Design and Stone provided cabinets and counter tops for three of my rental properties. Their quality and customer service is top notch. They also have the best prices of anyone in the valley! Their cabinets are real wood, no particle board and are priced much lower than any of the big box stores. The owner came out in person to measure and provide a computer-generated design and accurate estimate. She also inspected the work of her crew after the job was done to make sure I was completely satisfied. You can see all their cabinets at their factory show room in Tempe. I have been searching for years to find good kitchen and bathroom cabinets at a reasonable price. I finally found the right place! I am a repeat customer of Design and Stone. Several years ago, they did our kitchen counter tops and we are now back with home remodel project for our new home purchase. They have installed our cabinets and counter tops for our bathrooms and kitchen and is happy with their work. Our kitchen island is oversized so we purchased our granite slab from third party and Design and Stone had fabricated it. We have worked with Amy, and she was great with designing, and provided a design drawing for all of the areas for approval. We made several changes before the actual install date and Amy was accommodating. Installed on promised date and went smoothly. Good service and price is great as well.

I discovered Design and Stone International by a contractor who recommend them. We were rehabbing a house of ours that had only been used as a rental since we bought it, 11 years ago, so it needed quite a bit of work. It was our intention to move into this house, and downsize a bit, so we wanted it to be nice, but we still had a budget. We were hoping to be able to just clean and paint the cabinets, and save some money vs. new cabinets. However when we discovered Design and Stone International, both their cabidets and their granite were so affordable, we were able to do new cabinets and granite counter tops all throughout the house. The house looks amazing. We did hit one bump in the road, where some back splash did not come up as far as we thought it was going to. Amy at Design and Stone just fixed the issue, with no problems. We really appreciated that. Good company to work with, great prices.

I am in love with this company! Their salesman Ryan was on time and gave me a reasonable quote and explained everything. Installation of my quartz counters was done quickly after I agreed. Installers were booked for 7 am and they were there at 6:58 am. My installers (Luis and Jose) were wonderful gentlemen and took pride in their installation. The finished product is perfect and has added so much to my old 1972 Sun City kitchen. Chloe, the owner, even called me the day before installation to make sure I had arranged for the necessary plumbing and other details. I would not hesitate to recommend Design & Stone to any of my friends and family.

I had my kitchen cabinets and countertops installed and am so happy with the end result. I live out of state and found it very easy to coordinate the work needed on my kitchen in Arizona. I just wish this company was in Colorado they are great to work with. I sold my home at top dollar and I am sure it was the kitchen remodel that made the difference. Keep up the great work.

I highly recommend Design & Stone international. Amy was terrific to work with - she really knew her stuff, was very responsive, took the time to ensure measurements were accurate, and wanted to ensure that the job was done to our satisfaction. Rudy was also a delight to work with. We chose white and espresso cabinets with quartz countertop in a waterfall island. Everything looks terrific!! This company really cares about customer service!

Then she brought her expertise to "fine tune" our plans into a beautiful and charming kitchen. She made us aware of options that increased the comfort and desirability of the space. Throughout the project, Amy anticipated our questions. Her precision and attention to detail was impressive. She was available through text, email or phone to answer our concerns. While we were remodeling our older home, unexpected electrical and plumbing issues surfaced. Amy guided us very confidently through the process to keep our project on schedule. Had a new counter top for my home office. They were wonder full to work with. They had no issues working on a medium small project that others would either overbid or not respond. We just finished a kitchen and small bathroom remodel and used Design and Stone for cabinets and granite countertops. We are giving them 5 stars and definitely would use them again and recommend them highly. Our first visit was on a Saturday morning and we went in to just take a look as we had no plans to remodel for another 18-24 months. We talked to Alec who answered all of our questions about how things work and schedule an appointment to come out and take measurements. We met with Alec once and Amy a few times fine tuning our design and choices. They were both professional and easy to work with. Although they offer a demo service, we needed to have some modifications done to our walls, which they do not offer, so we used our own demo guy. But we coordinated with Amy for her to come back out and do a final measure once the structural work was complete. We also changed the flooring so I had 3 contractors to schedule. Our cabinets came in on time and I was kept informed of delivery times and when to expect the installers and who would be coming. Everyone was on time and did a great job. We are thrilled with Design and Stone, with special thanks to Amy and Chloe for always being in touch and making good suggestions- not all of which we took!

We had Design & Stone install cabinets and granite in our new home and we could not be happier with their work. The job was to extend the kitchen cabinets and countertop to the wall from where the builder stopped (through the nook area). We also had them install matching cabinetry and granite in the laundry room. Of all the things we had changed/installed in the home, the experience with Design & Stone was among the best. They were timely, competitively priced, very careful, and professional. Their cabinet guy had someone come over beforehand to lay down cardboard everywhere to protect the floor. Their granite guys did an excellent job matching up the granite, and the seam between the slabs was perfect. They even matched the hardware originally supplied by the builder, and they installed easy-close hinges (didn't charge me) to match what I already had. Best of all: they were half the price of the builder, for identical quality. Chloe was wonderful too. If I need additional work done I'll call them first. One other update: more than a year after installation they came out and re-shimmed the countertop in the kitchen, no charge. Sent two guys a few days after calling. Thanks sincerely goes to Chloe and to the crew at Design & Stone.

Buyer beware!! We chose D & S for our kitchen remodel in July of 2014 from a recommendation of a friend and because of their reasonable prices. We chose the Cherry cabinets and Silestone Stellar Snow quartz countertop. About 6 - 8 mos ago we began noticing cracks along the seem lines of the quartz. I contacted Chloe at D&S and she came out to take a look. Bottom line is she told me it was due to placing hot things on the countertop and the Mfr would not warranty this. I contacted the Mfr, Consentino and sent them pictures. I was told that the cracks appear to be stress cracks from improper installation. Chloe told me that she only warranties her work for 1 year, and the best she could do is put epoxy in the cracks (which makes them very noticeable). This is a large kitchen and countertops cannot be replaced piece meal as the color will be off. On top of that to replace countertops we will have to redo the backsplash as well. We were told that quartz holds up the best but apparently, only if it is installed properly. Reputable companies will stand behind their work. D & S does not. I expected my beautiful kitchen remodel to last at least 12 years or more, not less than 5 years. What a disappointment!

This place is a total fraud first of all the sales rep didn't call me for two weeks after I called and left five voicemails second of all he lied about the pricing and third his manager called and change the price on me. Needless to say I decided not to go through with the project even though I had to my neighbors they were going to order granite from them as well. Do not do business with this vendor, I gave him multiple chances to earn my business and stay with the original pricing but they change the pricing too many times and they lied over and over and over again do not do business with them I warn you.

Sub par cabinets for what you pay for. The 5 weeks to order, build, and install the cabinets ended up taking over four months. The staff is less than enthusiastic and Chloe has the attitude that she would rather be doing anything else than helping customers. Will not buy from ever again.
