Sue and Jerry were amazing to work with from start to finish. Sue coordinates the logistics while Jerry and his crew do the heavy lifting (literally!). Denver Stone Plus prides themselves on a one-week turnaround from pickup to install and they certainly delivered on their promise. The granite was fabricated with precision and great attention to detail. Additionally, the work was delivered on-time with the utmost care and respect for my time and property. Through no fault of Denver Stone Plus, there was an issue with my granite order due to a mistake in my builder's paperwork; yet Sue and Jerry were able to work with me to come up with the best practical solution to solve the problem. Given this positive experience I had with Denver Stone Plus, I will most certainly choose them again for my next granite install and I would highly recommend their services!

I cannot recommend Sue, Jerry, and crew at Denver Stone Plus highly enough! These guys are excellent to work with and the craftsmanship, superior. We worked with them on our fireplace as well as our kitchen. Sue is so knowledgeable, friendly, full of good advice, and helped me find the exact stone we were looking for during each project. She certainly has an eye for design. Jerry and his crew are so great as well and have an incredible eye for detail. We will most definitely work with them on future home renovations. This team cannot be beat and the work speaks for itself!

Denver Stone Plus was amazing to work with. Great prices and the quickest turn around by far. They squeezed every square inch out of the slabs to add our backsplash and had the great recommendation to do the window sill as well. Couldn’t be happier. We used Denver Stone Plus a few times in the past and I couldn’t be happier with their service. What sets them apart is that they handle the entire fabrication process in-house, so there are no worries about sub-contractors. They always arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning once the job is finished. They use a vacuum during sink hole cutting to keep dust to a minimum in our house. Their price is very reasonable and we managed to save a significant amount compared to other local vendors including Costco. On top of that, their quality is outstanding. The owner is very knowledgeable and will carefully match the stone grain to ensure a seamless flow. We highly recommend Denver Stone Plus to anyone who wants a high-quality countertops at an affordable price!

Overall a good experience! Our quartz is beautiful and my interactions with Sue were wonderful. She responded quickly, made time for an appointment for me short notice, and scheduled us for installation right away! We loved the window sill addition and they worked around a pre-installed sink. The only part of the experience that was less than 5 stars was the actual installation. We noticed some edges that were not square (see last picture). With the right communication with the installation team this would be a 5-star experience.

Sue and Jerry are incredible to work with. I have worked with them numerous times and the end result is always fantastic. Sue worked with me on price with a tight kitchen budget. She helped me find comparable solutions when my first choice exceeded our target budget. Not only does she have a great eye for design, she also was able to configure the slab so the counter seams were barely noticeable even with such a large island/peninsula. Jerry always is prompt and does great work. The process always goes smooth and fast with his team and they keep the project site very clean. Love to work with Denver Stone Plus. (They also have great counter remnant options for small projects!)

I came to Sue and her team and immediately knew our home renovation was in excellent hands. She is the sweetest person, made time for my project right away and once at the shop led me through the process without fail. She allowed me to get the most bang for my buck, and helped to enhance my design with her input that became so valuable to us. We did a full kitchen plus laundry and bathrooms. We have unique feature of a pass thru window in our kitchen to which she helped me find a remnant (our whole house was quartz but you can’t put quartz outside so we went with a black funky granite). I can’t tell you how many compliments I receive on all aspects of this renovation but the countertops….oh the countertops are the star of the show!! The install was flawless-Jerry worked with my contractor and had everything done in one working day and it was all perfection. If you’re looking for countertops then look no further than Denver Stone Plus, you will not be disappointed!! Thanks Sue my home is a dream come true!

Sue was wonderful and patient to work with! Countertops are a big investment and central part of the kitchen, but she made the process of choosing a stone much easier than we thought it would be. We have worked with Denver Stone Plus for about two years exclusively, and done a couple of dozen projects. They are always fast and efficient, and do what they say they are going to do. In the very rare case something doesn't go perfectly, they fix it quickly and to the clients satisfaction. Whether you're a contractor or homeowner, you won't go wrong working with Sue and Jerry. Jerry does their installations and repair work, and is simply the best countertop guy in town. Sue handles the office/admin and communicates clearly and is very responsive.

My contractor, Next Level Kitchens, contracted Denver Stone Plus to fabricate and install my countertops for my kitchen renovation. This was a new process for me, as I learned that the fabricator chosen for purchasing and working with the quartzite becomes a trusted partner throughout the process. Sue and Jerry at Denver Stone Plus are highly experienced, with a great design eye, and I couldn't be more happy with the results of the work they did in my new kitchen. I shopped for quartzite all over Denver, and finally selected Sauipe (that's the "color") slabs from The Stone Collection. Sue helped me comparison shop the price for slabs, and ultimately design the way they would fit into my kitchen. She has a really good sense for how to put the slabs together to create the best aesthetic while optimizing the material used. Jerry and his team does the templating and installation, and he has over 20 years of experience. He has uncanny intuition in determining how the slabs will fit into a space, even from just a picture. They both worked with me to create my custom kitchen, collaborating with my own personal preferences on the layout. They were accommodating to changes, and able to work through problems as they came up. Sue invited me to their shop to discuss exactly where to make the cuts on the slabs so that the parts of the slabs I liked best were highlighted in the right spots in the kitchen. This was complicated, I think, because I had an island and perimeter countertops, and a combination of 2cm and 3cm slabs. They built up the edges of a beautiful waterfall island out of the 2cm slabs, and used the 3cm slabs on the perimeter countertops, consistently flowing around the kitchen and up the backsplash. Take a look at the pictures. Their talent is apparent. I highly recommend Denver Stone Plus if you are looking to accomplish any stone work in your house (outdoors, too)! I have hired them to complete the vanities and showers for my bathroom renovations, too.

A WARNING FROM A BETRAYED HOMEOWNER: DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. Sue Zhou and her company didn't just fail us--they sabotaged our home, stole our peace of mind, and then tried to extort us. This isn't just a bad review; it's a plea to protect yourself from their lies, greed, and bullying. OUR NIGHTMARE STORY: We hired Sue Zhou's team for what was supposed to be a beautiful high-end kitchen. Instead, they lied about their experience, ignored basic professionalism, and left us with a over $15,000+ legal battle and a half-destroyed home. They demanded we buy extra slabs for "vein matching," swore they'd handle it, then CUT THE STONE WITHOUT PHOTO CONFIRMATION--a basic step any professional would take. The result? A hideous, mismatched island that looks nothing like the design. When we begged them to fix it, they GHOSTED US--leaving cabinets half-installed and stonework jagged. Our contractor tried repeatedly to compromise, but Sue refused to even admit fault. Then came the ultimate betrayal: They filed a FRAUDULENT LIEN on our property--a blatant lie to scare us into paying for their UNFINISHED, BOTCHED WORK. We spent thousands on legal and our lawyer proved it was illegal. THEY'RE STILL COMING FOR US: Sue Zhou is now using her personal injury lawyer friends to sue us--twisting the legal system to punish us for her incompetence. This company is using OUR company name to benefit them. I confronted Su, the owner who is denying she is using a website with our company name. We are one of the oldest fabrication shops in town. Our name is COLORADO MARBLE & GRANITE. Su is using another website coloradomarbleandgranite.com to obtain jobs. The phone number on this website is hers. Su denied the number is her, yet when you call the number she answers the phone. She is SNEAKY and LIES. She also said I wonder why I am getting calls for your company. Hello you are using our company name as a second website! The only difference between us and Su's site is the spelling of "and" whereas we use the ampersand symbol. I called the website designer as well and he will not return our call. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS and we will be pursing legal action should they not admit they are using our name. Why would you use Colorado Marble and Granite if you are Denver Stone Plus....My parents worked from the bottom up to start our company in 1984. I've never even heard of this shop even though she claims to have been in business for over 20 years....I wouldn't believe this at all. This is unethical business practice.
