No reason to go anywhere else. Period. Joe and Anne are simply the best. Best in class. We met with several kitchen counter surface vendors. And were headed down the path and completely committed to a particular stone. By referral from a close friend who does HIGH end cabinetry work, we met with Joe. Even behind his Covid mask, Joe was the real deal. Ann too. He gave us unbiased education on surfaces and the pros/cons of each surface. We went in a totally different direction, ordered the stone, and Joe’s install Team crushed. Not only do they have a great process, but their taste and knowledge of the business is impeccable. And pricing was solid. But more importantly, follow up and customer care is unparalleled. Work with them. You’ll be glad you did.

We recently remodel our bathroom. DeLorenzo marble was a breath of fresh air. They were very professional to deal with. They have a great showroom. We needed a smaller piece due to only doing a bathroom counter. They had what we needed in stock. Mario came out and was a true professional in measuring our space. The install crew were wonderful as well. It was a great experience in a day when a true professional is hard to find. Our contractor suggested that we use DeLorenzo Marble and Stone located in Torrance, Ca. We decided to visit the showroom just before the COVID lockdown early 2020. We were greeted by Joe DeLorenzo the owner who helped us with countertop selection. He took his time explaining the different stones and provided us with samples to take home. The lockdown was initiated shortly after our first visit. After shutting down our two bathroom remodels until the Summer 2020, we completed both bathrooms recently using Joe and his very professional team. From Jason who takes the measurements to the installers ( Joe and Luis) who are careful in their work we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Delorenzo Marble. Mario arrived in a mask and was very meticulous with measurements and explaining the process for the new Cambria quarts countertops, island and window sill. Installation, by Joel and Luis went smoothly. Joel was very knowledgeable, and took time to answer my many questions during the installation. Both Joel and Luis took their time to ensure everything was as precise as it could be in a home that is over 60 year old. This is a family run business that takes pride in providing excellent customer service. It was a pleasure to work with Mario, Antoinette, Joel and Luis. On another note, the matte finish on the Fairborne quartz is stunning!

If you want excellent quality of Marble, this is the place to go. I love, love, love my kitchen. I checked with a lot of companies and this company is by far the best. I highly recommend Delorenzo. Remember, you pay for what you get. Everything Antionette said was on point. The family is just so darn professional and very good at what they do. Don't take my word for it, go to their showroom and see for yourself. Everytime someone comes to my house, they say my kitchen looks EXPENSIVE and breathtaking. I had my countertops installed by them yesterday and they look stunning and the fit is perfect. Delorenzo's top concern is customer satisfaction and they have all the means to make sure the job is done right; all consultation, state of the art measuring and fabrication and installation is done by them so they maintain full control of the entire process and they ALWAYS address any questions and concerns. This has been the most relaxing and pleasant experience and their installers were so courteous, professional and did such an excellent job and did not damage any of our cabinets...not a single scratch nor mark. We highly recommend Mario&Co for countertop installation. They specialize mostly in 3cm quartz and work with the best quality products available on the market. They did a wonderful job with our Cambria kitchen countertop. They also have a really nice showroom/workshop in Torrence where you may or may not see state of the art equipment in action (CNC saw/waterjet anyone?). Special shout out to the installation team, who were very professional in handling our complicated project. The seam they executed on white quartz is nearly invisible.

I am extremely happy with this company, and have been recommending them to all of my friends!!! I went to their showroom in Torrance to see the different types of Marble, and stones they have. They have huge slabs there, which allowed me to see exactly what I was getting. It's hard to know what you are getting when you only have a little 4x4 sample. I went there thinking I was going to get one particular Cambria stone, but once I saw a full slab of "Torquay" by Cambria, at their showroom, I fell in love with it. When they came to my house to measure, they brought all sorts of instruments, and machines with them that I have never seen before, to measure, and insure the cut of the stone would be the exact sizes needed. They gave me a date of installation, and stuck to that date. The workers took the time to set up properly, protecting my hardwood floors, and cleaned up behind themselves, which you don't see very often nowadays. They did an amazing job! Their level of professionalism, and craftsmanship is something you don't see much of these days. You can see that they take pride in what they do. I can't say enough great things about them!!!

Just finishing a kitchen remodel with a completely disorganized contractor. After waiting 4 weeks for my countertop, the day they are installing it, I discover that it's the wrong material. Mario, from Delorenzo marble, saved the day by getting the right material in, fabricated, and installed within 1 week. He did this out of kindness because this was not his mistake or responsibility. His installers were friendly, prompt, and left the job spotless. I would recommend this business without hesitation. Mario was pleasant and professional from start to finish. If people & organizations could come close to the friendliness, honesty, & professionalism of the folks (family atmosphere) at Delorenzo marble, the world would be so nice! Mario & Antoinette helped me years ago with my kitchen & bathroom renovations, and most recently with my patio upgrade. We went with Delorenzo after having a bad experience with granite installation in our kitchen. Our experience with Delorenzo was effortless. We had them install a quartz countertop for our master bathroom. Everyone we interacted with at Delorenzo Marble was responsive and knew their stuff. Antoinette was quick at getting us scheduled. The individual that did the measurement made sure not to dirty the carpets. He also came to help and make sure that the install would go well. Excellent work! We've used 2 other installers for previous projects but Delorenzo is close to home so we chose them as it makes it easy to view the layouts. We did 2 counter tops and one fireplace surround. We were going to use prefab countertops but found better choices of granite from their remnants. They use state of the art measuring instruments utilizing lasers for exact measurements. The dimensions are loaded into a computer program that allows for projecting the measurements onto a photo of the slabs so you can move the projection around onto the exact part of the slab you want to use. Once locked in, that goes to cutter and laser projected onto the actual slab for one more check on position. With these tools, they do all the cutting at the shop with none needed at our house, unlike the previous installer who cut sinks and back splashes on site. Everything fit first time! Demo and install are done professionally by a very friendly and knowledgeable crew. Joe and Mario handle the measuring and layouts and are both knowledgeable and people oriented. They want the customer to have a happy, confident experience and we did. I would highly recommend!!

We were referred to Delorenzo marble by the folks at the Cambria Quartz showroom in Manhattan Beach. They stressed the importance of having a certified and experienced fabricator do the actual fabrication of your purchased product. Initially, I took that with a grain of salt, however after doing some research and seeing finished products of professional fabricators I was glad they did as I was convinced that would be the only way to go. After meeting the folks at Delorenzo marble, I immediately knew I wanted to defer my entire kitchen countertop project to them. First of all, they are the nicest people you could ever meet. Secondly, I really felt like they genuinely wanted to beautify my kitchen. They were very easy to work with, receptive, timely, and most importantly not pushy. From the selection process, to the fabrication and install, the job was completed to perfection! The fit is perfect and the seams are seamless fabricated with unbelievable precision. Very happy with Delorenzo marble and would highly recommend them. Check out their showroom for a huge selection of stone, a view of the huge slabs, and a tour in the back where the magic happens. We had Mario come out to out house to give us estimates on some new bathroom quartz countertops, fabrication and installation. He was extremely knowledgeable and let us know all of our options- pros/ cons etc. He invited us over to his fabrication center in Torrance and took us in the back to really see how full slabs look as it it is difficult to tell from the samples on display. After we decided to purchase our Cambria quartz countertops through them I gave them my contractors info and they took care of the rest. They delivered a painless installation with a flawless product. His team was polite and cleaned up after they finished. Zero complaints here- doing business with Delorenzo Marble was pretty much the easiest part of my bathroom remodels. They went above and beyond my expectations. When I do my kitchen (next project) I am obviously going back. I strongly suggest you buy your countertops from them as you will not be disappointed with their service and attention to detail !

We just finished a 3-year down-to-the-studs remodeling project in Santa Monica Canyon. It was one of the most frustrating experiences of our lives. We had a good contractor, but the subs were incredibly flaky, some were even incompetent and unprofessional. A couple of major items had to be redone, etc. By the time we got to our rooftop kitchen, we were emotionally and financial spent! DeLorenzo Marble and Tile was referred to us by the rep at Danver Cabinet. Boy, were we glad to have found them! Mario was professional in every possible way. He delivered on all of his promises, his crew showed up when he say they would, worked against a tight timeline, even helped us with the coordination of a crane to lift the slabs on to our 4th level roof. The countertop was perfectly done! No hassles, no dramas... How we wished that our other projects had gone as smoothly as this one. DeLorenzo Marble and Tile is a family owned business. We used De Lorenzo Marble for our quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops and were completely thrilled. Just outstanding service and attention to detail. I honestly got the feeling that they cared as much about my countertops as we did. Joe wasn't at all pushy with sales, Mario made sure our countertops would fit perfectly, and Jason went the extra mile to make the install go perfectly. They even bent over backwards to make sure our countertops were installed on a very aggressive timeline. Bottom line is that it's easy to think that countertops are a commodity. Of course the material you pick matters -- and De Lorenzo has competitive pricing -- but what set them apart was their customer service and craftsmanship. A+. My husband did most of the coordinating; he is very picky and was thoroughly impressed with De Lorenzo Marble.

I had decided I wanted Quartz but needed help with brands and color. In a word, perfection. I went through an arduous 18 month custom house 'remodel'. By remodel, I mean that we torn the house down to the foundation. DeLorenzo was the ONLY vendor, supplier, or subcontractor to do a complete, thorough and profess job. No problems, delays, errors or excuses. They did every bit of countertop surface in my house. Bathrooms, office countertops, laundry room and kitchen. Well over 200 sqft of stone. Everything was perfect. The information process, consultative sales - no pressure, the ordering process, working with other subs to ensure a timely fabrication, measurements, installation and after care: everything was exemplary. If my whole project was run with this level of expertise, care and professionalism, my life would have been significantly easier. Great attention to detail! You want it done right these guys are the best - worth every penny. Super detailed and professional using the best, high tech equipment. We used Delorenzo for new kitchen counters - they were meticulous about matching/mirroring the patterns when combining different slabs. Also used them for a recent repair (party damage). I could not have imaged how it could get repaired but they did it within a few hours onsite - you have to look very closely to find the old damage. Truly glad there are some super high quality craftsmen left that I can always rely on. Well done!

I really wanted to like their service and really wanted to give them 5 stars because those were the reasons I chose to get my countertops through them - my decision was based strictly on their 5-star Yelp reviews which gave me confidence that I would receive great service. I had done a ton of research on countertops and really shopped around, getting quotes from 7 other fabricators/marble&tile companies. Delorenzo Marble was the most expensive out of all 8, all the other 7 (3 of them were reputable companies in the Southbay) were all about the same price, only within a few hundred dollars from each other whereas Delorenzo was significantly more than all the rest. However, after much deliberation I decided to go with Delorenzo despite their higher price because of their all-perfect reviews and I wanted to ensure we got a smooth process with no surprises in installation. The service before the installation was great, they are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. However, on the day of installation (scheduled for 8:30 AM), we were eagerly waiting for them, super excited after going for 2 months without a kitchen. At around 9:30 AM I get a call from Mario saying that they had an unexpected delay and they would be coming around noon instead. The countertops had some deep scratches that they could not get rid of the day before. First of all, I had my contractor and his workers schedule their work around the countertop installation scheduled for all that day, so this caused an extra delay for my contractor as well. Secondly, if they couldn't get the scratches out the day before, why wouldn't they call me the day before to let me know it would not be installed as scheduled? If installation is at 8:30 AM, they must have known the night before or even at 8:00 AM that the countertops were not ready, but I get a call an hour after the scheduled installation? I was very disappointed in the lack of professional courtesy/consideration to us. Then around 11 AM, Mario called again to say that they could not get the scratches out and that they would not be able to install at all that day and that we needed to reschedule the installation. Such a bummer considering my husband and I had scheduled our work around that day so that we would be free to be home for the installation. My husband even took my toddler to Disneyland for the day so that he would not be in the way during the installation. Fast forward to the second scheduled installation day, we were even more eagerly waiting for them to show up than the first time. Installation was scheduled for 8:30 AM and Mario calls at 9:00 AM to say that there was another unexpected delay and that they would not be able to install at all that day. The colors of the two slabs did not match. I appreciate that he let us know so that we avoid ending up with horrible countertops, but again, they must have known this the day before! If installation is scheduled for the first thing the next day, they couldn't have called us the day before to let us know that installation has to be delayed? To be notified on the day of installation for the SECOND time that they could not install was absolutely disillusioning and unbelievable. Again, we had scheduled our whole Sunday around this installation, freed up the entire day so that we could be home for it, so a professional courtesy of notifying us at least the night before would have made a huge difference in how much inconvenience they caused. We tried to keep our frustration to ourselves because Mario really is such a nice guy, but the fact that they didn't even take our time into consideration showed a lack of sensitivity to their customers. In the end, after 2 delayed installations, the countertops took 3 weeks instead of the 2 that was projected which was painful for us because as a family with two very young children, each additional day we had to go without a kitchen was hell. The quality of their work is good and I have no complaints about that, but the level of service was very disappointing considering that was my sole reason for choosing them over their competitors.

We went through a full kitchen remodel and found the experience at Delorenzo Marble & Tile to be the most difficult, stressful and frustrating part of the entire remodeling process. To begin, their quote was incorrect as they did not properly include the materials we selected in type or quantity. As the process unfolded, it was clear responsiveness out of all individuals in the shop would be limited and would require multiple follow-ups to receive any answers. Further, it requires separate communication with each individual in the shop (Mario, Antoinette, etc.) as they do not talk with each other to coordinate purchasing, fabrication and installation. Due to this lack of communication, it was extremely difficult to schedule out the rest of the remodel due to limited to no updates on material availability, the fabrication process, or any other aspect without reaching out + multiple follow-ups. We lots almost 2 weeks of waiting for the counters to be complete due to their incompetence. Although our counters came out fine, I would highly recommend going anywhere else where you will be made a priority and treated accordingly for the large amounts of money you will be spending.
