The installers did a good job and I’m pleased with the result. This is the kitchenette in an (unfinished) in-law suite. I selected a solid surface countertop from Home Depot. Delore made and installed the countertop. The 2 man crew was friendly and efficient.

Recently had my countertop installed by Delorie through Home Depot. During the install the installer punctured a water line which resulted in a small leak causing damage to the cabinet below. An individual came out to check and agreed that the counter was placed on top of the existing line, but has yet to correct the issue. The countertop looks great but their lack of caring and wanting to fix their mistake makes them a horrible company. You got paid so it’s not your problem should be your slogan. Home Depot is also aware of the problem and have yet to correct the issue as well.

I ordered new countertops and a new sink from The Home Depot home services and was connected with Delorie. The process through Home Depot was a little wonky but I wanted to commend Delorie for their customer service and installation. We were in contact with Delorie directly after waiting close to two months for a status update from The Home Depot (who gave us the run around). They quickly remedied the situation and sent Franklin for install. Franklin was so helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during install and before leaving. I appreciate his attention to detail and because of his excellence I would very much recommend this company. Just go through them directly :)

Delorie is a top quality provider of countertops...that's for sure! I went through Home Depot for my kitchen cabinets and countertop purchase. I never heard of Delorie before then, but was very pleasantly surprised with their staff's professionalism and overall quality of the delivered and installed Kitchen countertop. I would definitely go with them on my kitchen and bathroom remodel!

We took down a wall in our kitchen to create a more open floor plan and contracted with Delorie to build and install the bar top. The company was very easy to work with and responded quickly from my request for quote to professional measurement and installation. The final product was actually less than the original quoted price which made me very happy. The gentlemen that came to measure arrived on time and created a "template" of the countertop which was great because we were able to get a feel for how the top would look. Installation was just as smooth and we are very happy with our new addition!

I wanted to remodel a kitchen in my mother's house. It's a small kitchen and I didn't want to spend too much. After doing research, I was about to go with Home Depot, but did like the generic colors and styles they was showing me. I came across this company, they came out and measured. I give them a list and went to their warehouse to pick out colors and style for refacing cabinets, countertop, sink, and etc. They quoted me a price of about $3,000. Which was very reasonable for an entire kitchen. My mother and I is very happy with the job. The only issue was they do not do the plumbing, so I had to turn off the water valve myself. Great job to Delories for a great kitchen at a great cost!!

The sales associate, while nice, was extremely green. She didn't understand all the variables. Instead of explaining and helping me narrow my choices she just stood by and waited for me to talk. I wanted to take a sink off my order the next morning but was told they already ordered it. They couldn't give it back to the supplier without a 25% restocking fee. Obviously they do not have a good relationship with the suppliers or didn't want the sale. Instead I tried to cancel. She wasn't giving in and became belligerent to the point she hung up on me. Now she has no sale or profit and a sink. Great sales job. I wonder if the owner knows you turned away a sale and profit for no reason other than your anger.

The installer was not good at removing surface scratches on brand new corian counter top. He made it worse with circular remaining signs. Very very disappointed in them. Do not recommend at all.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Its been several months and the job was not complete, I did not get my deposit back and dont expect any customer service. I even contacted the owner who wouldn't even reply. Use them and your money will disappear.

I ordered through Home Depot & Delorie did the install. I was up-charged an additional $1500 for a directional surface which was not what we were sold at the store. We bought a solid gray counter top with small speck accents of white and dark grey. When the countertops were installed they had black smudges running all through the surface, and the smudges were not even in the same direction. We are very unhappy with the countertops and the installer, home depot, and the manufacturer will not take responsibility for the BAIT AND SWITCH, or the directional countertops. We are extremely dissatisfied with the product and the customer service. I would stay away from Home Depot and This company.

We had initially asked for a quote and an estimated time at Home Depot for laminate counter tops. They told us that getting counter tops installed would take 2-3 weeks and they put us in touch with Delorie. The customer service with Delorie was completely awful. They would leave us in the phone for over 30 mins and still had no idea when the counter tops were coming. We didn't get anything fancy, we got the basic laminate and they still could not sort their stuff out. We waited for counter tops for 8 weeks and they just got installed. Administration at Delorie was really bad and unorganized. They did not communicate with us and we had to call them numerous times for time updates. The workers who installed the countertops were very professional and did a good job. However, because of their customer service and administration I would NOT recommend them or use them again.

I had a counter top & sink installed by this company thru Home Depot. The installer failed to tell me that the faucet should have been installed on the deck of the sink instead of the laminate counter top. Now I have a sink that is a mess to use~the flow of water is too close to the side of the sink. Now I have to live with the sink this way since the installer was not properly trained on how to install a faucet on the deck of the sink.
