereas another company couldn't. When meeting with Karen in the showroom, she can make changes to your kitchen design in real time. The staff were all pleasant to work with. The installers were wonderful with alot of attention to detail. They were much more reasonably priced than the company that couldn't even give me what I wanted too. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

They did a great job on our kitchen counter replacement from start to finish. We worked with both Karen and Keisha, and they were both great. Our job was a little complicated, as we were cutting down a bar, had some angled areas, and 2 waterfalls, but it all turned out perfectly, and the fabricator did an amazing job of keeping the granite pattern matching at the seams and waterfall edges. They were responsive, showed up on time both for the template and install, and very helpful and friendly when we were in the showroom a couple of times. I would definitely use them again should I have a need for this type of remodeling.

Not sure where the "outstanding service" is - we scheduled an appointment with a kitchen designer 2 weeks in advance to arrive and find out she wasn't even in the building and we should come back later, I then called to reschedule and got an email starting with "hey". What started out to be an advertised 4,500 Hundred Kitchen, ended up over 8,000. They stated they would be here every day, first thing until the job was done. There came at Noon and 3pm a couple of days, and forgot items etc. They had plugged in 2 Big Saws in my Utility room, and a Fan, that led out to my carport. The kitchen came out fine, but 3 days later, I noticed a big puddle of water in my utility room. I checked my freezer, and all the food was thawed, and had to be thrown out. I had MANY containers of homemade turkey soup, that takes an entire day to make. Also, lots Hamburger, hotdogs, steaks, fish, handpicked Blueberries and Blackberries and other items that was lost. I called Eastern Kitchens, and the owner Karen, would only say she will check this and call me back. She did not. I called again, and spoke to Ashley, she stated she will discuss with Karen. While on the phone, Karen stated she will call me back. She did not. I called this morning and Karen is now saying they did not do this. They were the only people that used my outlets in my Utility room. I just want $200.00 back for my food that was ruined, and they will not accommodate me. I feel I have no other options but to complain on the BBB and other sites to let others know how this company operates. Really frustrated, and will never recommend them, or use them again.
