East Texas Granite and Marble did a phenomenal job on my outside bbq and cook area. Laid a granite top for an eating table in that area. It's perfect and gets used all the time. Outstanding job. Actually was installed a few years ago and let me tell you the work they did was super pro.

The folks at East Texas Granite and Marble are very efficient and helpful throughout the entire process. They also have a great selection of granite to choose from. The installation was completed when promised and our countertops look great. Highly recommend them!

Let me preface this and say, this review is long overdue. Lori took on our project September of last year. To say she was amazing is an understatement. I went to three other granite places in Tyler (one we’ve used before) and all were lacking in customer service and communication. Through my first interaction with Lori I found out they didn’t have enough soapstone at their yard for our project, but that we could find more from a granite yard in Dallas. The previous places I checked didn’t have soapstone at all. This is where the amazing communication and customer service came in. Lori actually took the time to personally contact 4 slab dealers and found out if they actually had soapstone as well as enough of it for our job. She also was able to get me pictures of slabs they had so that I could narrow down what granite yards we wanted to visit. The previous businesses I went to, either told me that’s not a stone I would want in the kitchen, or just gave me a slip of paper with websites for the slab yards. Which was fine, but there are TONs of granite yards and very few actually carried soapstone that was in stock. Lori saved this 7 month pregnant Mama, with a toddler, lots of time and sanity! Thanks to her, we were able to drive to Dallas and found our slab at the very first place she had recommended Now fast forward to install day. Her husband Jason and their other main installers were fantastic!! They communicated with me throughout the whole process to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted. Our Island is HUGE and they made the slabs match together perfectly. All that to say, they are the BEST in the ETX area and truly value their customers. Thank you so much to the ETGM team!
