From the very beginning, Carmina, who is truly a gem, provided exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, showing genuine care and dedication throughout the entire process. We felt listened to, heard, prioritized, and quite honestly like a part of the family by the time our project was complete! The office manager, Vivian, also deserves special recognition. DMD Marble and Granite ha an excellent quantity and quality assortment of Granite slabs to chose from. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating in our search for that right color and pattern to meet our needs. We purchased some beautiful granite from DMD Granite last May 2017. Due to a major remodel we just recently (February 2018) were ready for installation. The DMD staff was fantastic all the way through the process. From the very beginning with the sales staff educating us about different types of granite while we were trying to decide which granite was the best match for our kitchen out of all the beautiful choices. Then choosing our layout with their expert assistance. Lastly to the very end with the amazing installation. We selected a very bold design which required a great deal of skill and artistry. The design on the countertops continued onto the backsplash seamlessly. We were in absolute awe of the workmanship that went into the final product. DMD delivered the quartzite countertops in my kitchen and I couldn't be happier, It's just perfect!! My experience with DMD has been absolutely positive...from Eduardo coming to do the template, to me being able to go to DMD to help choose the prettiest parts of the stone to be cut, choose slabs from their own amazing stock, the installers were very professional and courteous and so clean, and explained about sealing the stone, which they did before they left. DMD is BY FAR the best in the business! The owners are hands on, available to their customers, and honest. Their staff is phenomenal, pays attention to detail, quick to respond, and is extremely knowledgeable. Their quality of work is untouchable! We have used them numerous times and could not be more impressed. Our last project with them was an entire kitchen (including 14ft island with waterfall edge) with 3cm marble that is incredibly difficult to work with. (Most would not touch the stuff!) Our project was a small one, just finding a granite slab on which to place a small free-standing wood stove. They helped us pick a suitable material from their remnants and had lots to choose from. Within three days, they had cut it to size and shaped the edges how we wanted them. A very pleasant experience, and the slab will look much nicer than the prefab hearths one can buy at stove stores for a similar price.

Our contractor recommended DMD & we're so glad they did! They have & do it all - from granite & quartzite stone slabs to quartz, to fabrication, to installation. We worked with Carmina to choose our stone. Dillian created the templates, while Andre & his brother (sorry I forgot his name) installed everything. Everyone was professional, friendly & easy to work with. I later found out this project was a complicated one, but we never had a clue as they made it look effortless. I'm so happy with the finished product! I'd gladly recommend DMD & will go back should we need more work!

Remodeling.... the word immediately gets our ears perked. Generally speaking, anything involving contractors can be intimidating and a little scary as it's not our wheel house. It's a huge financial investment and can be scary. There are so many different vendors we could have chosen. We had multiple interactions and bids with more then a handful for contractors. Ultimately we choose DMD Marble and Granite INC. Their service is exceptional. We initially met with Carmina and immediately felt at ease and knew this was the right establishment to hire. Carmina's eye for design is immaculate. The DMD team is superb, professional, well mannered and again exceptional. They are so punctual and efficient. From start to end everyone involved made it so easy. Between Carmina and her team, the communication was always transparent and honest. My husband and I appreciated this immensely. We shopped around for quite a while looking for the right countertops for our kitchen. We found wha we liked but had a fit of sticker shock from the place that had the quartz we liked. So we took that sample and shopped around with it to see if others could do better on price and service. We found exactly what we were looking for with DMD. They were more local to us, which I love supporting, and they were able to get us the material we wanted at about 2/3 the price previously quoted. Service is even more important when having people in your home so here is my review of each of the employees we interacted with: Brie was the one that coordinated everything. She was fantastic! She is the reason everything went so smooth, from scheduling to answering all questions. Must have adjusted my estimate 5 times. Fabricators: minimal interaction, but they met all the time lines and helped me out on a little bathroom side project. Installers: great guys. Very professional and did a perfect job. No complaints. Also did the backsplash demolition for me and put up some drywall at the last minute. Very comfortable with them personally, even around my family, which is a big deal. Price was mid range, but I didn't trust the big box hardware stores to farm it out the lowest bid installers. Read mostly horrible reviews of the ones they use, and they all use the same one. DMD is a one stop shop and they take care of you.

My review is over due! Great company to work with! Very professional and pleasant! Recommend them highly! DMD installed "Ela" Cambria quartz two years ago! Everyone thinks it is real marble! Looks fantastic! I did stain test on a small sample before purchasing it with tomato sauce, red wine, coffee, black marker pen etc. and it passed my test and it still has no stains or damage. Great product from a wonderful family owned business!

Don't hire anyone else to do your countertops until you've talked to DMD. Everyone there from Bri, Denise, Carmina and Dylean to those who removed the old countertops (Ezekiel, Gabriel and Valter) and those who installed the plywood underlayment, did the templating and then the installation (Andre and Alan) were terrific. We found DMD through friends whose kitchen DMD had remodeled. Beautiful job. From beginning to end, DMD's people treated us like family and did a great job. I can't think of any other business I'd rate more highly. DMD gave us our kitchen back. We're so happy. (And their prices are very reasonable.)

She was able to locate the exact stone countertops I was looking foor and had them brought in. The slabs were stunning. I work for a very high end cabinet manufacturer and I consider myself to be very picky. The quality of the workmanship at DMD is top notch. EVERYONE at their shop was professional and friendly. Wow, what a great company and a great group of people. We had the Kitchen remodeled. That included the counter tops, back splashes, new sink install and even had all the cabinets redone. DMD handled all the new Granite installation. Upon request at the beginning, we asked Carmina to handle / arrange dates and times with the other contractors for us. Everything went so smooth between the three different contractors it was like they all worked together as one company.Even finished a day early. Carmina did a wonderful job coordinating everything. Ezequiel and Gabriel did the instillation of the granite and they did a great job. They were very nice and answered all my questions and I asked a lot of question. They were so careful and neat about everything. They cleaned up everything every day and never left a mess. The quality of work done on our granite counter tops is of the highest quality. We are so happy with the new kitchen. I highly recommend DMD Marble and Granite.

We have just had the most fantastic experience working with DMD Marble & Granite. It started with Carmina coming to our home to measure for granite for our kitchen. She absolutely charmed us with her sincerity and knowledge and genuine interest in our project. We were able to go to the work site in Newcastle and actually see the layout of the granite before it was cut, giving our input and finding that Carmina had truly listened to what our vision was. The entire staff was totally professional and Dylean was a pleasure to work with. He has a great eye for color and movement, and there was a lot of both in our granite. The end result is a kitchen beyond our expectations, and a project that was expertly handled by Carmina and Dylean. After extensive research we were so excited to get our Caesarstone quartz counters to complete our dream kitchen remodel. We chose this particular countertop because of the clean look and the durability. We decided to go with DMD Marble and Granite because they seemed very approachable and professional even though their bid was slightly higher than other places. The whole process went perfect until about 6 months after our countertops were installed. We discovered a rather large chip on the top of the counter (about the size of a pea). It almost looked like a bubble or flaw in the counter had chipped away. We contacted DMD to see what we could do since these counters were supposed to be the most durable and we hadn't done anything out of the ordinary...I use wood cutting boards, never put anything hot on the counters, and use the approved cleaners. Carmina accused me of taking something like a hammer to my counters because that was the only way they could have chipped like that. Why would we take a hammer to our brand new dream kitchen?! Then she told me she'd call me back after she talked to her husband about it. We didn't hear back for about 3 months after several attempts to contact them. We finally got ahold of someone and they told us they could try to repair it. After they charged us for an epoxy repair...the workers told us it probably wouldn't hold and we were pretty much out of luck. So...after spending thousands of dollars for quartz counters we now treat them like they are made out of porcelain. DMD Marble and Granite's customer service is awesome until something goes wrong.

The only option Jenny Rivas continually gave us was to come to the show room. I will not use a company that is too lazy to come to someone's home in regards to a major remodel. Thanks, but no thanks.
