Solid. I had an issue with the granite around our kitchen sink. The builder of our home installed a cheap stainless steel top mount sink. However, the builder mounted the sink from the bottom. Due to the sink being cheap and thin the flex caused a gap to form between the sink and the granite. Eventually the caulk gave way and before we noticed the support rod within the granite (not stainless steel) began to rust and the granite cracked. After speaking with a number of stone shops Davis Stone seemed the most confident and reasonably priced. They replaced all surrounding granite, created unnoticeable seams, and matched the existing granite perfectly. The guys that did the job were courteous, professional, and made us feel that our satisfaction was paramount. I highly recommend this company. Their craftsmanship, honesty, and work ethic are what compelled me to write this review.

We had Davis Stone fabricate our new Quartsite island and counter tops. They did a fantastic job and were extremely easy to work with. These folks know what they are doing. Perfection! Of course when you spend top dollar on the material you want them fabricated well. Davis stone did themselves...and the quartsite..proud. We have used Davis Stone for several of our home improvement projects. They've always done an excellent job helping to guide us in choosing the right stone. We recently noticed a small chip on our marble countertop in the guest bathroom. Tim came out and masterfully filled the chip matching the existing colors exactly. When he finished we were unable to find the spot he repaired! We highly recommend Davis Stone for your next project!

We needed a very difficult under counter kitchen sink replacement and the service team from Davis Stone were terrific. The job took two work days plus a final morning visit to seal a new section of the granite. The installers were extremely skilled, careful, polite; always on time and meticulous in cleaning up at day's end. Davis Stone was recommended to us by a friend who had been happy with their service and I now happily recommend Davis Stone to others.

Dollie from Davis stone helped me so much. She had wonderful customer service skills and arranged for my small job to be completed. All of my sinks had to be reset because of initial poor installation. They were literally falling off of the stone. I called several companies and no one was willing to take on my smaller project. Davis Stone however took on my project and I am very happy with the results. Everyone was professional and I feel confident that my sinks are now securely in place.

STAY AWAY!! BAD!! DISHONEST!! I had a terrible experience with this company. Their installers came into our home to place the sub-tops for our counter-tops and cracked the faces of three different brand new $10K cabinets. You would think they would've stopped after the first one they cracked. They were huge cracks that required the cabinets to be replaced. But wait, this is just the mild part of my experience. When I spoke with the manager immediately after the incident happened he tried to convince me that they were going to patch my cabinets where they were cracked. I explained that my cabinets were brand new and I didn't want $10K patched cabinets. The boxes that their workers cracked could be replaced properly for $2500. I spoke to Home Depot and several other contractors and they all said that they should be replaced. I told the manager to please have the owner Mr. Davis call me. When I called back they pushed me off to the secretary. I don't know how many times I spoke to that poor lady. I wrote several emails and made several calls asking to have the owner call me. Why wouldn't the owner just call me? To this day I have never spoken with the owner. Why, I don't know? I guess he is too busy for his customers. When they refused to pay for the damages to get the cabinets fixed properly I was forced to order the new replacement boxes out of my own pocket. I pulled the countertop job from them and had to send them several threatening letters over several weeks to get them to pay anything. They ended up sending me a partial payment along with a bill for $700 for measuring and putting in the sub-tops. Yes, that's right the same sub-tops that were installed improperly, cracked our cabinets, had to be redone, and put my family without a kitchen for an extra 2 months. In the end I had to file a small claims case against them. They ended up paying me a couple days before the court date. I guess they didn't want to look foolish in the courtroom. What a nightmare! Look for another company. There are plenty. Just stay away from Davis Stone.
