I would highly recommend East Coast. Alicia was very helpful in all aspects. From choosing the quartz to the final stages. She was very patient and helpful, especially I was so indecisive. Finally found the perfect quartz. I am also extremely satisfied with the workmanship of the installation by Otto and cutting of the quartz by East Coast. Especially the cutting around my sink, which is an odd or unique shape.

This place is a hidden gem… they have so much selection and a beautiful showroom where you can see all the products, even production where and how they’re made into countertops. Alicea was a dream to work with, she is a strong asset to their team, she is knowledgeable, friendly and very customer oriented! Thanks for the beautiful countertops! This company was great to work with! They did all of the countertops for us in our new house-kitchen island, pantry, 3 bathrooms, and fireplace. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Once we decided on what we wanted they were very quick to install! There was a rust spot in one of the bathroom vanities that we did not care for, and the company swapped it out for us right away and with no problems! Thank you so much! Will definitely be using and referring people to you in the future.

The experience I had with Alicea and the east coast countertop team was amazing. I went into the showroom knowing what I like but not knowing what I wanted and Alicea had multiple ideas for exactly what I was thinking. She was so helpful in picking a piece that matched my style perfectly. And the install team was equally as amazing! They removed and disposed of the old countertops and custom laser made the new one. Very professional and beautiful work! They kept me update on what they were doing while working and were able and willing to answer any questions I had pertaining to my new space.

Why do I give 4 🌟 and not 5🌟 just because this job will be done next year when the job is done I came back and updated my review with my last feedback about everything in general, but for now, 12/16/2022 so far we have a good experience with Alicea couple back and forward to double check everything because is litter bit expensive it's true but we work together and try to make this work. If you go to this place, make sure you ask for Alicea or make an appointment with her she will help you for sure. 1/12/2024 They did finish the job 6 months ago I do recommend this company Alicea did great and the last 2 guys(I can't remember their names )installed the last countertops and fixed a couple of other things well too and very carefully too. East coast outfitted the kitchens, bathrooms and fireplace surrounds in our new build. Their selection, knowledge and attention to detail can’t be beat. Through grappling over various stone products and several visits to their expansive warehouse, they were always there to patiently review our needs and assure our satisfaction. They have even been there, post installation, to answer questions about maintenance and care. It has been 4 years since our original build and a month since our basement project and they continue to be responsive to our needs. We are so pleased with all that East Coast has done, highly recommend…wouldn’t go anywhere else in RI!

Our kitchen remodel is almost done thankfully! We managed this as homeowners. (Would not do again!) We were referred to East Coast Surfaces for counters and each interaction with our salesperson Alicia M. was pleasant and professional. After final measurement we were told that counter seam needed to be moved and without hesitation left this to East Coast Surfaces and it came out beautifully!!! As expected, there were several moving parts in this remodel and East Coast Surfaces came through as promised and exceeded our expectations!

I recently used East Coast for counters in a client's kitchen. The installers are fantastic. Danny is truly an artisan. He color matched the seams so they are virtually invisible. The counters have multiple colors in them and he mixed pigments to get it right! I highly recommend East Coast and Danny.

I found everyone and everything about this business to be A+++++ From the warm greeting and unending patient help by Soomin at 10 min before closing to the installation of our bathroom vanity Quartz top and everything in between, this was by far the easiest, most efficient and enjoyable part of our bath renovation. They have a huge supply of different stones and will order whatever you need, but are not pushy in order to make a big profit. We were encouraged to use something already on the lot and given several big samples to take home. The overall price was less than anyone around and the service was better than anyone else. I will definitely go back when we do our kitchen reno. It is such a pleasure to do business with people who are professional as well as friendly and seem to really value the customer. Professional company. Moderate selection of stones. Sherri was exceptional in helping us find the right stone for our kitchen counters, and her colleague helped us figure out the best way to minimize the discontinuation at the seam, given that we selected a granite with lots of movements. After understanding all the issues we had with another company, Sherri did her best to get us our counters ready in less than 2.5 weeks (this was the week of Thanksgiving)! The granite fitted like a glove over our cabinets, and they used professional equipment to minimize the seam width. We did find a small chip on the stone after the installation. I emailed Sherri with photos, and she was able to get someone out and fixed it in less than 5 days. We can't even tell where the chip was. Highly recommended. I have already referred a colleague of ours for their counter replacement.

Unbelievably kind and professional. No pressure to buy whatsoever. Extremely helpful. We worked with Michelly who was great. Granite prices were very competitive and the variety of granite offered was great. Many to choose from. Honestly can't say enough good things about this place. Install has been scheduled so I will update with a picture and feedback upon completion. 10/22 - they were scheduled to come between 830-9am to make the template of the countertop. 8am I got a call saying he was able to come earlier and seeing if I was home and available. Super nice guy. Was in and out within about 15 mins. Quoted price was final price. Will be setting up install date for sometime next week. Such an efficient company. So impressed. Have had the countertops for over a year now and love them. Both the sink and countertop are beautiful.

These guys do a truly awesome job! I was very, very pleased with them, and with the quality of my quartzite countertop. Paul (the owner), Michelly and Eric are very patient, friendly and present a lot of great options. I felt very well taken care of. Their pricing is competitive and the installation went smoothly, even when I had a last-minute adjustment to my order! I'd highly recommend these guys. If you're going in person to the shop, be prepared to spend an extra minute or two finding them, as they're buried behind a few buildings.

While planning a major master bathroom remodel, we met a tile guy in North Kingston who recommended we trek to Cranston and look up Michelly at ECC for our granite needs: vanity top, tub surround, shower seat, and thresholds. The experience was win/win from day 1. We instantly liked the youthful enthusiastic Michelly and found her to be extremely well-versed in the many nuances of ECC's gorgeous and varied stone slabs. What delightful eye candy! Perusing the couple hundred full-size stones they display had its frustration as well, though, as side-by-side comparison is not possible. "No worries," Michelly assured us, "I can give you samples of almost every stone and photos as well." We finally made our decision, and as the process goes, ECC workers came to our Middletown home to take measurements for the templates. They were prompt, polite, and got the job done. A few days later we got some bad news. There were minor flaws in our granite that revealed themselves as Ahmed was prepping it. The surface fissures would not compromise the structural integrity of the stone, but still they wanted us to come take another look. The blemishes were minor, but perfectionists that we are, we ended up choosing another stone. Quite frankly, I can imagine another business simply stating the stone was made by nature, not man, and some imperfections do exist. But not ECC: they are all about 100% customer satisfaction, and they supported our decision to choose another granite. So the experience ended the way it began: win/win. Our beautiful Fantasy Brown granite was expertly fabricated by Ahmed, a skilled craftsman who takes quirky delight in his artistry. The installation crew arrived on schedule, and the now-fabricated slabs virtually fell into place with perfect precision. Furtado/Medeiros Construction Company of Middletown was so impressed, their owner has already used ECC for another job, and will continue to do so in the future. Kudos to East Coast Countertops.

After taking lefts and rights to the point where we had no idea where we were, we did not have high expectations for East Coast Countertops (ECC). The place seemed to be plopped on a side road in the middle of a residential area. However, we soon realized we were very wrong. The service was excellent. Many other places had salespeople who were pretentious or constantly in "sell mode." Conversely, Michelly was extremely knowledgeable and willing to talk about the differences between various materials. ECC had various slabs of granite and soapstone on site as well as quartz and other materials that could be ordered. We loved the soapstone, but was not sure how it would look in our kitchen. To our surprise, Michelly offered us a sample to take home--and it wasn't a microscopic sample, either! We went home with a large square foot or so of soapstone and were able to see how it looked in various lights before making our decision. The prices at East Coast Countertops were also lower than or comparable to the other places where we looked. ECC is also BBB accredited. Installation was fast and painless. The crew was professional but not stodgy. We would definitely recommend East Coast Countertops to anyone in the Providence/Cranston/Warwick area looking for countertops... Just remember to bring your GPS! :-)

I experienced the same discussing habits that you're reading over and over again as they say, don't walk from this place RUN from this place!! Kieth, the Owner | East Coast Countertops and Alicea!! Seem to pick and choose the customers they want to do their business with?? The high level of prejudice is inhuman on who they decide to do business with!!! The behavior of the company of the owner and the employees was highly disgusting and inappropriate and insensitive and insulting !! They held me up for three weeks. I had five customers waiting in line and they kept saying I'll have the estimate ready tomorrow. I'll have the estimate ready tomorrow. I'll have the estimate ready tomorrow. The sneaky slimy behavior of Keith and Alicia was completely disgusting. I do not recommend this company. !

If you are looking for quality countertops at reasonable prices, RUN don't walk away from East Coast Surfaces. They are unreliable and unprofessional. They never return calls and never show up on time if they show up at all. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are the clown car of contractors. We were without the use of our kitchen for 42 days because of their incompetence. Actually, the one star rating is totally ridiculous but Yelp doesn't allow for negative star ratings.

This was one of the worst experiences in buying something ive ever been through. First the business is a dump on the inside and outside. When i entered this business there is no one to greet you so you just stand there until someone sees you. Another customer had entered and was also standing there. We were both told that it is expensive to have their services performed and was handed a business card to email them what it was i was looking for. I went there in hopes to choose my countertops in a certain granite color and leave a deposit. i was shoved out the door. Rude salesperson with no Idea how to gain customers.
