I highly recommend Dave and his team for ANY job! They just finished up a total gut of our master bathroom and I couldn’t be happier. Honestly, one of the most positive experiences with a major construction job in my home. Jose and Ramon did outstanding work on our tile. They are both kind, patient, hardworking and do amazing work. They were even great with my kids. When you have people in your home for 3+ weeks you want to feel comfortable and they are just nice to be around. And Jeovanny did great plumbing work. We had an issue towards the end with a small leak and they came by early the next day to fix it. We will be using them as our go to plumbers from here on out.

The product and installation is unremarkable but acceptable. We had our kitchen counters replaced with quartz as part of a full kitchen remodel. Dave and his crew did an ok job on the installation. Where Dave Walter Flooring Kitchens and Baths seriously fails is in the area of customer service. Work scheduling and communication failures are not a strong point, to say the least. Our work with Dave occurred more than two years ago and I resisted providing any review for seriously poor service and communication at that time. However, there are some failures in the work now that require repair. When I reached out to Dave, I was very quickly reminded of how grossly unprofessional and inept this company's service is. His unprofessionalism will delay your project and leave you frustrated and unsatisfied. At this time we have a seam failure between two large slabs of quartz that he installed. This in itself is a failure of the installation that should not occur, but another matter I won't speak to here. We called Dave to have the bad seam repaired and he happily committed to making the repair and advised he would schedule with me for the next day or two. On our call we made no mention of a warranty and I fully expected to pay Dave any fee due for his time and work. Dave initially committed to scheduling the repair within 2 days. After 3 days lapsed with no call from Dave or his team, and several attempts to to reach him by phone over several days, he finally acknowledged and advised he would schedule at "Some Time" but couldn't commit to anything definitive. 3 weeks has gone by and Dave has completely ignored any attempt to schedule this work. Dave is not reachable by phone. Phone messages go unreturned. Emails/Text go un answered. This is the same communications and service failures experienced during the initial installation. Needless to say I have had another vendor out to make the repair to Dave's work.

After looking for backsplash material for several days, we found one at Dave’s. They have a large selection of tiles, flooring, backsplash, and what you need to do your new or remodeling job. While the store is new, the expertise they bring to helping you coordinate and select was perfect for us. They have years of installation experience and it has created a very warm customer service environment. We ordered our back splash the day after Thanksgiving and it was delivered to the job site on the following Tuesday. An added bonus was that we were able to take the samples we liked and return them when we were done...not something we had found everywhere else. Payment was easily done over the phone. Will definitely return for other flooring needs.

Dave did an amazing job on my fireplace! He fabricated a beautiful tile facade and installed it within two weeks. Excellent service and impeccable workmanship with a reasonable price! He really cares about his customers. I wish I would have found him and his store sooner!

Dave’s father tiled our bathrooms more than 15 years ago. We reached out to have our bathroom stones cleaned and resealed, as well as replacing our kitchen counters. Dave offered a great selection in countertops. His team did an amazing installation, with waterfall countertops and backsplash. The work in the bathrooms was stunning. Additionally, Dave referred us to a fantastic electrician and plumber. The teams coordinated work and follow-up seamlessly. We will use all again for any future work and would recommend to our family and friends.

The customer service was A+ from the woman who took my call, to the installer that came to put in the flooring I purchased! Everyone was 100% professional. Terrible driver! Does not know the laws of merging and right of way. Very rude and with lots of road rage. You can tell by looking at his ford f150. Big dent on drivers side. Broken rear window. Even his passengers didnt react when he was yelling, they must know of his poor attitude. I hope that is not the way he works at customers homes.
