Lucas and Travis made me one happy woman when they came before Christmas and got my beautiful quartz countertop installed! They went above and beyond by elevating it about a fourth of an inch to help cover a defect in the wall, and then caulked it in so beautifully! They were so kind and considerate, and skillful in their work! It made my Christmas that much better! What a gift!

Could not have asked for a better set of circumstances when ordering / receiving and having new granite installed in a new vacation home. Even though it was one of THE COLDEST days outside, with ice scraper in hand, Val took us outside to find the perfect piece of granite to go in our master bath. It looks fabulous and couldn't be any happier with the service. Thanks to everyone at DMC and the referral from Ugland Tile. I seriously want to live in the bathroom!

After talking with both Home Depot and Lowe’s looking for granite for our kitchen with little information, tiny samples, and when it’s installed you get what you get and hope it’s what you wanted with a time frame of 6-8weeks until installation, we felt there must be a better way to choose a counter top. We absolutely knew we were in the right place when we met Valarie. She was so easy to talk to and just one of those people you felt like you’ve known for years. At DMC water jet they didn’t have just tiny 3x3 inch samples to look at, they had the whole slabs and tons of beautiful options from quartz, marble, granite, and more. We were able to hand pick and view the exact granite slab that was installed in our kitchen even choosing which parts to use and where we wanted pieces cut out AND it only took 3 weeks! Everything was totally customized for us down to the last detail. This is he only way you should have stone installed in your home! Thank you so much Val and team!

My wife and I worked with Val from DMC for the countertops in my new construction project after finding out they carry the LG brand quartz. She was very responsive from the very beginning and showed up to measure the day we were ready for them. The turnaround time was fast and the countertops look BEAUTIFUL. I had issues with another company in town that quoted one price and then tried to charge a much higher rate when adding in lots of extra costs last minute (for each cut out and for each inch of edging). DMC had a stated price and didn't add in all these extra charges and there were no surprises. If only all the subcontractors in my building process were as good as DMC it would have been a much more enjoyable experience overall!

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0 and give a review...stay away!! My experience was just the opposite...took Val almost 2 weeks to get back to me after initial contact, I actually had to show up to the store to initiate the second contact. Things then seemed fine, countertops were installed with one wall having a big gash in it. I would assume that I would get an email or phone call apologizing and asking how they could fix it(because I understand accidents happen) but nothing said. I finally asked the cabinet store(they subcontracted DMC to do the work) what was going to be done to fix the wall...finally after 2 weeks, the owner of the company finally called and acted like it happens all the time, what did I want done. All I wanted was a heads up that they gouged my wall. He proceeds to tell me, don't talk to me that way, they didn't have to do the work and his people are too busy to get back to customers. He then calls me back 3 times and berates me on how I was speaking to him, how I was acting like a child, belittling me, asking me what I did for a living, on and on. I finally told him I was done listening to him and I didn't need to take his abuse anymore.
