We hired Dracula Marble & Granite in Windsor Locks to fabricate and install granite countertops.  Sam communicated every step of the way.  The granite was cut precisely to our dimensions. Sam and his team were very professional with the installation. They each knew their jobs and worked in a coordinated and efficient manner. They were thorough with clean up. After a very frustrating 6 months waiting for kitchen counterops thru another company, we cancelled and found Sam. We have an older home (1929) so not everything was square. Sam was fantastic. He was very personable and responded to my questions immediately, even on a weekend when we weren’t expecting it. Our granite kitchen countertops are beautiful. I was concerned about the seam we needed in our countertop. Most other companies would only put the seam at the sink. Sam was adamant that he would never put it there. You can hardly see it. Sam and Company are true masters of the art of stone fabrication. They have such respect for the materials and how they will look in your home. Sam is an innovative thinker, and when we encountered some unique issues in a half bath, Sam offered options and had already researched them so they were ready to be presented.
