Working with Don's was super easy. From ordering our counter top material, scheduling out template appts and actual installs for both our countertop and back splash. Their work was amazing, cleaned up after themselves and informed us about the process the whole way thru. We absolutely love our new kitchen, especially our black counter tops and back splash! Our experience with Don's was excellent. From the first phone call to installation they were efficient and very friendly It only took two weeks to get our quartzite installed. They consulted with us during the process. Hayden is incredibly friendly as were the template guy and the installers. The finished counters are beautiful and perfect. We are happy to know that they service any chips or problems we may have in the future. We would highly recommend Don's Custom Countertops.

I am so grateful we went with Don’s for our kitchen remodel! From design to build and everything in between they were truly amazing. Haden helped us design a kitchen beyond our best dreams. We had ideas of what we wanted but he helped us maximize functionality while listening to everything we wanted. I was impressed that they came out before our cabinetry order was placed to ensure there were no areas of interference with doors, appliances, etc. When it was discovered that the handles on some of our appliances would conflict with full door opening ability on a few cabinets, Haden came up with an excellent solution for us. I was also so impressed that the only way he was able to figure this information out was to call our appliance manufacturer and ask for detailed specs. I feel like that is something no one else would actually take the time to do! And it turned out perfectly because of that attention to detail. Kevin, our project manager, was the best. To be able to trust someone to take care of a project with such precision and timeliness was a huge relief. He was very easy to communicate with and get ahold of, which is also not something to take for granted. Our cabinetry install team of Nate and Devon were also amazing. Again their attention to detail was incredible. It’s never easy to have people in your home, but these guys were great. Very respectful and even cleaned up at the end of every day. Installing custom cabinetry is definitely an art and this team is the best of the best. I could go on, but the last detail I will share is how they came to our rescue. Sometimes you really find out how good people are when things go wrong. After the first day of cabinetry install my husband was attempting to paint and accidentally broke a support brace on one of the cabinets. It was 100% our fault, but Kevin and Nate fixed everything. They were so good about the whole thing! As you can imagine, we were pretty upset at our silly mistake. I still can’t believe that it was able to be perfectly fixed, so quickly. Not that I needed an affirmation we had made the right choice to go with Don’s, but if I did that would have been it. If you are remodeling anything in your home I can assure you that you won’t find anyone better, more reliable, and honest than the team at Don’s!

It was truly a pleasure to work with Don's for our kitchen renovation. The three words that come to mind from our experience with Don's are integrity, quality, and friendliness. We renovated the kitchen in our 1990's home. We purchased the cabinets, countertops, and sink through Don's, while our own contractor completed the installation. Haden did a fantastic job helping us select the right cabinets, keeping in mind every detail for function, aesthetics, and cost. He found exactly what we wanted and kept it within our budget. The showroom had plenty of countertop samples to help us choose the right design. Kevin was a stellar project manager. If our contractor needed anything, Kevin was on top of things! He visited the job site numerous times. When we fit a few snags, he always had a solution and a prompt resolution! The rest of the staff was wonderful throughout the process. We always encountered a smiling face, a warm welcome, and a friendly conversation. The installers were extremely considerate of our other projects going on and took the utmost care to protect our new flooring. We couldn't be more satisfied with Don's. Absolutely no hesitation in working with them again on future home renovations.

I had a great experience with Don’s custom countertops. I picked out a quartz remnant for a bathroom we were remodeling. They had a great selection and were able to hold it until we were ready. The measurement and install process was friendly and efficient and they even offer free chip repair after placement. Very happy!

My new bathroom countertop looks amazing! I picked a remnant for a small bath remodel and WOW, they got the most beautiful cut from that piece of granite! The measuring and installation was completely painless and I was impressed with the skill and friendliness of the staff. The office staff is professional and no-nonsense, they really know what they are doing. I recommend them without hesitation!

In a word: AWESOME!! We had decided to go from a darker, smaller kitchen to a much lighter and expansive kitchen and the result is just beautiful! Don's Custom Countertops is terrific! They guided us through our kitchen remodel from design to finished product, answered all of our questions at every phase, and kept us informed of everything that would happen each week. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Haden gave us a great design and helped us decide on many aspects of our project from cabinets to pulls. When our cabinets arrived, we were surprised to see Don, himself, and Kevin, our Project Manager, unload all of the boxes into our garage! How many business owners and managers will do that? Nate and Todd were exceptional at putting together our cabinetry, even using lasers to make sure everything was level and straight. Nate was a real craftsman when trimming and installing our crown molding and very clear in explaining how to move our shelves and drawers to accomodate items. Eric did a superb job making our counters and backsplash, and Tanner and Noah did an excellent job of installing them and our Ruvati sink. Everyone involved was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We highly recommend Don's for your next remodel. Patrick and Donna Manis
